が永久磁石3の磁着面に侵入し難くなりそのために保持
具本体1はコンクリート型枠16内面に強力に支持され
る。そしてコンクリート17を養生,硬化させた後、コ
ンクリート型枠16を外し図3に示したようにねじ孔2
にボルト18を螺合し該ボルト18の先端で頭部9を押
すことにより保持具本体1をコンクリート17から離脱
させると共に、アンカー8よりパッキン11を取り外
す。これにより図4に示したようにコンクリート製品2
0の表面に半球状の窪み19が形成されその中にアンカ
ー8の頭部9を突出させることができる。そして同図に
示したように該アンカー8の根元部は前記パッキン11
の外縁部15によりコンクリートが被るような形態が形
成される。このため少量の雨水20に対してはアンカー
