Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an end part of a hot water pipe to be easily exposed and further to facilitate a connecting work for a connecting pipe in a hot water mat in which the hot water pipe is arranged in a U-shape pipe groove formed in the mat main body and a thermal radiation plate is applied in tension to an upper surface by a method wherein either a U- or L-shaped recess is formed at an end part of the main body of the mat. CONSTITUTION: A hot water mat is constructed such that a hot water pipe 2 (2a, 2b) is arranged in a U-shaped groove formed in a main body 1 of the mat, small floor joists 3 are alternatively inserted and the hot water pipe 2 and a communicating pipe 4 (4a', 4b') extending from a heat source machine are connected to each other under utilization of a header. Then, a side part 10a in parallel with the hot water pipe 2 is cut for every thermal radiation plate 5 along the floor joists 3 in order to forma recess 10 at a corner part of the mat main body 1, a side in perpendicular to the hot water pipe 2 is cut only at the main body 1, the thermal radiation plate 5 is left as a bent part 5a. With such an arrangement as above, the thermal radiation plate 5 can be released to open upwardly at the recess 10 so as to improve a connecting work of the communicating pipe 4 to the hot water pipe 2.

[Claims] 1. A hot water mat formed by forming a U-shaped pipe groove in the mat main body, arranging a hot water pipe in the pipe groove, and laminating a heat radiating plate on the upper surface, at the end of the mat main body. By forming a U-shaped or L-shaped notch so that a part of the heat sink is left, the notch can be opened and closed with the left part of the heat sink as a fulcrum, and the hot water pipe is provided. And a hot water mat for floor heating configured so that a connecting pipe extended to the heat source machine is connected in the notch. 2.
