Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a method of forming a heat-insulating device composed of a heat-insulating material and an armoring which are laid on the outer surface of a body to be heat-insulated. which can repair a damaged part without removing the armoring. CONSTITUTION:If a gap 4 is present between normal heat-insulating members 2a, 2b provided around the outer surface of a pipe 1, a position of a damaged part caused by the gap is located by use of a heat measuring device such as a thermography. Further, heat-insulating filler filling holes 5 are formed in the armoring by drilling at those positions corresponding the damaged part, and accordingly, the heat-insulating filler is charged between the gap. Thereafter, the filling holes 5 are blocked by a masking tape. Accordingly, it is possible to simply and easily repair a damaged part of a heat-insulating device without removal of the armoring.

2. Description of the Related Art Insulation devices such as pipes and tanks are regularly inspected for heat insulation performance, and if deterioration of heat insulation performance is observed, repair is performed. If a decrease in heat retention performance is observed, the heat retention material itself may have deteriorated, but there are often gaps between the heat insulation materials, resulting in poor heat retention.

However, in the method of constructing the heat insulating device as described above, it takes time to reattach the outer material or replace the heat insulating material after the outer material is removed or repaired. In addition, a large-scale work scaffold may be required, which requires more than twice as much labor as a new heat insulating device. Further, there is a problem in the working environment that dust that is harmful to the human body is easily generated during these operations. Moreover, since the used heat insulating material that has been replaced becomes industrial waste, its treatment and disposal methods also pose a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art as described above, and the work time can be shortened by performing partial construction by a simple method without disassembling the heat retaining device. Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of constructing a heat insulating device which can reduce the labor required for work and can further suppress the generation of dust harmful to the human body and the generation of industrial waste.

In the construction method of the heat insulating device of the present invention, partial construction is performed by injecting the heat insulating filling material by forming a hole for injecting the heat insulating filling material by punching from the surface of the exterior material at the defective portion with a drill or the like. As a result, the same heat retaining effect can be obtained as when the exterior material is removed and the gap between the heat retaining materials is filled with rock wool or a compound heat retaining material or the heat retaining material is replaced.

As the heat insulating filler used in the present invention, for example, a paste heat insulating filler containing heat-resistant inorganic fibers and an inorganic binder as main components is suitable. The heat insulating filler is injected using an injection machine such as a hand gun. After injecting the heat-retaining filler, the injection holes are mastic tape, caulking material,
It is closed by covering it with a metal plate.

As shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating material 2a,
If there is a gap 4 between 2b, first, prior to the implementation of the present invention, the surface temperature is measured by using thermography to visually identify the position of the gap, that is, the defective portion without removing the exterior material 3. Can be caught.

Next, the present invention will be carried out. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer packaging material 3 corresponding to the position of the gap 4 is perforated with a drill or the like to form an injection hole 5 for injecting the thermal insulation filling material. Material 6 is injected. The heat-retaining filling material 6 is housed in the injection cartridge 7 and injected by the hand gun. A dedicated nozzle 8 is attached to the tip of the cartridge 7. As a result, the heat insulating filler 6 can be sufficiently spread to the deep portion. After the filling of the heat insulating filler 6 is completed, the filling hole 5 is closed by the mastic tape 9 as shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the method for repairing the heat insulating device of the present invention, the repair work can be performed without the disassembling work such as removing the exterior material and the heat insulating material replacement work. Since no large-scale work scaffold is required, the labor required for repair work is greatly reduced and the work time is shortened. Further, it is possible to suppress the generation of dust harmful to the human body during the work. Furthermore, since the heat insulating material is not replaced, the amount of industrial waste is greatly reduced, and the environment is protected.
The effect of energy saving can be improved.
