Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 搬送プーリ支持部材の両端部に支持ピン
を介して回転自在に支持された搬送プーリ間にわたって
基板搬送ベルトが掛け渡され、この基板搬送ベルトを所
定方向に駆動させて基板を搬送する基板搬送装置であっ
て、搬送プーリ支持部材の一端部に設けられた支持ピン
に複数の伝達用プーリ支持部材を伝達用支持ピンを介し
て順次回転自在に連結し、伝達用支持ピンに伝達用プー
リを回転自在に配設するとともに、伝達用プーリ支持部
材の終端部に、駆動手段により回転駆動される駆動プー
リを回転自在に配設し、駆動プーリと伝達用プーリとの
間と、隣り合う伝達用プーリを有する場合にはこれらの
伝達用プーリ同士の間と、伝達用プーリ支持部材に支持
された搬送プーリと伝達用プーリとの間とにわたってそ
れぞれ伝達用ベルトを掛け渡して、駆動プーリの回転駆
動力を前記伝達用ベルトを介して基板搬送ベルトに伝達
する構成とした基板搬送装置。
1. A substrate transfer belt is stretched between transfer pulleys rotatably supported by support pins at both ends of a transfer pulley support member, and the substrate transfer belt is driven in a predetermined direction to transfer a substrate. In the substrate transfer device, a plurality of transfer pulley support members are sequentially rotatably connected to a support pin provided at one end of the transfer pulley support member via the transfer support pins and transferred to the transfer support pins. The drive pulley is rotatably disposed, and the drive pulley rotatably driven by the drive means is rotatably disposed at the terminal end of the transmission pulley support member. The drive pulley and the transmission pulley are adjacent to each other. In the case of having matching transmission pulleys, the transmission belts extend between the transmission pulleys and between the transfer pulley supported by the transmission pulley support member and the transmission pulley. And a substrate transfer device configured to transfer the rotational driving force of the drive pulley to the substrate transfer belt via the transfer belt.
