接機構3は溶接ト−チ13よりなりその先端は前記嵌合
溝内の縦筋と巻筋との交差部に向いていて該部を溶接自
在としたので、縦筋と巻筋の交差部は螺旋状に順に溶接
され、作業効率がよく、大量生産に適する。又巻筋を溶
接後の縦筋は治具ドラムの外径の縮少により容易に引き
抜くことができ作業が早くできる。
