Description

EP−A−0376022(The Procter and Ga mble)で既に提案されている。 The present invention is disposed between an impermeable outer support sheet and a permeable inner sheet. Consists of disposable absorbent diapers for infants or incontinent persons in the form of absorbent pads Regarding hygiene articles.   Hygiene articles of this type are described, for example, in patent application GB-A-2161059 (Kimberly). -Clark). According to this document, the two side leakproof flaps absorb They extend towards each other over the absorbent pad, the elasticizing edges of which adjoin one another. two Two side leak-proof flaps attached to the liquid impermeable backing sheet and this backing sheet Made by folding a liquid permeable inner sheet that covers the absorbent pad with a girder Be done. The flaps always face each other at the two ends corresponding to the two lateral edges of the diaper. Mounted inwardly to fit together, e.g. Cannot be bent outwards when turned on. These side flaps are lateral , Especially in the crotch area, to improve the leak resistance of hygiene articles. On the other hand, in the crotch area , The risk of leakage remains in the two belt areas.   Furthermore, in the direction of the lateral edges proposed for each belt area of such hygiene article, the hygiene article is Providing a pocket of flaps extending from the lateral edge of the This flag is well known from application GB-A-2159693 (Kimberly-Clark). The trailing edge of the cup can be optionally elasticized. These pockets are in the belt area Improve leak resistance.   In the hygiene article, especially the lateral leak resistance of the crotch area and the leak resistance of the two belt areas It has been proposed to improve and. Then, the patent US-A-4662877 According to (Williams), the inner sheet of such a hygiene article has two longitudinal edges that are elastic. With an additional sheet that includes a rectangularized opening or cutout above the absorbent pad To be covered. Note the following: That is, according to this document, the additional sheets Along two opposing lateral edges corresponding to the lateral edges of the hygiene article, and the crotch of the hygiene article Attached to the permeable inner sheet along two opposing longitudinal edges located on the outside of the elastic member. And the elastic member itself is located outside the opposing longitudinal edges of the absorbent pad. It Such additional sheets, which include rectangular openings with elasticized longitudinal edges, are The width of this opening (12 cm for a length of 30 cm) is not always satisfactory. It's not something. Note that this sheet itself is not sufficient due to the width of the opening in the additional sheet. Must be wider than the absorbent pad to provide two side flaps of wide width Of course, this results in the use of considerable material for this replenishment sheet. However For disposable absorbent hygiene articles such as diapers, the amount of material employed, and It is essential to reduce the manufacturing cost of such articles as much as possible.   In addition, the absorbent diaper has two side leak-proof flaps and two belt pockets. May be provided, for example, in patent application EP-A-0376022 (The Procter and Ga mble) has already been proposed. However, in this document, there are two belt pockets. Made with the added lateral strips of This means the manufacture of diapers, especially when they are manufactured continuously in the longitudinal direction. Make it complicated.   The object of the present invention is to extend the entire circumference of the absorbent pad while being simple in structure and manufacturing. To produce a disposable absorbent diaper with a built-in effective leakproof barrier. It   The disposable absorbent diaper according to the present invention has a generally rectangular liquid impermeable outer support. A sheet, a generally rectangular absorbent pad attached to this support sheet, and absorbent It consists of a permeable inner cover sheet that covers the pad. In addition, this diaper is the user's waist Includes attachment means that allow it to be closed around. In addition, diapers are absorbent Longitudinal attachment to the support sheet in tension outside the longitudinal edge of the pad Including an elastic member. The two side flaps are placed on the cover inner sheet. And extends above the absorbent pad, the base edge of which is substantially the lengthwise edge of the absorbent pad. Along a longitudinal line which is located above or which is receded inward with respect to the edge. Bonded to the inner cover sheet, their elasticized trailing edges lie close to each other. According to the invention, the side flaps are at the trailing edge, less than the lateral edges of the diaper. Also bound up to the corresponding lateral edges of the absorbent pad, thus the entire circumference of the absorbent pad Form a leak tight barrier around.   Each of the two side leak-tight flaps is, for example, the length of the flap's proximal edge. Offset along the directional line and along the two lateral edges of the diaper onto the cover sheet of the diaper. At least one elastic member, which may consist of a tubular sheath mounted in a flat state Along the lengthwise line that forms the unrimmed edge of the flap It is attached to the sheath in the stretched state.   To further improve the lifting of the flap with respect to the absorbent pad, a second elastic With the member in the extended state, along the longitudinal line located near the proximal edge of the flap, in the sheath. Can be attached.   According to another embodiment, the side leak-proof flaps have two double-sided edges that correspond to the lateral edges of the diaper. Along the lateral edges of the and on the two longitudinal edges that form the base of the two flaps Along the length of the diaper while being attached to the cover sheet along It consists of the same length of tape covering the cover sheet over the middle part of the width. This te Has a central slit in the lengthwise direction at the center of its length. The edges of the are elasticized by the stretched longitudinal elastic members to provide two side leakage resistant flanks. Forms the trailing edge of the cup.   According to another form, the two side leak-proof flaps have a length in the middle part of their length. It consists of the covering sheet itself that presents a directional slit, The longitudinal edges are elasticized by elastic members mounted in tension. in this case , Tape with a width at least substantially equal to the width of the absorbent pad Located in the middle of the width of the diaper over the entire length of the diaper with the .   The tape covering the cover sheet or the longitudinal strips placed on the cover sheet itself. The lit is preferably extended at its two ends by two lateral slits. Define two folding flaps, which when folded back, have the extension inside. The two sheaths fitted with the stretched longitudinal elastic Defines and ensures elasticization of the trailing edges of the two side leak-proof flaps.   Inside the sheath is a longitudinal elastic member that guarantees elasticization of the trailing edges of the side leak-proof flaps. The elastic member is attached to the sheath only at its end, It is advantageous to be able to slide within the sheath between its ends.   A number of embodiments of the diaper of the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which It does not limit the invention. Attached to the cover sheet 3.   In the central part of the length, the strip 19 comprises a central longitudinal slit 20 The two edges of this slit were attached in tension to the corresponding edges of the strip 19. It is lined with a length direction elastic member 15. However, this is the image by the adhesive line 13. It provides an elasticized trailing edge of two flaps 10 with a formed base edge.   In the two end areas 6, 7 of the diaper, the non-slit tape 19 is a belt pocket. And the depth of this pocket is the non-slit length of the tape 19 in each end section 6,7. Is a function of.   In this embodiment as well, the diaper is worn by the user to create a curved trough shape. The elastic member 15 then lifts the flaps 10 and the unrimmed edges 14 of these flaps are The crotch regions 5 separate as shown by the dashed lines in FIG.   According to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the slit in the central length direction of the tape 19 of FIG. 4 and FIG. 20 has lateral ends in the transverse direction in the vicinity of the connection between the two end sections 6, 7 and the crotch section 5. Two folds, extended by the lit 21 and with a longitudinal central slit Defines a flap 22 which is external to the flap, as can be seen, for example, in FIG. It can be folded back to, for example, attached in a folded state by an adhesive line 23, Then, a narrow sheath is formed, and the elastic member 15 in the lengthwise direction is stretched in the sheath and the end edge 1 is formed. 4 near the end of the folding flap, and the trailing edge 14 is They are further apart from each other than in the embodiment of FIGS. The screen according to Figs. 4 and 5 The slit 24, which is wider than the lit 20, is therefore the trailing edge 14 of the two flaps 10. Formed in between.   When the diaper is worn by the user and has a curved trough shape, the elastic member 22 is Lifting the wrap 10 further separates the trailing edge 14 of the flap 10.   The embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9 has the same general structure as according to the above example Diaper can be seen again (support sheet 1, absorbent pad 2, cover sheet 3, hourglass Sheets 1, 3 and pads 2, longitudinal elastic members 8) in the crotch area. This diaper It also includes two side leakage resistant flaps 10, which in this case are Longitudinal direction at the center of the diaper It consists of the actual material of the cover sheet 3 including the central slit 25. Two elastic members 26 is attached to the outer surface of the two edges of the slit 25 in the stretched state, Extends to the lateral edge of. Furthermore, a table made of a liquid-permeable material, for example a non-woven fabric The puck 27 has an absorbent pad length at least equal to that of the absorbent pad 2 in the crotch area. Is placed over the entire length of the diaper at the central position between the door 2 and the cover sheet 3. . This tape 27 is attached to the support sheet 1 on the two lateral edges of the diaper. It The cover sheet 3 has two lateral edges of the diaper on the one hand and two long edges on the other hand. Slightly retracted with respect to the longitudinal line 28, for example the side edge of the absorbent pad 2 in the crotch area 5. It is attached to this tape 27 along the adhesive line in the open position. These sticking The line 28 defines the proximal edge of the side flap 10 and is provided by the elastic member 26. The non-edge 29 of the flap 10 is defined by the slit 25.   The embodiment of FIGS. 10 and 11 differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 8 and 9 in the following points. Immediately Provided on the cover sheet 3 to define the trailing edges 29 of the two side flaps 10. A longitudinal central slit 25 here defines an elongated, preferably rectangular opening. The width of this opening is clearly smaller than the width of the absorbent pad 2. Preferably, it is smaller than half the width of the pad 2 in the crotch area 5. In addition, The seat 3 now has two downward facing (towards the pad 2) Z-shaped doubles along its entire length. Folds 30 are included, which are located on opposite sides of the opening 25 and The elastic member 26 along the trailing edge 29 of the top 10 of the double fold portion 30 is in an expanded state. The double folds 30 of each double fold 30 are attached by adhesive at the upper or lower folds. The two folds are glued in this position to strengthen or stiffen the cover sheet 3. Or integrally connected to each other by any other means, and so on. Facilitates cutting with removal of material from opening 25.   It is self-evident that shapes other than Z-shaped can be used for the double fold 30. example For example, the double-folded portion 30 may have an S-shape, and the elastic member 26 may have the S-shaped double-fold. The folds above or below the folds are attached as described above.   On the other hand, the material resulting from the cutting of the opening 25 may be adhesive, if desired. Tape 27 attached to the absorbent tape 2 or directly attached to the absorbent pad 2 May be formed.   Finally, liquid permeation having a width slightly larger than the width of the absorbent pad 2 in the crotch area 5 The adhesive tape 27 is here covered with two longitudinal adhesive or welding lines 28. Attached to the couch 3 and these lines are slightly outside the longitudinal edges of the pads in the crotch area 5. Located on the side, which has a lateral dimension, that is to say the base edge defined by the connecting line 28. This would increase the width or height of the flap 10.   The illustrated and described embodiments are illustrative only and imply limitations. Of course, many modifications and alternative forms are apparent within the scope of the invention. It   Therefore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. In addition, the two flaps 10 are flat Of the tape, and the trailing edges 14 of these tapes may slightly overlap. And this also allows the assembly of the trailing edge 14 of the end sections 6, 7 to be done, for example, simply by these edges. Would be simplified by overlapping and gluing or welding.   Wider slit 24 between the two flaps 10 according to the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7. 8 is provided in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, that is, the flap 10 covers the cover sheet. It is possible even if it is made of the material of g.   The double fold 30 of the cover sheet 3 according to FIGS. 10 and 11 is also shown in FIG. It can be applied to the embodiment of FIG. 9 as well, and the same type of double-folded portion is shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6. The longitudinal elastic member 15 was attached to the strip 19 of the embodiment of FIGS. It can be provided for the purpose.   According to another modified embodiment, the two side flaps are laterally spaced and have an absorbent pad. It consists of two parallel longitudinal sheaths arranged on the cover and the cover sheet. The above The inner longitudinal side that defines the elasticized trailing edge of the flap is the longitudinal direction of the diaper. It has a sinusoidal shape that is symmetrical about its axis and is therefore elongated, centered longitudinally Attached together from the longitudinal end of said opening to the lateral edge of the diaper And overlapping end portions. Then the centrally located opening cuts the sheath. Formed without the need to   In all of the embodiments shown and described, the flap 10 is preferably air permeable. A material, but preferably a hydrophobic or liquid impermeable material, such as a hydrophobic nonwoven It should be noted that it also consists of a material containing a leak-proof coating. Real In this way, a liquid-impermeable barrier is obtained in this way, which runs all around the absorbent pad. Around the user's legs, i.e. both the crotch region 5 and the waist or end regions 6, 7, It becomes possible to effectively eliminate the leakage of urine and / or fecal matter.   Finally, in all the illustrated and described embodiments, the diaper and its absorbent pad are However, the invention is also applicable to diapers having, for example, a rectangular absorbent pad. Wear.   In this regard, the problem of the width of the absorbent pad 2 or the longitudinal edges of the absorbent pad 2 Occurring in the narrative in connection with the side flaps 10, this is always the width of the crotch area 5 or It should be noted that this is the edge.   In the present invention, the word "outside" means that when the diaper is worn by the user Further note that it is used to decorate all components of the diaper facing Let's do it. On the other hand, the word “inward” faces the user when the diaper is used. It is used to modify all components located in
