In the fluid pipe separation prevention device of the embodiment of the present invention thus constructed, the nut 24 is tightened,
By pushing the sliding piece 16 inward of the upper receiving portion 7, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, the tips of the plurality of locking claws 18 formed on the lower surface of the locking piece 15 are connected to the fluid pipe B. Resin layer 26
By digging into the outer surface and being strongly pressed toward the center of the pipe, the fluid pipes A and B are connected to each other and the separation is prevented.

Even if the locking piece 15 is further pressed from this state through the nut 24, as shown in FIG. 4, the length h of the locking claw 18 is equal to the thickness of the resin layer 26. Since it is shorter than m, the nail root 180 blocks the bite, and the nail tip 181 does not reach the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 25 made of steel.

As a result, even if the fluid pipes A and B are backfilled in the soil after being connected, the steel pipe body 25 conducts to the outside soil through the locking piece 15 made of metal or the like. Therefore, the steel pipe 25 is prevented from being electrolytically corroded by stray electric current in the soil or corroded by water.

As described above, a plurality of locking claws 18 shorter than the thickness of the resin layer 26 are formed on the lower surface of the locking piece 15 forming a surface in the longitudinal direction of the axial direction of the fluid pipe B, whereby the locking claws are formed. 18
Since the amount of biting into the resin layer 26 is reliably regulated by the contact between the outer peripheral surface of the resin layer 26 and the nail roots 180 of the locking pieces 15, the locking claws 18 bite excessively deeply and become steel. There is no possibility of coming into contact with the outer surface of the tubular body 25 made of resin or cutting the resin layer 26.

Further, as described above, the force is locked in the longitudinal direction of the axial direction of the fluid pipe B, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the force for displacing the insertion portion 2 of the fluid pipe B away from the receiving portion 1 of the fluid pipe A. Piece 1
5 is formed and a plurality of locking claws 18 are formed on the lower surface thereof, the force applied to each locking claw 18 is dispersed with respect to the displacement force, so that the resin layer 26 is locally damaged. Therefore, the tubular body 25 made of steel will not be exposed to the outside.

In the present invention, unlike the case where the metal pipe is engaged with the metal locking claws made of metal, the locking claws 18 are slightly different from the steel tube body 25 while holding the resin layer 26. It is possible to move.

That is, in the case of metal-to-metal connection, if a local or strong load is applied and the locking claw is once disengaged from the metal pipe body, the connection force will be lost, causing pipe separation. In the case of the present invention, since the pipes are elastically coupled to each other by the locking claw 18 and the resin layer 26, even when a local or strong load is generated, the both are allowed to move and the coupling force is increased. It can be maintained for a long time. In addition, the degree of freedom of bending at the joint is increased.
