TECHNICAL BACKGROUND Control and flow of surface water, such as rainwater, is important in preventing surface water from pooling around the foundations of other structures. Suction masts are commonly used to accumulate large amounts of surface water and drain it from foundation walls or structures to certain distribution areas in the ground. Normally, the suction basin is formed of a heavy precast concrete structure and is approximately cylindrical, but it can also be square or rectangular, with one or more holes for connecting the inlet and outlet pipes to the side wall. Has been drilled. Also, a plurality of generally small diameter holes are typically precast to distribute evenly over a fairly large area of the side wall of the suction basin for draining radially outward from the suction basin. In a typical configuration, the suction basin has a heavy solid concrete bottom and top cover, eg, a removable bottom and top cover. In general, the top cover has an opening that acts as an opening (with or without a grid) for receiving surface water, and the bottom cover has an opening for draining water. It can be easily and inexpensively molded from a plastic material, and in particular, it can be molded as an integral injection-molded product, and a suction box, in particular, the applicant's US patent application filed on November 28, 1990. There is a need for a suction trough cover of a structure having sufficient strength for use as a top or bottom cover for a composite suction trough as disclosed in 07 / 619,115, and a suction trough with such a cover. There is a request. The present invention provides such a suction box cover. The suction basin cover of the present invention can be easily transported to a desired place together with the composite suction basin and can be installed there. The suction measure cover of the present invention has many advantages over conventional heavy concrete suction measure covers. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention relates to a suction measure cover, and a suction measure and a suction measure system using the suction measure cover. The invention resides in a cover for use in, for example, a cylindrical suction basin which is installed underground and adapted to collect and discharge surface water. The suction container cover of the present invention is a cover made of a vinyl chloride resin, a polyalkylene resin such as polyethylene, or any other hard plastic that can be molded by injection molding or the like, which is a plastic or polymer material cover and is lightweight. Therefore, it is convenient to carry and handle, and has sufficient strength to be used as the top or bottom cover of the suction basin because of its design and construction. The cover of the present invention comprises a cover body having an upper surface and a lower surface and having a size and shape that covers the suction vessel to be covered. Here, the case where the present invention is applied as a cylindrical suction box cover for a cylindrical suction box as disclosed in the above-mentioned US patent application Ser. No. 07 / 619,115 will be described. Obviously, the suction basin cover can also be used as the top or bottom cover of other forms of suction basin, and can also be used as a cover for other types of water or fluid containment vessels. Ah The suction trough cover of the present invention is configured to have a supporting rib (reinforcing rib) on the upper surface of the cover main body and an open central rising portion which constitutes a receiving portion for receiving water or a pipe. In a typical example, a rising wall portion having a predetermined height is formed at the center of the upper surface of the cover body of the suction container cover. The rising wall portion defines an inner receiving portion (a portion for receiving water or a pipe), which may be rectangular or square in cross section, but is generally cylindrical. The height of the rising wall portion can be arbitrarily determined, but in most cases, it is in the range of about 152.4 to 457.2 mm (6 to 18 inches), and in the case of a cylindrical shape, its diameter is usually about 101. It is 6 to 304.8 mm (4 to 12 inches). The receiving part, if cylindrical, is designed to receive a grid that allows the passage of surface water, or has a 101.6 mm (4 in), 152.4 mm (6 in) or 203.2 mm (8 in) diameter or Designed to accept pipes of the above size. At least three radial raised ribs are formed on the upper surface of the cover body of the suction sash cover at intervals in the circumferential direction so as to extend from the outer peripheral edge thereof to the rising wall portion of the central portion. These raised ribs are usually thin-walled, and are generally triangular in a side view from a point or a slightly raised portion on the outer peripheral edge of the cover body. Extend to the bottom. These raised ribs are integrally formed with the cover body and the rising wall portion thereof, and are numbered so as to provide support and strength to the outer peripheral surface of the cover body and the entire cover, and are spaced at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction. Deploy. For example, when the suction basin cover of the present invention is attached to the suction basin as a top cover of the suction basin and the soil is placed on the cover so as to cover the upper end of the central rising wall portion (water receiving portion) of the cover, the soil is covered. The weight serves to push down the top cover, and further supports the outer peripheral surface of the central rising wall portion through the raised rib. Normally, three raised ribs are used as the raised ribs, but when the central rising wall portion is, for example, a square, four raised ribs can be used. In the case of a platform for further increasing the strength, additional ribs, usually ribs extending in the radial direction, can be additionally provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The inner part, defined as the receiving part, defined inside said riser wall part, can be shaped as an open part so as to be able to receive water or a pipe, or it can be a grid on the interspersed inner part. May be crowned, or the lattice may be formed integrally with the inner part. Further, if desired, a knockout member for closing the opening of the inner portion (rising wall portion) can be formed integrally with the front portion of the inner portion. In this case, mechanical weakening tabs (thin-walled tabs or thin tabs) are formed around the body portion of the knockout member, that is, the portion that closes the opening of the inner portion, and the body portion of the knockout member and the rising wall are formed through the weakening tab. The inner wall of the part is connected by integral shaping. According to this configuration, the user can use the suction box cover as a cover simply by keeping the opening of the inner part (receiving part) of the cover closed, or in use, use the knockout member. The weakening tab can be easily broken by hitting it with a hammer or the like, so that the inner parts can be pierced and a lattice passage can be formed, for example for inserting a grid or connecting pipes. Such a knockout member has a plurality of weakening tabs on the outer periphery of a circular member, such as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,983,069 issued Jan. 8, 1991. It can be molded. The raised rib can be extended linearly from the outer peripheral edge of the cover main body to almost the upper end of the central rising wall portion or slightly below the upper end in the form of being raised from the cover main body. It can be molded integrally with the surface. These raised ribs make it possible to support the central rise wall portion and to provide a suction masu cover that is lightweight and sturdy yet easy to transport and install. Further, according to the present invention, a slightly raised reinforcing member such as a cylindrical rod can be formed on the outer peripheral edge of the suction chamber cover. When this suction box cover is used in a composite suction box as disclosed in the above-mentioned U.S. patent application Ser. No. 07 / 619,115 of the present applicant, the number of reinforcing members is set to the arc-shaped wall of the composite suction box. The number of segment members is the same as each other, and each reinforcing member is located right above the side edges of the composite suction box where the adjacent arc-shaped wall segments are hooked to each other. Thereby, the strength of the suction box cover can be further increased. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a suction trough system using a suction trough with a suction trough cover of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view of the suction measure cover of FIG. 1 mounted on a plastic composite suction measure. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the suction box cover of FIG. 2 as seen from above. FIG. 4 is a side view of a suction measure cover according to another embodiment of the present invention mounted on a composite suction measure. FIG. 5 is a plan view of a suction box cover as seen from above according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Preferred Description of the Embodiment FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a suction system 10 includes a plastic composite suction chambers 20 of the present invention installed in the ground 18. The gutter 14 of the house 12 is connected to a composite suction trough (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “suction trough”) 20 via a vertical trough 14 and an introduction port 24. The suction basin 20 is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped wall segments, and a plurality of distribution drainage ports 30 are bored in the side wall thereof. The distribution / drainage port 30 is a drainage port for distributing / discharging the water collected in the suction box 20 to the surrounding ground. The suction basin 20 comprises a top suction basin cover 26 of the present invention, the suction basin cover 26 having a rising cylindrical portion 28 having a top opening flush with the ground for receiving surface water. The downspout 14 is connected to the introduction port 24 in order to suck the rainwater that has fallen on the roof of the house 12 and collect it in the masu 20. The suction basin 20 also comprises a bottom cover 32 as its bottom wall, which is a cylindrical outlet connected to a drain pipe 34 leading to an inlet 40 of the top cover 36 of another suction basin 38. Has 33. The suction basin 38 receives water that has not been distributed by the suction basin 20 from the discharge port 33 of the suction basin 20 through the drain pipe 34 and the inlet 40 of the top cover 36, and receives the water in the same manner as the suction basin 20. Distribute in. 1 uses the suction basin cover 26 of the present invention as a top cover for the suction basin 20 and as an open top that functions as a receiving portion for receiving surface water, and as a bottom cover for the suction basin 20. An example in which it is also used as a top cover of another suction chamber 38 will be shown. 2 and 3 show a suction mist cover 26 injection molded from a plastic material such as polyethylene having a circular cover body 42 having a predetermined diameter that covers the top of the composite suction mister. The cover body 42 typically has a thickness of about 6.4 to 12.7 mm (1/4 to 1/2 in), sufficient to support the soil on it. The suction chamber cover 26 has a substantially cylindrical rising wall portion (also referred to as “rising cylindrical portion”) 28 having a diameter of about 101.6 to 304.8 mm (4 to 12 inches) that is substantially the same height as the ground. . The top of the rising cylindrical section 28 is adapted to receive a cylindrical grid or connect a pipe, or simply to receive surface water. The height of the rising cylindrical portion 28 from the cover body 42 may be, for example, 152.4 to 457.2 mm (6 to 18 inches). On the upper surface of the cover body 42 of the suction chamber cover 26, three radial distribution ridge ribs 44, 46, 60 extending from the outer peripheral edge thereof to the outer peripheral surface of the rising cylindrical portion 28 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. It is molded integrally. These raised ribs 44, 46, 60 are substantially triangular in side view, and their top edges extend linearly from the outer peripheral edge of the cover body 42 to the top end of the rising cylindrical portion 28. The raised ribs 44, 46, 60 serve to provide the cover 26 with additional strength sufficient to withstand the weight of soil or debris when it is deposited on the cover 26. In the illustrated embodiment, the suction trough 52 is a cylindrical composite suction trough formed by combining three arcuate wall segments, with adjacent arcuate wall segments being joined together by hooking their side edges together. (Only two side edge interlocking members 56, 58 for interlocking the side edges are shown in FIG. 2). A large number of distribution drainage ports 54 are formed in the peripheral wall (specifically, each arcuate wall segment) of the suction chamber 52. Three solid rods are arranged on the outer peripheral edge of the suction box cover 26 so as to be positioned directly above the side edge mutual locking members 56, 58 ... Of the arc-shaped wall segment of the suction box 52. 48, 50, 62 are attached and raised ribs 44, 46, 60 extend from the solid rods 48, 50, 62, as shown. As shown in FIG. 2, the suction lot cover 26 has solid lots 48, 50, 62 of which side edge mutual hooking members 56, 58 ... Of the composite suction rod 52 are provided so as to further enhance the strength of the cover. Position it with respect to the suction box 52 so that it is located right above. However, it will be apparent that the suction trough cover 26 can be applied to other conventional suction troughs other than the composite suction trough. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the suction measure cover 26 seen from above. As shown in FIG. 3, a knockout member 64 made of plastic is connected to a lower portion of the inner wall of the rising cylindrical portion 28 via a thin tab 66. Until the suction measure cover 26 is attached to the suction measure 52 and used, the knock-out member 64 can be left attached and the opening of the rising cylindrical portion 28 can be left closed. In order to open the cylindrical portion 28 or connect a pipe to it so that water can be introduced, the thin-walled tab 66 can be easily broken by hitting the knockout member 64 with a hammer or the like. The rising cylindrical portion 28 can be passed through. Of course, the suction box cover 26 of the present invention may be injection-molded without the knockout member 64 with the rising cylindrical portion 28 opened from the beginning. FIG. 4 is a schematic side view of a suction trough cover 68 according to another embodiment of the present invention mounted as a top cover of the suction trough 80. This suction chamber cover 68 is also buried in the ground and has a rising cylindrical portion 72 having a top opening at the same height as the ground so as to receive surface water, and has a circular cover body 74 and a cover body. It comprises, for example, three radial triangular shaped distribution ridge ribs (only two ribs 76, 78 are shown in the figure) formed on the upper surface of 74. However, in this embodiment, the raised rib does not extend to the top end of the rising cylindrical portion 72, but is connected to the cylindrical portion 72 at a height of about 50%, whereby soil and gravel are removed. The entire circumference of the rising cylindrical portion 72 can be completely surrounded. FIG. 5 is a plan view of the suction box cover 82 according to still another embodiment of the present invention as viewed from above. The suction chamber cover 82 comprises a circular cover body 84 and four radial triangular raised ribs or arms 86, 88, 90, 92 formed on the upper surface of the cover body 74. In this embodiment, a rising wall portion 94 having a rectangular cross section is formed at the center of the cover body 74, and a grid 96 is formed at the top of the opening. The rising wall portion 94 is open, and when the suction box cover 82 is placed on the top of the suction box, the grid 96 is almost level with the ground, and surface water is defined by the rising wall section 94 through the grid 96. Flow into the passage and then into the suction chamber. As shown, the four radial ribs integrally molded with the top surface of the cover body 74 and the rising wall portion 94 withstand the weight of dirt and debris when it is deposited on the cover 82. Gives the cover sufficient additional strength. As described above, the suction box cover of the present invention can be integrally molded by injection molding with a lightweight polymer material, and further has a radial reinforcing rib and a central rising portion, and the suction box, In particular it can be used as a top cover or a bottom cover for a composite suction chamber.
