BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rotary shaft which is rotatable about the center of a cylindrical pressure steaming tank and has a large number of openings, and has a large number of ventilation holes on its peripheral surface for suspending a material to be dyed. A rotatable winding core can be mounted, and a steaming pipe having steam introduction and discharge holes is arranged below the pressure steaming tank,
Steam reheated separately in a heating tank is steamed to a high pressure for a certain period of time from the steaming pipe in the pressure steaming tank through the material to be dyed,
The present invention relates to a high-pressure steaming machine in which the dye after dyeing the dyeing object is vividly and uniformly developed by steaming the dyeing material through the rotary shaft to a high pressure for a certain period of time.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the printing process of a dyeing material, the vividness of the dye is developed by passing through a steaming process for dye coloring after dyeing. The dye does not develop vividly unless it is steamed uniformly so that the material does not get wet due to dew condensation while maintaining a high pressure state.Recently, the processing of polyester fibers has diversified into small batches, so steaming Machines are also demanded to support it.

Therefore, in response to the demand for such a steamer,
A conventional steamer has been a large-scale high-pressure tank, and the dyed dyeing object to be steamed is continuously folded in the vertical direction at a slight interval in the upper and lower hooks to form a scalloped shape. This is a process of steaming the material to be dyed by injecting saturated steam or heating steam into the large-sized high-pressure tank for a certain period of time after storing it in this large-sized high-pressure tank and sealing it.

However, in such a steaming process, a partial portion of the article to be dyed which is continuously folded in the upper and lower vertical directions with a slight gap between the upper and lower hooking portions, that is, the upper and lower hooking portions. The steaming unevenness occurs in places where the steam is difficult to turn away from the folding places and the places where high pressure steam is injected, and furthermore, since the steaming pot is a large high pressure tank, partial dew condensation may cause wetting, etc. The problem is that it does not steam evenly, the dye does not develop vividly in the partial areas of the same piece of cloth that is dyed, and the equipment becomes large, making it difficult to introduce equipment into a small factory. In addition, the processing of polyester fibers, etc. required by the printing industry does not support diversification and small lots, and has various problems to be solved, such as leading to an increase in the cost of the printing processing process. Is.

[Operation] According to the present invention, the material to be dyed is wound around a core having a large number of vent holes so that the material to be dyed is suspended, and the core is made rotatable about the center of the pressure steaming tank. It is superposed on the rotating shaft, and it is constantly rotating during steaming of the dyed material wound around this core, so uneven steaming is prevented and at the same time, by winding the dyed material around the core, the tank (equipment) Reducing the size to a very small size, and then passing steam from the outside to the inside (out-in) from the steam tube to the rotary shaft of the dyed material wound around the core, and from the rotary shaft to the inside of the pressurized steam tank. By carrying out the process of passing from the outside to the outside (in-out) for a certain period of time, a uniform steaming process can be obtained in combination with the rotation mechanism of the above-mentioned dyeing object,
The steam supplied to the pressure steaming tank is reheated in the heating tank immediately before the supply, and is constantly heated by the heater in the piping process to the pressure steaming tank.
It is intended to achieve the above object by preventing dew condensation and wetting of steam in the pressure steaming tank.

The steaming process according to the present invention will be described. First, in order to preheat the heating tank, the heater 13 and the heater 20 of the pipe are turned on, and the steam introduced from the steam introducing pipe 12 is reheated and pressure steamed. Make sure that raw steam does not enter the tank 3. After that, the out-in injection valve 17 is opened to reheat the steam, and the steam is introduced and discharged into the pressure steaming tank 3 through the steaming pipe 10 arranged in the lower center of the pressure steaming tank 3. Further inflow to raise the temperature in the tank 3 up to 130 ° C. until the whole becomes hot, and then the out-in injection valve 17 is closed and at the same time the in-out injection valve 14 is opened to apply the rotation shaft 5 in the same manner as above. After steam is introduced into the pressure steaming tank 3 and the temperature inside the tank 3 is sufficiently raised, the steam inflow is stopped and the in-out discharge cock 18 is opened to reduce the pressure in the tank 3 to prepare the pressure steaming tank 3. According to the present invention, the object to be dyed 7 is suspended around the winding core 8 having a large number of ventilation holes 6, and the object to be dyed 7 is rotatable around the center of the pressure steaming tank.
During the steaming of the product, it is constantly rotated to prevent unevenness of steaming, and at the same time, by winding the dyed object 7 around the winding core 8, the tank (equipment) becomes extremely small, and the dyed material 7 wound around the winding core 8 The step of passing steam from the outer side to the inner side (out-in) from the steam pipe 10 to the rotary shaft 5 and the step of passing steam from the inner side to the outer side (in-out) from the rotary shaft 5 into the pressurized steam tank 3 are carried out for a certain period of time. As a result, the coloring of the dye is obtained by a uniform steaming process in cooperation with the rotating mechanism of the material to be dyed. The steam supplied to the pressure steaming tank 3 is heated in the heating tank 11 immediately before the supply. Since it is reheated and is constantly heated by the heater even in the piping process, it is possible to prevent condensation of vapor in the pressure steaming tank 3 and to make the dye after dyeing the dyeing object vivid and evenly develop the color.
