This means providing the consumer with the benefits of smaller, lighter containers and boxes, as well as reducing the need for packaging material. On the other hand, the reduction in the amount of packaging materials used reduces the burden of waste disposal on the environment. With this in mind, the goal of detergent manufacturers is towards the production of raw materials that are more concentrated in active detergent ingredients. Achieving this goal means that detergent manufacturers will be challenged to formulate higher concentration compositions and to develop stable formulations over time. . The present invention provides stable concentrated aqueous or aqueous / alcoholic solutions of alkyl ether sulphates useful as a component in cleaning products, especially dishwashing liquid detergent formulations. This solution contains known alkaline earth metal ions as a component that improves the performance of dishwashing formulations, but it does not contain chlorine or sulphate ions which adversely affect the stability of the concentrated solution and the final product produced from the concentrated solution. The content is very low or none at all. The invention also provides a two-stage neutralization process for making such compositions. The composition of the invention itself may be used as the final product, but preferably it is preferably mixed with other ingredients to produce the final product. It is envisioned that the sulfation (ie, sulphation) / neutralization step can be conducted at a location remote from the final product blend zone. This makes manufacturing and transportation economical and flexible. The use of magnesium cations as performance enhancers in dishwashing liquid detergents as at least part of anionic surfactants is known and is described in British Patent Nos. 15 24441, 1551074 and 20201093. It is described in. U.S. Pat. No. 4,133,779 (issued Jan. 9, 1979) discloses a detergent composition comprising an anion and a nonionic semipolar surfactant. It is suggested here that concentrated liquid / paste detergents containing 45 to 95% by weight of active surfactant (which may be alkyl ether sulphate) can be produced. Neutralization with magnesium hydroxide has become one of the options, but there is no description of the details of the process and there is no suggestion of motivation to avoid the use of chloride or sulphate ions. Absent. In fact, the addition of magnesium in the form of magnesium sulfate is recommended. These compositions contain at least 1% by weight of semipolar nonionic surfactant. EP-039110 (1981, dated 4 November) states that the addition of chloride or sulphate ions raises the chill point temperature (the temperature at which inorganic salts separate as crystals in the final product). Therefore, the use of chloride or sulphate ions should be avoided or minimized. EP-039110 proposes a composition in which the alkyl ether sulphate is used in the final product in combination with other surfactants, in particular linear alkyl benzene sulphates and alkyl sulphates. Since these final products are not concentrates, the content of alkyl ether sulphate is about 10%. Also disclosed is a neutralization method with a sodium / manesium mixed cation. In EP-181212 (with May 14, 1986), alkyl ether sulfuric acid and neutralization of alkyl sulfuric acid can be carried out by using a suitable alkali or magnesium oxide or magnesium hydroxide slurry to obtain chloride ion or sulfate ion. It discloses that additions can be avoided. The EP patent also describes a detergent composition comprising 22 to 65% by weight of a surfactant system consisting of an organic solubilizer / hydrotrope-anion, nonion, and intermediate ionic surfactant mixture in an aqueous medium. . However, this disclosure limits the alkyl ether sulphate to less than 24% by weight. U.S. Pat. No. 4,169,078 (September 25, 1979) and EP-487170 (September 27, 1992) both propose neutralization methods for light liquid detergents. However, all of these disclosures are directed to compositions comprising alkylbenzene sulfonic acid. U.S. Pat. No. 4,129,515 (December 12, 1978) discloses a neutralization method for various sulfate and sulfonate detergents. Here, it is neutralized with alkanolimines and the final products are mainly intended for laundry detergents. It is an object of this invention to provide highly concentrated alkyl ether sulphate solutions that are stable for long periods of time and in storage. This composition contains alkaline earth metal ions, which are known as performance enhancers in dishwashing liquid detergents, but the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions is extremely low. A further object of this invention is to provide a method of making such compositions. Another object of the present invention is to provide a process for producing a stable surfactant composition comprising an alkyl ether sulfate and a nonionic surfactant based on a polyhydroxy group derived from a saccharide or the like. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention comprises 50 to 90% by weight of alkyl ether sulphate with a counterion selected from alkali metal ions, alkaline earth metal ions, ammonium ions, or mixtures thereof, and at least 0.5% by weight. % Alkaline earth metal, preferably magnesium ions, and chloride or sulphate ions in low concentrations. The molar ratio of alkaline earth metal: (the sum of chloride and inorganic sulphate) is more than 1: 1 and preferably more than 3: 2. The composition of the present invention is manufactured by a neutralization method comprising two steps. In the first stage, the acid type alkyl ether sulphate is partially neutralized with an alkaline earth metal hydroxide slurry, preferably magnesium hydroxide or an alkaline earth metal, preferably magnesium oxide. In the second step, the remaining neutralization is carried out in the presence of other alkali such as sodium hydroxide. Short chain alcohols, hydrotropes or other surfactants may optionally be added at both stages or at either stage for the purpose of adjusting viscosity or improving product stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The detergent composition of the present invention comprises 50 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 80% by weight of alkyl ether sulphate and at least 0.5% by weight, preferably at least 1% by weight of alkaline earth. It contains a metal, preferably magnesium. The concentration of chloride or sulphate in this composition is low. (The term "sulfate" herein refers to SO 4 2- as either an ionic or an inorganic salt). The composition may also optionally contain short chain alcohols, hydrotropes, other surfactants or mixtures thereof at 0 to 20% by weight. The alcohol is selected from ethanol or propylene glycol, the hydrotrope is selected from cumene sulfonate, xylene sulfonate, or anionic aromatic hydrotrope such as urea, and other surfactants are nonionic surfactants, polyethylene glycol or betaines. It is preferable to select from The alkyl ether sulphate component is a primary alkyl ether sulphate derived from the condensation product of a C 10 -C 20 alcohol and an average of up to 8 ethylene oxide groups. The alcohol itself can be obtained by natural fat or Ziegler olefin polymerization or oxo synthesis. Synthetic products include Cyl Chemicals (UK) 's trade name "Dobanol 23R" and Ethyl's trade name "Ethyl 24R", which are also blended with C13-15 alcohol in a 67% C13: 33% C15 ratio. The trade names "Lutensol", "SynprolR", and "LialR" are commercially available from BASF, ICIplc, and Riki Chemica. Examples of natural materials from which alcohols are obtained include coconut oil, palm kernel oil and corresponding fatty acids. C 12-15 alkyl ether sulphates are preferred and C 12-13 alkyl ether sulphates are most preferred. The known basic catalyzed ethoxylation techniques give a statistical distribution of the individual ethoxylates and, thus, the desired degree of average value in various ways. Blends can be made using materials with different degrees of ethoxylation; and / or materials with different ethoxylate distributions obtained by additional processes such as distillation using specific ethoxylation techniques. The average number of ethoxylate groups per mole of alkyl ether sulphate is less than 8, preferably less than 4. An average degree of ethoxylation of about 0.8 is particularly suitable for the purposes of the present invention. Sulfation of alcohol ethoxylates can be carried out using known sulfation techniques such as the sulfur trioxide method or the chlorosulfone method. The sulfation process can be carried out using a falling film reactor, a batch reactor, or other suitable sulfation device. A continuous method using a falling film reactor can be preferably used because it can suppress deterioration of an unstable acid type surfactant prior to neutralization to a minimum. In the present invention, the sulfation reaction is thoroughly carried out in order to minimize the amount of inorganic sulphate or chloride contained in the neutralized composition. In order to control the viscosity of the concentrated surfactant and facilitate the subsequent processing step, it is advisable to add a short chain alcohol having 2 to 5 carbon atoms. For example, ethanol, propylene glycol, isopanol and butanol are used, with ethanol being particularly preferred. Alternatively, a hydrotrope as a viscosity modifier / stabilizer may be used. For example, cumene sulfonate, xylene sulfonate and urea can be used. Neutralization Method The neutralization method of the present invention is performed in two steps. In the first stage, the acid-type ethoxylated sulphate is partially used using a hydroxide slurry of an alkaline earth metal, preferably magnesium, or an oxide slurry of an alkaline earth metal, preferably magnesium, at a solids content of at least 30% by weight. Neutralize. Neutralization is carried out continuously using a known neutralization loop consisting of a high shear mixer, a pump and a heat exchanger, which allows rapid and uniform mixing of the acid and base. Then, a part of the neutralized product is sent to the next step, and the rest is returned to the high shear mixer. Usually, the amount of this loop left and passed to the next step is 6 to 25% by weight, preferably 9 to 17% by weight, and the remainder is circulated in the loop. An essential feature of this invention is that the pH of the heat exchanger outlet contents is less than 4, preferably 3. The pH control is carried out by adding other alkaline solutions besides adding the alkaline earth metal hydroxide / oxide in the first neutralization loop. If additional alkaline solution is added, sodium, potassium or ammonium hydroxide is preferred. If necessary, other components used in ordinary detergents such as short chain alcohols, hydrotropes or surfactants may be added to the first neutralization loop to adjust the viscosity. The concentration of the content leaving the neutralization loop can be adjusted by adding water into the neutralization loop. You may add nonionic surfactant and / or betaine. The intermediate product leaving the first neutralization loop is sent directly to the second neutralization loop, where the neutralization is completed. This second neutralization loop also consists of a high shear mixer, pump and heat exchanger. The intermediate product from the first heat exchanger is mixed with the alkaline solution in a high shear mixer to complete neutralization. The pH of the content leaving the neutralization loop is at least 7, preferably 7-9, most preferably about 8. The alkaline solution used in the second neutralization step may be of any type, but sodium, potassium and ammonium hydroxides are preferred. Short chain alcohols, hydrotropes, water, or mixtures thereof may also be added in the second neutralization loop, but it is generally more advantageous to add via the first neutralization loop. All alkaline earth metal ions are preferably added via the first neutralization loop, but this is not a requirement. Subsequent Treatment The detergent composition of the present invention is designed to be stored and transported to meet the needs of manufacturing operations. The composition is further mixed with additional detergent ingredients prior to packaging and shipping to the consumer. This additional detergent ingredient can be selected by the formulator from a wide range of active ingredients. For example, anionic, nonionic, or intermediate ionic surfactants, foam promoters such as alkanolamides, opacifiers, thickeners, tarnish inhibitors, heavy metal ion chelating agents are all used in the final dishwashing liquid composition. It is an additional detergent ingredient useful for. The alkyl ether sulphate concentrated composition of the present invention is preferably mixed with a nonionic surfactant for the purpose of providing a composition which is particularly suitable as a liquid detergent composition for washing dishes. The concentration of nonionic surfactant in the composition of this invention is in the range of 0 to 50% by weight. This invention has been found to be optimal for the preparation of final compositions containing nonionic surfactants derived from polyhydroxy groups derived from sugars. Examples of such nonionic surfactants include polyhydroxy fatty acid amides and alkyl polyglucosides. Examples of preferred polyhydroxy fatty acid amides are alkyl N-methylglucamides whose alkyl chain has between 8 and 22 carbon atoms, preferably between 12 and 18, and especially the carbon number in the alkyl group. Approximately between 12 and 14 of N-methylglucamide from "coconut oil" is included. A method for producing these polyhydroxy fatty acid amides is disclosed in WO-92 / 06984. Examples of preferred alkyl polyglucosides include those in which the alkyl group has from about 12 to about 16 carbon atoms and the polyglucoside hydrophilic group consists of glucoside units having an average of about 1.5 to 4. Preferred alkyl polyglucosides include decyl, tetradecyl, hexadecyl, and octadecyl, di-, tri-, tetra-, penta- and hexa-glucosides, and mixtures thereof. EP-70074 discloses a description of alkyl polyglucosides. Preferred end products include at least 1% by weight, preferably at least 5% by weight of polyhydroxy fatty acid amides or alkyl polyglucosides, or mixtures thereof. Example A detergent composition of the present invention was prepared according to the following formulation:% AE 0.8S (acid form) 70 Mg (OH) 2 (33% slurry) 8 NaOH (50% solution) 13 water 4 .5 Ethanol 4.5 Alkyl ether sulfate Acid-type alkyl ether sulphate having an average number of ethoxylate groups of 0.8 (AE0.8S) per mol of mol was treated by a continuous sulfation method using a falling film reactor. Prepared from ethoxylated alcohol. Most of the alkyl chains were a mixture of C 12-13 chain lengths and were obtained from Ciel as "Dobanol 23R" (trade name). The acid was jetted into the high shear mixer of the first neutralization loop at 1.5 tonnes / hour. All magnesium hydroxide required for the final product was added into this loop along with 60% of sodium hydroxide. Water and ethanol were also added in this loop. The partially neutralized sulfate leaving the neutralization loop had a pH of 3 at 40 ° C. immediately after the outlet of the heat exchanger. The sulphate was then injected directly into the high shear mixer in the second neutralization loop. At the same time, the remaining 40% of sodium hydroxide was pumped into the second loop to complete the sulphate neutralization. The temperature of the content immediately after exiting the second neutralization loop and immediately after the heat exchanger was 40 ° C., and the pH was 8. Analysis of the product in this example showed that 1.1 wt% (0.045 mol%) magnesium, 0.6 wt% chloride (0.016 mol%), and sulphate (0.01 mol%) 1. It showed 0% by weight. The magnesium: (sulfate and chloride) molar ratio was (0.045) :( 0.01 + 0.016) or 1.7: 1 (or 1: 0.6). The storage stability was good, and no phase separation or viscosity change was observed even after 1 week at 50 ° C. The high activity surfactant according to this example comprises an ethoxylated alcohol having an average of 8 ethoxylate groups per mole and a carbon chain length of 10 (C10AE8), N-methylglucamide derived from coconut oil, and The final product was prepared by mixing with the other ingredients listed below (% by weight per final product):% Surfactant composition 20 C 10AE 8 8 N-methylglucamide 8 C 12/14 betaine 2 ethanol. 5 Sodium cumene sulfonate 2 Dye / Fragrance 1 Water balance This final product was also stable on storage. Comparative Example 2 The same concentrated surfactant composition as in Example 1 was prepared, except that magnesium hydroxide was replaced with magnesium chloride and a certain amount of magnesium (1.1% by weight) was contained in the surfactant composition. Part AE 0.85S (acid type) 70 NaOH (50% solution) pH up to 8 Water 4.5 Ethanol 4.5 MgCl 2 4.3 The product in this example was analyzed and found to contain 1.1 wt% magnesium ( 0.045 mol%), 3.71 wt% chloride (0.11 mol%), and 0.32 wt% sulfate (0.003 mol%). The magnesium: (sulfate and chloride) molar ratio was (0.045) :( 0.11 + 0.003) or 1: 2.5. While the concentrated surfactant composition shown in this example was stable itself, the final product prepared according to the formulation of Example 1 using this composition was found to be unstable. Comparative Example 3 4. The same high activity surfactant composition as prepared in Example 2 was reconstituted except that an additional 3 parts of magnesium chloride was added. The concentrated surfactant composition was unstable and rapidly separated into three phases. Analysis of the product in this example showed that 2.2% by weight of magnesium (0.092% by mole), 6.91% by weight of chloride (0.2% by mole) and 0.32% by weight of sulfate (0.003%). Mol%). The magnesium: (sulfate and chloride) molar ratio is (0.092) :( 0.2 + 0.003) or 1: 2. It was 2. The concentrated surfactant composition was unstable and phase separated.
