Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently cool a circuit board with simple configuration by providing a sucking hole communicated to external air and a sucked air leak hole opened/closed by a valve element and communicated to the sucking side of a motor-driven air blower in a circuit chamber for housing the circuit board to control the driving state of the motor-driven air blower. CONSTITUTION:When a sucking port 74, hose, extension pipe are clogged by sucked dust during cleaning, negative pressure on the sucking side of a motor- driven air blower 25 is increased. When negative pressure in a circuit chamber 38 of external air pressure communicated through the sucking hole to external air and on the sucking side of the motor-driven air blower 25 is higher than a prescribed value, a valve element 48 is energized toward the circuit chamber 38 by external air pressure, a coil spring 49 closing a sucked air leak hole 47 is elastically deformed against the energization, the valve element 48 is slid and moved to the sucking side of the motor-driven air blower 25, and the sucked air leak hole 47 is opened. With this opening, external air flows from the gap between a main body 2 of a case and a lid body 4 through the sucking hole into the circuit chamber 38, and a circuit board 39 is cooled.

When the suction port 74, the hose, the extension tube 9, the suction port body, or the like is blocked during cleaning, the negative pressure on the suction side of the electric blower 25 increases, and the suction port 50 External air pressure circuit room 38 and electric blower
When the negative pressure on the suction side of 25 becomes equal to or more than a predetermined value, the coil spring 49 that urges the valve body 48 toward the circuit chamber 38 by the atmospheric pressure to close the intake leak hole 47.
However, the valve body 48 is elastically deformed against the bias and the valve body 48 is electrically driven by the blower 25.
The intake leak hole 47 opens by slidingly moving to the suction side. Due to the opening of the intake leak hole 47, outside air flows into the circuit chamber 38 through the intake hole 50 from the gap between the main body case 2 and the lid body 4, and the inflowing outside air cools the circuit board 39. It flows into the intake side of the electric blower chamber 20 through the intake leak hole 47, is exhausted as exhaust air from the electric blower 25 through the exhaust chamber 52 and the exhaust port 53, and prevents the electric blower 25 from being heated. ing.

Therefore, the outside air that flows in at the time of a leak in order to prevent damage due to heating of the electric blower 25 always cools the circuit board 39, so that a plurality of separate heat sinks 42 and a complicated heat sink are required to improve heat dissipation efficiency. The flow path of the cooling air for the circuit board 39 can be obtained without using the bent heat dissipation plate 42 and the like, the circuit board 39 can be reliably cooled, and the circuit board 39 can be downsized. Further, since the outside air flowing into the intake side of the electric blower chamber 20 from the intake leak hole 47 hits the heat dissipation plate 42 to cool the heat dissipation plate 42, the cooling efficiency of the circuit board 39 can be further improved, and the circuit board 39 can be downsized. Can be converted. Further, the flow path of the cooling air for the circuit board 39 can be obtained with a simple structure in which the intake hole 50 and the intake leak hole 47 are opened in the circuit chamber 38.
