Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning agent suitable for a P tile hole of a building, etc., and various washings without damaging and impairing hands, skin, clothing, etc., even if the cleaning agent is attached to them. CONSTITUTION:About 34 gram of sodium metasilicate is uniformly dissolved in about 880cc of water and 1.5 grams of a sodium straight-chain alkylbenzenesulfonate and 1.5 grams of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether are dissolved in the solution under stirring. The solution is uniformly mixed with 100cc of monoethanol-amine under stirring and 20cc of diacetone alcohol until the solution reaches a uniform state. 12 grams of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is added to the solution and stirred until the solution becomes a uniform state and the chemical agents are converted by chemical treatment such as substitution to give the cleaning agent and to provide a method for producing the cleaning agent.

EXAMPLES First, the features different from other seed cleaning agents of the present invention are shown below. 1. Although the cleaning agent of the present invention adheres to an object to which the paint is applied, the paint is not peeled off. 2. The dirt on the object can be easily wiped off. 3. Even if the above-mentioned cleaning agent adheres to the bare hand, the skin of the hand may peel off,
There is no risk of causing pain. 4. Do not redeposit. 5. Less corrosive. 6. Not a dangerous item. 7. Has a slight odor and no unpleasant odor. (Particularly suitable for indoor cleaning and peeling cleaning.) 8. Doesn't damage clothing or carpet. An example of implementing the present invention is as follows. Water 880c
About 34 g of sodium metasilicate was stored in an amount of about c, and this was uniformly dissolved, and 1.5 g of sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and 1.5 g of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether were added to each. Store and stir to dissolve, then store 100 cc of monoethanolamine, stir and mix evenly, store 20 cc of diacetone alcohol and stir until the state is uniform, and store 12 g of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in it. And agitating until it becomes a uniform state, and the chemical agent is converted by a public chemical treatment such as substitution, and has the same performance as the above. An example of the method of manufacturing the cleaning agent according to the present invention will be described below. Water 880 cc was placed in a desired container, and about 34 g of sodium metasilicate was placed therein to form a solution in which this was evenly dissolved, and 1.5 g of sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, and Each of 1.5 g of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether was stored and dissolved by stirring, and 100 cc of monoethanolamine was stored therein and sufficiently stirred to prepare a uniform liquid, and 20 cc of diacetone alcohol was stored therein. Stir until uniform, stir 12 g of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in it and stir until uniform, and then convert the chemical agent by a public chemical treatment such as substitution to obtain the same performance as above. What is claimed is: 1. A method for producing a cleaning agent, comprising: The product of the present invention can be used for paint coatings such as pea tiles to remove various stains without removing the paint.
Against water, diluted with roughly equal amount of water, such as cars, trains, ships,
It is suitable for washing painted vehicles such as airplanes, various kinds of equipment, buildings, etc. When washing, it is better to use a car wash brush, a short brushed nylon brush, etc. Then, at the time of actual use, the brush is immersed in a thin product of the present invention, and the brush is lightly rubbed in a circular shape to wash. It is preferable to wash the heavily soiled area with a brush containing a small amount of the product of the present invention. In addition, rinse with water before and after washing. In addition, it is preferable to paint in the same manner as painting the paint, and after painting, wipe with a polisher, water drop with a dewdrop, or by spraying water drops, using a pad or the like as appropriate. Even if the product of the present invention adheres to other products, it does not discolor, and the product of the present invention does not precipitate even after being stored for a long period of time. The main component of the present invention is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in claims 1 and 2, and about 12 g of each of the above claims is contained and stirred until it becomes a uniform state.
In the claims 1 and 2, "... converted by public chemical treatment and having the same performance as above ..." includes the following chemical substances. Substitutable chemical agents For amines, chemical agents that can generally be replaced with monoethanolamine 1. N- (2-aminoethyl) ethanolamine 1. Ethylenediamine 3. Monomethylamine 4. Monoethylamine 5.3-Amino-1-propanolamine 6.3- (Jetylamino) propylamine 7.3-Methylaminopropylamine Interchangeable chemicals Amines with strong odor (ammonia odor), high value Chemical agents that can be replaced with monoethanolamine and those with high melting points 1. Mono-n-butylamine 2. Propylamine 3. t-butylamine 4. Allylamine 5. Hexamethylenediamine 6. sec-Butylamine 7.3-Methoxypropylamine 8. N- (aminopropyl) ethanolamine 9. n-hexylamine 10. Chemical agents that can be replaced with piperidine alcohols Can be replaced with diacetone alcohol 1. Ethanol 2. Methanol 3. Isopyropyr alcohol 4. Tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol 5. Furyl alcohol 6. Octanediol Diacetone alcohol No poisonous poison. No unpleasant odor.
