ィルム5とからなる曇止めフィルム1の裏面保護フィル
ム5を剥す。(図1b参照) つぎに、圧着機6について説明すると、上部に油圧によ
り上下する油圧シリンダー7を設け、その先端にガイド
ピン8で支持された内部にヒーター9を内設したシリコ
ンローラー10を支承してある。また、下部には上記シ
リコンローラー10と相対向する減速機付モーター11
にてチェーン駆動する駆動ローラー12を設けてなるも
のであり、圧着すべくシールドAの裏面A1に粘着剤4
を下にして曇止めフィルム1を仮着した状態のものを用
意する。(図1c参照) その後、油圧シリンダー7を下方に作動させ、シリコン
ローラー10と駆動ローラー12との間に曇止めフィル
ム1を仮着したシールドAを入れ、熱を加えたシリコン
ローラー10に沿って圧着されて貼り付ける。(図1d
参照) 最後に、シールドAよりはみ出した曇止めフィルム1を
ナイフN等でカットして仕上げるものである。(図1
e,f参照) これを使用する場合は、ヘルメットにシールドAを取り
付け、使用時に表面保護フィルム2を剥すものである。
なお、貼り付ける対象物はシールドに限定せず、鏡やス
キー用ゴーグル等に貼り付けることができる貼付方法で
