によって得られており、該一箇所の締付け圧力を板バネ
(8)によって両端の吸振パッド(9)まで均等に分散
せしめ、この締付け部分の近辺一帯のフランジ(21)
とその内側部に位置する広範囲のガスケット(1)とが
良好な締付け状態におかれる。
