In recent years, electronic devices have been remarkably miniaturized and packaged with high density due to remarkable high performance and high density of electronic parts, especially semiconductor parts. But the small size of the equipment,
High-density mounting requires an increase in internal heat generation per unit volume, and it is required to enhance its cooling capacity. In the case of air cooling as well, most of the natural convection air cooling will be forced air cooling using a cooling fan, and it will be even more extreme. The jet jet air cooling has come to be used, and liquid cooling has come to be put to practical use.

As shown in FIG. 4, in a conventional forced air-cooled electronic device, a plurality of circuit units 7 are arranged side by side in a housing 9 and plug-in mounted, and a duct is formed vertically between them. The upper plate 97 of the housing 9 at the upper end of the duct is partitioned by the duct, and the cooling fan 19 for exhaust is screwed to the inner side surface. Of course, although not shown, the bottom surface of the casing 9 has a ventilation hole for intake, a ventilation hole 98 for exhaust is provided on the upper plate of the casing 9, and dustproof covering the outer shape of the casing 9 is provided. Ventilation holes 88 are also provided at positions corresponding to the ventilation holes 98 of the cover 89 for preventing touch and electromagnetic interference, and the inside of the duct is forcibly ventilated from the bottom to the top by the cooling fan 19 for cooling.

However, the cooling fan 19 is constantly rotating while the equipment is operating,
It has a limited service life including bearings and is shorter than other electronic parts. To replace or inspect this cooling fan 19 due to an abnormality, remove the cover 89 from several fixing screws, and then remove it. The upper plate 97 can be removed by removing the fixing screws at several places, removing the wiring of the predetermined cooling fan 19 on the inner surface thereof, and then removing the fixing screws at several places. To install the cooling fan 19, tighten the fixing screws in the reverse order of the above to fix, then install the upper plate 97 and cover.
89 is over and it ends. As described above, the cooling fan 19 is attached / detached by tightening / removing it with a large number of fixing screws, which does not make the working man-hours ridiculous. If this took a long time, the operation of the equipment had to be limited or stopped. Furthermore, there is a risk that each fixing screw may fall into the inside of the housing 9 upon removal, causing a short circuit or loss. There were problems such as.

The above-described object is to achieve the above-mentioned objects with reference to FIGS.
As shown in (1), an opening / closing lid 2 that is airtightly contacted with an edge and is openable / closable outside is provided at an end of a duct for exhausting or inhaling air from the inside of a housing 9 of an electronic device. Cooling fan 1 on the side
This is achieved by the cooling fan mounting structure of the present invention. (2) Further, if there is a cover 8 for covering the casing 9, the opening / closing lid 2
This is achieved by the cooling fan mounting structure of the present invention, in which the corresponding portion is provided with a larger cutout portion 84 or a cutout portion. (3) The above-described cooling fan mounting structure in which the fan mounting member 3 that guides the outer shape and presses and closely contacts the cooling fan 1 at a predetermined position is provided on the inner side surface of the opening / closing lid 2 is also suitable. (4) Further, the cooling fan 1 is pressed against the inner surface of the opening / closing lid 2 via the airtight elastic member 4 to be in close contact with the inner surface of the opening / closing lid 2. (5) The cooling fan mounting structure is also suitable, in which the fan mounting member 3 is provided with the connector 5 and the wiring of the cooling fan 1 is connected to the connector.

That is, as shown in the principle configuration diagram of the present invention in FIG. 1, an opening / closing lid 2 is provided at the exhaust portion or the intake portion at the end of the duct for cooling the casing 9, and the cooling fan 1 is provided on the inner side surface thereof. Since the corresponding portion of the cover 8 that is attached is the removal portion 84, the cooling fan 1 inside can be contacted by simply opening the opening / closing lid 2 without removing the cover 8, which is extremely simple.

Further, since the opening / closing lid 2 is in air-tight contact with the edge portion of the duct, the cooling fan 1 does not suck air from the outside of the duct in the vicinity and reduce the cooling efficiency.
Furthermore, the cooling fan 1 is guided to a predetermined position by the fan mounting member 3, and is pressed and closely fixed by the elastic member of the fan mounting member 3. For example, in a box-shaped fan mounting member 3 having two open surfaces as shown in FIG. 2, ventilation holes 81 are formed in the bottom surface, and pressing leaf springs 34 are provided on both sides, and the cooling fan 1 is opened from one open side surface. When the cooling fan 1 is inserted and pushed to a predetermined position, both side surfaces of the cooling fan 1 are guided by contacting both side surfaces of the fan mounting member 3 and pressed against each other by the leaf spring 34, and the front end abuts against the inner side surface of the cooling fan 1. Is attached to.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the fan mounting member 33 has a shallow box lid shape for guiding one end surface of the cooling fan 1, and a bent spring member 35 is rotatably mounted on the opposite side. , The cooling fan 1 is placed on the fan mounting member 33, and the spring member 35 is rotated to hang the end portion on the upper end surface of the cooling fan 1 by applying a spring to the cooling fan 1 to the fan mounting member 33 side. Can be pressed and tightly fixed.

As a result, the cooling fan 1 is simply and securely fixed without using screws. Furthermore, in the latter case, if the air-tight elastic member 4, for example, a rubber plate, is pressed and fixed to the contact surface of the cooling fan 1, the cooling fan 1 will be in close contact with the cooling fan 1.
There is no leakage of ventilation before and after, improving cooling efficiency,
Moreover, fixing is easy and reliable.

Further, by connecting the wiring of the cooling fan 1 to the connector 5 provided on the housing 9 side,
You can connect securely. In this connector connection, there is a connector in the middle of the wiring cable that can be freely disconnected and connected, and the structure other than the connector is guided and fixed at a predetermined position, and the connectors fixed to each structure are Including the case of plug-in connection.

As a result, the cooling fan 1 having the connector 55 at the wiring end is placed on the ventilation hole 32 of the fan mounting member 33 in which the spring member 35 is rotated outward, and any one of the upper end surfaces of the cooling fan 1 is placed. The side of the spring member 35 is pressed with a finger to compress the airtight elastic member 4 and pull the spring member 35 on that side to spread the end, and the end portion is hooked on the end face, and then the spring member 35 is also attached to the opposite side. Then, the connector 55 is finally connected to the connector 5, and the mounting is completed.
