However, this mounting structure has the following drawbacks. That is,
The fastening part of the fixture is often located behind the interior material,
Poor workability. Since the fixture is directly fixed to the tunnel interior material with screws or integrated, the weight of the tunnel interior material is concentrated at that location, which easily causes damage, and the surface condition of the tunnel base after construction. Changes easily cause breakage. If the tunnel interior material is damaged, it is difficult to replace it. Etc.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention is a long hollow body which is made of cement as a main raw material and is made of an inorganic material, and which is manufactured by an extrusion molding method.
A tunnel interior material consisting of a substrate having concave side portions on the upper and lower sides and tiles fixed to the surface of the substrate via an adhesive layer, and for fixedly connecting the tunnel interior material to the tunnel base at the side portions It consists of a two-member upper end fixing part, a three-member intermediate fixing part, and a one-member lower end fixing part, and is easy to install, and the interior material is less likely to be damaged and easily replaced even if damaged. Therefore, the present invention proposes a tunnel interior material attachment structure that is resistant to changes in the state of the tunnel foundation after construction and that allows easy installation of interior materials regardless of the state of the tunnel foundation or anchor bolts.

The substrate 3 is, for example, a long hollow body produced from cement, asbestos, admixture, water, etc. as a raw material, extruded, and then cured, autoclaved and the like. Since the side portion 4 is provided on the lower side, the rigidity is high and the strength is large, so that the supporting span can be made large, the number of fixing members is small, and the workability is good and the interior material is economical. In addition, it is a completely inorganic material, has excellent fire resistance, and does not ignite in the event of a fire in a tunnel.

Anchor bolt A provided at a predetermined position on the surface of the base 1 is passed through the fixing hole 10d of 0, and is fastened with a double nut at a position where the interior materials 2 are in a vertical relationship with a smooth angle,
The mountain 4a on the back surface side of the lower side portion 4 of the interior material 2 is fitted between the guide piece 13c and the fixed piece 13d of the lowermost end material 13. Next, the upper part of the interior material 2 with the lower part fitted is applied to the guide side 10c of the connecting material 10 to adjust the vertical position of the connecting material 10, and then the positions of the upper pressing member 11 and the lower pressing member 12 are adjusted. After adjustment, bolts are inserted into the connection holes 10e, 11c, 12d of each member and fixed with nuts. Further, the lower part of the interior material 2 is fitted to the fixed side 12c of the lower presser 12, the intermediate fixing part 8 above it is formed by the same procedure, and finally the upper end fixing part 7 is used to fix the topmost interior material 2. By fixing, all the interior materials 2 are finished substantially parallel to the base 1 and smoothly.

As described above, according to the tunnel interior material mounting structure of the present invention, since each fixing portion is sequentially molded from below while mounting the tunnel interior material, construction is easy. Since the tunnel interior material is supported by the reinforced side parts, it has a stable structure and little damage.
It is easy to replace when damage occurs. It is also resistant to changes in the condition of the tunnel base after construction, and regardless of the condition of the tunnel base or anchor bolts, it is easy to install the tunnel interior material and the finish is beautiful. It does not come off even with vibrations such as earthquakes. Due to the construction of the tunnel interior material using three members, the unevenness (unevenness) of the tunnel base
Can be followed, and construction is easy. There are characteristics and effects.
