In recent years, foods that can be cooked as they are in a microwave oven have been spotlighted. The container is cardboard, pottery,
There are plastic, heat-resistant glass, aluminum, etc., and they are used properly according to the application. Among them,
The one using paperboard has many advantages such as low cost and easy disposal, and it is most used. What uses paperboard is not composed of paper alone, but is a composite material mainly laminated (bonded) with a heat-resistant synthetic resin film on one side, sometimes both sides, and the heat-resistant resin is polyethylene terephthalate. Resin, polymethylpentene resin, and polypropylene resin are laminated depending on the purpose. However, these paper containers have various drawbacks and are not satisfactory as microwave cooking paper containers. That is, when a polyethylene terephthalate resin-laminated paper container is cooked in a microwave oven, the taste and odor of the food may change, and peeling from the food is poor, making it easy to attach bread, cakes, etc. Is unsuitable as Also, there is a lot of contamination of containers with food. Since the paper container laminated with polymethylpentene resin is inferior in heat sealability and gas barrier property,
Limited use. Since a paper container laminated with polypropylene resin has poor heat resistance, it cannot be used for foods rich in oil and fat. Further, the gas barrier property is poor, so that the use is limited.

Therefore, the present inventor eliminates the defects of these conventional products,
Based on the fact that the polybutylene terephthalate resin film has high heat resistance and high rigidity, and is tasteless and odorless, etc.,
It was found that a paper container formed by laminating a laminate of laminated polybutylene terephthalate resin on heat-resistant paper (laminated paperboard) so that the polybutylene terephthalate resin layer is on the inside has a sufficient function as a microwave oven paper container, The present invention has been completed.

The paper container of the present invention is excellent in heat resistance and peelability from foods, and does not change the taste and odor of foods, and thus is a suitable paper container for microwave oven cooking. In addition, good gas barrier properties, especially low oxygen permeability, good heat sealability can seal foods and block outside air, which is also advantageous in that it can be combined with preservation of foods. is there.

The polybutylene terephthalate resin used in the present invention has an intrinsic viscosity (value measured at 25 ° C. in orthoclophenol)
Is preferably in the range of 0.9 to 2.5, and particularly preferably has an intrinsic viscosity of 1.0 to 2.0. When the intrinsic viscosity is less than 0.9, the stability of the melt film is poor during extrusion lamination due to the small intrinsic viscosity, and when it exceeds 2.5, the load on the extruder is too large and stable operation becomes difficult.

Further, the polybutylene terephthalate resin, the purpose of use of the present invention, that is, a plasticizer, an antioxidant or a substance which is not extracted by the food when heated in a microwave in contact with the food and does not contaminate the food Stabilizers such as UV absorption,
It does not hinder the addition of antistatic agents, surfactants, flame retardants, coloring agents such as dyes and pigments, lubricants for improving fluidity, crystallization accelerators (nucleating agents) and the like. In addition, small amounts of other thermoplastic resins, inorganic fillers and the like can be appropriately used depending on the purpose depending on the required performance within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.

Example 1 A polybutylene terephthalate resin (melting point 228 ° C.) having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.26 was used in an extruder having a 90 mmφ, a T-die slit width was 0.8 mm, a resin temperature was 300 to 305 ° C., and a basis weight was 320 g /
It was laminated on a m 2 paperboard so as to have a thickness of 26 μm. In order to improve the adhesion between the resin and the paperboard, the paperboard used was pretreated by corona discharge. After punching the obtained laminated paperboard, it was molded by using a hot press at 130 ° C. so that the polybutylene terephthalate resin layer was on the inside and heat set to obtain a paper container. A heat resistance test (a heat deformation test using a microwave oven) was performed on the obtained container. Further, using a commercially available food for microwave oven cooking and the like, the adhesion with food during heating and the contamination with food were tested. The results are shown in Table-1. The gas permeability was also measured. The results are shown in Table-2.
