Abstract

PURPOSE:To make distribution businesses simpler with a composite tag label to be used by being stuck to a package for door-to-door delivery and its use method by directly sticking a tag to be used as a receipt in a laminated form on articles for distribution without bringing a separately set distribution tag (receipt) at the time of distributing the articles. CONSTITUTION:This composite tag label 1 is formed by temporarily composite tag label 1 is formed by temporarily adhering a laminated tag label 1A consisting, successively from the upper layers, of the first tag 2 having a resin layer 3 which is peelable and loses its adhesive power when peeled and the second tag 4 having an ordinary tacky adhesive layer 5 onto tape like backing paper 7. This laminated tag label 1A is peeled from the tape-like backing paper 7 and is stuck to the article. A delivering person peels the first tag 2 of the upper layer at the distributing destination of the article, obtains a receipt check from a person delivered with this article. This tag is used as the article receipt.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a composite tag label of the present invention includes a peelable first tag 2 made of thermal paper 2a or plain paper 2b, and a first tag.
On the back side of the tag, a resin layer 3 consisting of two layers, a strong adhesive resin layer 3a and a weak adhesive resin layer 3b, is provided in order, and on the back side of this resin layer 3, a second layer made of thermal paper with an adhesive layer 5 Tag 4
And a tape-like mount 7 on the back surface of the second luggage tag, the first luggage tag 2 and the second luggage tag 4 are stacked.
When peeled off, the adhesive force of the resin layer 3 of the first luggage tag 2 is increased.

Further, according to the usage method, necessary items as a sending slip and a receipt slip of the article are displayed on the first tag 2 which is a sending slip and a receipt slip. The label label 1A or 1B composed of the first tag 2 and the second tag 4 thus formed is peeled off, the side of the second tag 4 is attached to the article 20, and then the delivery person delivers the article to the delivery destination. When it is delivered to, the stacked first packing tag 2 is peeled off from the second packing tag 4, and a receipt stamp or signature is obtained from the consignee on the first packing tag 2 and used as an article receipt slip. It is a thing.

[Operation] The label label 1A or 1B in which the first tag 2 and the second tag 4 are laminated is peeled off from the tape-shaped mount 7,
The second tag 4 side is attached to the delivered article 20. That is, since the back surface of the second tag 4 has the usual adhesive layer 5, it has an adhesive force even when peeled from the mount 7,
It is securely attached to the article 20.

Next, at the delivery destination, the first tag 2 positioned on the upper layer of the two-layered tag label 1A or 1B is peeled off from the second tag 4. Then, since the resin layer 3 is applied to the peeling surface of the first tag 2, the peeling is easy, and at the same time, when peeled, it immediately dries to lose the adhesive force and becomes non-adhesive. In this way, a receipt stamp or signature is obtained from the consignee in the receipt column 12 of the peeled first luggage tag 2, and the first luggage tag 2 which is the sending slip is used as the receipt slip.

The tag labels 1A and 1B are temporarily attached at equal intervals on a tape-like mount 7 having a surface of which a release material 6 such as silicon is applied. The label tags 1A and 1B
Is composed of a first tag 2 and a second tag 4 which are stacked. On the back surface of the first tag 2, a strong adhesive resin layer 3a,
The resin layer 3 of the weakly adhesive resin layer 3b is applied to improve the peelability of the first tag 2. As a material for the resin layer 3, a resin-containing liquid varnish such as an acrylic ester varnish or a polyamide varnish is used. Further, a second tag 4 is laminated on the back surface of the first tag 2, and an adhesive layer 5 having an adhesive property is applied to the back surface of the second tag 4, and the second tag 4 is attached. Is temporarily attached to the tape-shaped mount 7. If the cutouts 8 are provided at the corners of the paper of the first tag 2 to be peeled off, the peeling work can be facilitated. Next, there are two types of the first tag 2 that is peeled off from the second tag 4, the first of which is the thermal paper 2a as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2 and the second of which is high-quality paper as shown in FIG. It is plain paper 2b such as coated paper. And the second tag 4 provided in the lower layer of the first tag 2 has the above 1 and 2
It is thermal paper.

Next, a tag label 1 on which predetermined items are printed
A and 1B are attached to the article 20 (see FIG. 6) that is peeled from the tape-shaped mount 7 and sent. More specifically, the tag labels 1A and 1 including the first tag 2 and the second tag 4 that are stacked.
In B, the surface separated from the mount 7 is the second tag 4
Since the adhesive layer 5 does not dry quickly even when peeled off, the adhesive layer 5 has sufficient adhesiveness, and this surface can be reliably attached to the article 20 such as a cardboard box.

In this way, in the delivery destination, the two-layered luggage label 1A, 1B separates the upper first luggage label 2 from the lower second luggage label 4. Then, the back surface of the first tag 2, that is, the peeling surface, is the resin layer 3, more specifically, the weak adhesive 3
Since b is applied, the peeling property is smooth, and the resin layer 3 immediately dries to lose the adhesive force and becomes non-adhesive. At this time, the second tag 4 remains attached to the article 20. Then, a receipt stamp or signature is obtained from the consignee in the receipt column 12 of the peeled first luggage tag 2, and the first luggage tag 2 is used as a receipt.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tag label 1A or 1B having a laminated structure of the first tag 2 made of the thermal paper 2a or the plain paper 2b and the second tag 4 made of the thermal paper is tape-shaped. Composite tag label 1 temporarily attached to the mount 7
In the above, since the peelable and quick-drying resin layer 3 is provided on the back surface of the first luggage tag 2 and the adhesive layer 5 is provided on the back surface of the second luggage tag 4, it is laminated from the tape mount 7. The stacked tag label 1A or 1B can be peeled off and the laminated tag label 1A or 1B can be attached to the article 20 to be sent. Furthermore, the first tag 2 and the second tag 4
Since the necessary items to be sent are displayed in, it has a function as an ordinary luggage tag.

Further, when the first tag 2 is peeled from the second tag 4, the resin layer 3 of the first tag 2 dries and becomes non-adhesive. 2 can be used as an item receipt for physical distribution. Even if the upper layer first tag 2 on which the information is printed is peeled off, the same information as the first tag 2 remains because the lower second tag 4 is attached to the article. You can check information such as the sender and destination.

Further, the laminated label label of the present invention is less expensive than the conventional slips composed of a large number of sheets, so that the cost can be saved. Further, since the first luggage tag can be used as the sending luggage tag and the article receipt slip, it is not necessary to provide a new shipping luggage tag, which is effective for cost saving.

Thus, the two-layered luggage label 1A, 1B at the delivery destination separates the upper first luggage label 2 from the lower second luggage label 4. Then, the back surface of the first tag 2, that is, the peeling surface, is the resin layer 3, more specifically, the weak adhesive resin.
Since the layer 3b is applied, the peelability thereof is smooth, and the resin layer 3 immediately dries to lose the adhesive force and becomes non-adhesive. At this time, the second tag 4 remains attached to the article 20. Then the receiving section 12 of the first tag 2 that the peeling to give a receipt stamp or signature from consignee to the first tag 2 received votes.
