Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of construction, by a method wherein a flat plate-like protruding strip is formed on one of the edge parts of panels neighboring with each other, and two strips of projections, of which the top end parts each are folded inside, which are approched to each other, and between which the flat plate-like protruding strip is inserted, are formed on the other. CONSTITUTION:A metallic joiner 21 with a flat plate-like protruding strip parallel to a panel surface is attached to the edge part of one side of a panel 10. Then, a metallic joiner 22 with a M-shaped section wherein a pair of protruding strips, of which the end parts each are folded inside in the shape of a letter L, and which are approched with each other at the top end parts thereof and are cut at the central part thereof, are attached to the edge part of the other side of another panel 10 neighboring with the panel 10. When the panels 10 are attached, a vertical masonry joint is formed by inserting the protruding strip of the metallic joiner 21 for one of the panels 10 between the protruding strips of the metallic joiner 22 for the other. In this way, since the treatment of a joint is finished by only attaching the panels, scaffolding for constructing the joint is made unnecessary, safety can be improved, and a construction period can be shortened. Furthermore, since sealing members are not deteriorated, reliability can be improved and an accidental error due to fitting and thermal expansion can be absorbed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the outer wall of a building such as a steel structure factory or warehouse is generally formed by bolting corrugated steel plates or plywood to the steel frame portion. The panel system for attaching a panel with soundproofing tends to be adopted. In the case of corrugated steel plates, "overlap type" connection is usually made by overlapping the ends, but in the case of the panel method, a connection part for overlapping is provided at the panel end and these parts are connected to each other. There is a "lap type" and a "joint type" in which panels are mounted with a gap and the joint material is inserted into the gap.

The present invention relates to this joint type outer wall panel. An example of the outer wall of this type of panel structure is shown in FIG. 10 is a panel, 20 is a joint material, and S is a building steel member. The panel 10 comprises a surface frame 13 mainly made of metal such as a color steel plate, a stainless steel plate, and an enameled steel plate on the surface of a panel frame constituted by a vertical frame 11 and a furring strip 12 connecting the vertical frame 11 in the horizontal direction. Composed. (A heat insulating material or a sound absorbing material may be attached to the back surface of the surface material 13, but it is omitted here.) The panels 10 are attached to the steel members of the building with a gap therebetween, and the joint material 20 is provided in the gap portion. It is attached. Generally, the panel itself can be attached from the inside of the building by using a steel frame member or the like as a scaffold.

As a conventional example of joint treatment, the joint cover 25 shown in FIG. 5 has a joint cover 25 having a width that closes a gap and is fixed between adjacent panels with screws or the like.
(A) shows the state before attachment and (b) shows the state after attachment. Although the structure itself is simple, since the joint cover is attached to the panel afterwards, it is necessary to provide a scaffold for working in high places along the wall on the outside of the building, and a flat cover for attaching the joint cover to the edge of the panel. It is necessary to form a part or the like and to provide a mounting hardware.

In FIG. 6, a rubber joint material 26 is inserted into the gap. The rubber joint material 26 may be driven in after the panel is attached, or may be adhered to the end surface of one panel in advance. This structure has a problem in that the rubber deteriorates and falls off due to long-term use, and the waterproof property is deteriorated, resulting in poor reliability. FIG. 7 shows an outer wall panel described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-94110. (The shape of the panel frame is slightly changed according to FIG. 6.) In this outer wall panel, an elastic joint metal fitting is used as a joint material. That is, the elastic joint metal fittings 27a, 27b are elongated metal plates having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and one side of the L-shape is attached to overlap with the panel end surface side, and the other side of the L-shape is the end gap direction. Inserted in. The tip is further folded back in a U shape or a V shape and pressed against an adjacent panel, so that it elastically deforms to seal the gap. This structure has a problem that if the elastic joint metal parts 27a and 27b are not formed or attached properly, the tip portion is corrugated and sealing is not performed completely.

In the construction, since a joint metal fitting is attached to each panel in advance, the protruding piece 21a of the left panel is attached.
The vertical joint is formed as shown in FIG. 1 by building the panel by inserting the tip of the panel into the gap between the tips of the pair of protruding pieces 22a, 22b of the right panel. Here, if the gap between the tips of the right side protruding pieces 22a and 22b is made smaller than the thickness of the left side protruding piece 21a, the two stick to each other in the inserted state and the sealing performance is further improved.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a portion indicated by A in FIG. 1, that is, a fitting portion of the protruding pieces on both sides, and FIG. 3 (a) shows the bent shapes of the protruding pieces 22a and 22b as shown in FIGS. The same bent shape, (b) is the protruding shape of the protruding pieces 22a, 22b with an arc shape, and (c) is the bent shape with 22a, 22b. Although they are folded back, (b) and (c) require a little extra material as compared with (a), but the processing accuracy of the contact portion is good, so that the sealing performance is good.

In the joint structure of the present invention, even if there is a mounting error, thermal expansion, movement due to wind force, etc. in the in-plane direction of the panel, for example, in the left-right direction of FIG. Since it can be absorbed, the function of the expansion joint can be expected. If the joint metal parts 21 and 22 are manufactured by bending a thin steel plate such as a color steel plate, for example, the same weather resistance as the surface material of the panel can be expected, and the panel is aesthetically pleasing. It is preferable because it is in harmony.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, all the joint metal fittings are attached to the panel in advance, and since the joint treatment is completed only by building the panel, there is no need for a scaffold or the like for joint construction. The safety is improved and the process can be shortened. Further, since the seal member is not deteriorated, a highly reliable seal structure can be realized for a long time, which is an excellent effect.
