Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily and simultaneously apply finger-pressure on a wide range of a body and to improve the finger-pressure effect by fixing electromagnets each within a base at a position facing to permanent magnets each fixed on the undersides of a number of finger- pressure rods being freely movable up and down and making the facing surfaces of both magnets to be the same polality under an energized condition. CONSTITUTION: Slender finger-pressure rods 6 are inserted so as to be freely movable vertically into a number of holes 4 opened on the top surface of a plane base 2 with a wide area and permanent magnets are respectively fixed on the undersides of the finger-pressure rods 6 and electromagnets are fixed each within the base 2 at a position facing to the permanent magnet and the polarities of the facing surfaces of the electromagnet and the permanent magnet become the same polality under an energized condition. As the result, a repulsive force is generated between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet both having the same polarity and the finger-pressure rods 6 are projected from the holes 4 to apply finger- pressure to a body. When energization of electricity is shutted down, the repulsive force disappeared and the projected finger-pressure rods are pushed down. Therefore, it is also possible to project specified finger-pressure rods 6 to perform partial finger-pressure on the body and when the porality is continuously turned reversely, the finger-pressure rods 6 repeat the finger-pressure to improve the effect of finger-pressure.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional acupressure device has a structure in which a rotating acupressure rod having a cylindrical shape and a plurality of irregularities for acupressure is provided on the outer periphery of the bed, and the acupressure rod rotates on the flat surface of the bed while rotating. By moving up and down from above,
Spine, waist, etc. of the elderly, healthy people, patients, etc. who lie on the bed
Shiatsu was applied to the shoulders and head. However, in this acupressure device, partial acupressure is mainly performed by concentrating the back part.
It was not possible to apply Shiatsu to a large area of the human body at the same time. In addition, since the driving mechanism such as a motor, the driving mechanism of the rotary shiatsu bar, and the transmission mechanism that transmits the driving force of the driving unit to the driving mechanism are complicated, the acupressure device becomes large and expensive, and causes a failure. There were many places that needed maintenance.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in this acupressure device which is energized, the electromagnet is also energized and the electromagnet has the same pole as the permanent magnet on the lower surface of the acupressure rod. A repulsive force is generated between the acupressure rods and the acupressure rods project from the holes to acupressure the human. When the acupressure device is de-energized, the electromagnet is also de-energized, the repulsive force between the electromagnet and the acupressure rod disappears, and the protruding acupressure rod is pushed into the acupressure device by the weight of the acupressure rod or the weight of a person. Therefore, when only the predetermined electromagnet is selectively energized when the acupressure device is energized, only a predetermined acupressure rod can be projected, and partial acupressure of the body is also possible. If the energization of the acupressure device is continuously interrupted at predetermined intervals or the polarity of the electromagnet is continuously reversed to be different from the polarity of the permanent magnet, the acupressure rod repeatedly moves forward and backward to perform acupressure, and the acupressure effect can be improved. The advance / retreat interval of the acupressure device can be easily changed by changing the interval of energization / interruption of the electromagnet.

[0007] In addition, when the acupressure device is placed on the bed surface, a bedridden person such as a bedridden elderly person, a sick person or an injured person is laid down on the bedside directly or through a sheet or a futon. Is a state in which it is supported by a predetermined acupressure rod in a projected state, and the supported acupressure rod is retracted regularly or aperiodically as necessary, and the other acupressure rod in the retracted state is projected. By supporting the receding person's forward and backward movements, the supporting part of the acupressure rod will change, and floor displacement can be prevented.

In the acupressure device according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the pair of acupressure rods are connected to each other by the link pivotally attached to the center of the acupressure device, the acupressure rods advance and retreat in opposite directions. Further, in this pair of acupressure rods, a permanent magnet is attached to the lower surface of at least one of the acupressure rods, and by setting the same or different polarity as this permanent magnet, the acupressure rod attached with the permanent magnets is moved back and forth as described above. The acupressure rod on the other side is always moved back and forth in a direction opposite to the acupressure rod to which the permanent magnet is attached.

When a permanent magnet is attached to the lower surface of one of the pair of acupressure rods and a permanent magnet is not attached to the lower surface of the other acupressure rod, one electromagnet is provided at a position facing the permanent magnet. Is provided, and by making the polarity of this electromagnet the same as or different from that of the permanent magnet, it is possible to move the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet forward and backward, and the other acupressure rod always advances and retracts in opposite directions via the link. .

If a magnetic body is attached to the lower surface of the acupressure rod on which the permanent magnet is not attached and another electromagnet is provided at a position facing the magnetic body, the polarity of the electromagnet on the permanent magnet side is set to the permanent magnet. If the electromagnet on the side of the magnetic body is energized only when the same condition is applied, the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet protrudes out of the acupressure device by the repulsive force of the electromagnet, and the acupressure rod with the magnetic material is connected to the electromagnet. The link that connects the acupressure rods to each other tries to incline in the same direction by the attraction force of the acupressure device, so that the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet attached does not only repel the permanent magnet and the electromagnet, but also the other. The suction force of the acupressure rod is also added, resulting in about twice the rush output.

When the permanent magnets are attached to the lower surfaces of the pair of acupressure rods, the polarities may be the same or different from each other. In the former case, the polarities may be the same. When two electromagnets are provided so as to face the magnet, and when an electromagnet having a U-shaped core is used, one end of the core of this electromagnet is used as one permanent magnet, and the other end of the core is used as the other permanent magnet. There are cases where they face each other.

When a pair of acupressure rods having the same polarities of the permanent magnets attached to their respective lower surfaces are advanced and retracted by two electromagnets, the polarity of the permanent magnet of one acupressure rod is the same as that of the electromagnet, and the other is the other. If the polarity of the permanent magnet is different from that of the electromagnet, the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet that has the same polarity as the electromagnet protrudes due to the repulsive force, and the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet that has a polarity different from the electromagnet does not. Since the links that connect the acupressure rods to each other tend to tilt in the same direction, the acupressure rod with the permanent magnet attached not only repels the permanent magnet and electromagnet, but also the attraction force of the other acupressure rod. , About 2
It will be about twice the sudden output. On the contrary, in order to retreat the acupressure rod in the protruding state and cause the retracted acupressure rod to protrude, by reversing the polarity of the electromagnet, the repulsive force is generated where the suction force was working, and the repulsive force is working. A suction force is generated in a different place, and the acupressure rod in the retracted state is projected and the projected acupressure rod is retracted by the force of about double as described above. In this case, if a U-shaped electromagnet is used as the core of the electromagnet, one electromagnet can advance and retreat a pair of acupressure rods.

When the polarities of the permanent magnets attached to the lower surfaces of the pair of acupressure rods are made different, two electromagnets must be provided so as to face each other. When advancing / retreating this pair of acupressure rods, two electromagnets are used, and the links connecting the acupressure rods to each other tend to incline in the same direction as described above. Not only the repulsion between the magnet and the electromagnet, but also the attraction force of the other acupressure rod is added, resulting in about twice the rush output. On the contrary, in order to retreat the acupressure rod in the protruding state and to make the retracted acupressure rod protrude, by reversing the polarities of the electromagnets respectively, a repulsive force is generated at the place where the suction force was working,
Suction force is generated where the repulsive force was working, and about 2
With double the force, the acupressure rod in the retracted state projects and the projected acupressure rod retracts. As described above, since each of the pair of acupressure rods is connected to the link in a loosely attached state, the acupressure rod can perform linear movement without any obstacle to the rotational movement link. On the other hand, in order to project the acupressure rod with the magnet attached, the electromagnet on the magnetic body side is not energized and cut off, so that the magnetism of the electromagnet on the permanent magnet side is different from that of the permanent magnet and only the attractive force with this permanent magnet is applied. At the same time, the permanent magnet is attracted and the acupressure rod with the magnetic material is projected.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the acupressure device comprising a plurality of acupressure blocks and a base for mounting the acupressure blocks,
The designated block is fixedly attached to the base so that the contact terminal of the acupressure block is brought into contact with the contacted terminal of the base to form the acupressure device. The acupressure blocks include one having a pair of acupressure rods linked to each other, one having a plurality of acupressure rods, and one having a plurality of independent acupressure rods which are not linked to each other. There are cases where they are attached and cases where different types of acupressure blocks are mixed and attached to the base. When the acupressure rods of these acupressure blocks are moved back and forth, the contact terminals of the acupressure blocks are brought into contact with the contacted terminals of the base to supply electricity from the base side to the electromagnets in the acupressure blocks to move back and forth in the same manner as described above. Since this acupressure block can be attached to the entire surface of the base or only to a predetermined place as needed, if the acupressure block is attached only to the base part where human body is in contact, the area of the acupressure part is the minimum required. You can easily set the limit.
Further, when acupressure is applied to a partial acupressure part of the body, the acupressure block is attached to the base opposite to the position of the acupressure part, and partial acupressure can be performed easily. Since the outer peripheral shape of the acupressure part can be easily set, it is possible to perform shiatsu without waste. Further, it is possible to attach a shiatsu block to the entire surface of the base, control the electricity supplied to the shiatsu block, and move the shiatsu rod of a predetermined shiatsu block forward and backward to partially acupressure the human body. In the acupressure device including a plurality of acupressure blocks mounted on the base, the repair is completed by replacing the defective acupressure block with a new acupressure block, so that anyone can easily perform the repair and the repair cost is low.

The acupressure device of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 has a horizontal length of about 750 mm and a vertical length of 5 as shown in FIG.
It is about 54 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, six acupressure devices 1 are installed on the bed surface of the bed with the acupressure rods 6 facing upward, and the wiring 22 of each acupressure device 1 is connected to the switching circuit 23. As shown in FIG. 4, this switching circuit is connected to the pulse power supply circuit 24 via an individual rotary switch 29 which is independent of each wiring 22 extending from each electromagnet 15, and is selected by the rotary switch 29.
Further, a control unit 38 for adjusting the trigger pulse width (T1) and the trigger pulse period (T2) is connected to the pulse power supply circuit 24, and the operation of the control unit 38 is operated from the connected operation unit 40. The commercial external power supplied through the outlet plug 41 inserted into the outlet 43 is converted into direct current through the pulse power supply circuit 24, and this direct current is supplied to the switching circuit. A thin mat 45 is laid on the upper surface of the acupressure device, and the bedridden old man 44 is laid on the mat. This acupressure device has an internal structure as shown in FIG. 3, and a pair of holes 4 communicating from the upper surface of the base 2 to the inside of the hollow chamber 3 are opened in multiple rows and a pair of acupressures are provided in the pair of holes 4. Stick 6
And a pair of acupressure rods 6 are connected by a link 9 pivotally attached to the center of the base 2. This connecting portion is formed by loosely attaching a protrusion 7 protruding from the lower part of the acupressure rod 6 to the elongated hole 11 of the link 9. This one
The permanent magnets 12 of the same polarity are attached to the lower surfaces of the pair of acupressure rods 6, and one of the permanent magnets 12 has a U-shaped core 16
One end surface of the core 16 of the electromagnet 15 having the above is opposed, the other permanent magnet 12 is opposed to the end surface of the remaining core 16, and the pair of acupressure rods 6 are moved forward and backward by the single electromagnet 15. The acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 having the same polarity as the electromagnet 15 in the energized state is attached protrudes by the repulsive force,
Further, the acupressure rod 6 having the permanent magnet 12 having a polarity different from that of the electromagnet 15 is attracted, and the links 9 connecting the acupressure rods 6 try to incline in the same direction. Not only the repulsion of the permanent magnet 12 and the electromagnet 15 but also the attraction force of the other acupressure rod 6 is added to the rod 6, and the protrusion output is about twice as large. Since each of the pair of acupressure rods 6 is loosely connected to the link 9, the acupressure rod 6 can perform linear movement without any obstacle to the link 9 for rotational movement. On the contrary, in order to retreat the acupressure rod 6 in the protruding state and cause the retracted acupressure rod 6 to protrude, the polarities of the electromagnets 15 are reversed by the pulse power supply circuit 24, respectively. Then, a suction force is generated where the repulsive force has been exerted, and the finger pressure rod 6 in the retracted state projects and the projected finger pressure rod 6 retracts with a force about twice as the same as described above.

Example showing other internal structure (see FIGS. 8 to 11) The structure of the acupressure rod that moves back and forth is not limited to the structure of the first embodiment, and there are other structures shown in FIGS. 8 to 11. In the other internal structure of the acupressure rod shown in FIG. 8, the S pole permanent magnets 12 are attached to the lower surfaces of the acupressure rods 6 which are respectively attached to the holes 4 so as to be vertically movable, and the S pole permanent magnets 12 are attached. The electromagnets 15 are attached so as to face each other, and the electromagnets 15 have different polarities by changing the winding direction of the coil 19 wound around the core 16 of each electromagnet 15 adjacent in multiple rows and multiple stages. Therefore, when the electromagnet 15 is in the energized state, the permanent magnet 12 having the same polarity as the electromagnet 15 repels, and the acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 is attached protrudes to acupressure the body. Further, the acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 having a polarity different from that of the permanent magnet 12 is attached is retracted by the attraction force. When the polarity of the electromagnet 15 is reversed by the pulse power supply circuit 24, the protruding acupressure rod 6 retracts due to the suction force, and the retracted acupressure rod 6 protrudes due to the repulsive force.

Another acupressure rod structure shown in FIG. 9 is a pair of acupressure rods 6 connected by links 9 as in the first embodiment.
The permanent magnets 12 are attached to the lower surfaces of the two so that their polarities are different from each other, two electromagnets 15 facing each other are provided, and the two electromagnets 15 have the same polarity in the energized state. Is. In this case, when the two electromagnets 15 are energized, one permanent magnet 12 of the pair of acupressure rods 6 repels the electromagnet 15, and the other permanent magnet 12 attracts the remaining electromagnets 15. The acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 that repels 15 is attached protrudes by the repulsive force, and the acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 that attracts the electromagnet 15 is attached retracts. Since the links 9 connecting the acupressure rods 6 to each other tend to incline in the same direction, the acupressure rod 6 having the permanent magnets 12 attached thereto has the permanent magnets 12 and the electromagnets 1.
Not only the repulsion with 5, but also the suction force of the other acupressure rod 6 is added, and the thrust force is about doubled.
In addition, there is a structure in which the polarities of the permanent magnets 12 attached to the lower surfaces of the pair of acupressure rods 6 are the same, and the polarities of the two electromagnets 15 are different from each other in the energized state. Therefore, similarly to the above, by reversing the polarity of the electromagnet 15, the protruding acupressure rod 6 retracts, and the retracted acupressure rod 6 protrudes.

The internal structure of another acupressure rod 6 shown in FIG.
As in the first embodiment, the permanent magnet 12 is attached to the lower surface of one of the pair of acupressure rods 6 connected by the link 9, and the permanent magnet 12 is attached to the lower surface of the other acupressure rod 6. Instead, one electromagnet 15 is provided at a position facing the permanent magnet 12. By making the polarity of the electromagnet 15 the same as or different from that of the permanent magnet 12, the acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 is attached can be moved forward and backward, and the other acupressure rod 6 via the link 9 always moves in opposite directions. This is a structure in which energization is cut off when a voltage that is attracted by and is applied. The other structure is the same as the structure of the acupressure rod 6 shown in FIG. In this case, the electromagnet 1 on the permanent magnet 12 side
Only when the polarity of 5 is the same as that of the permanent magnet 12, the electromagnet 15 on the side of the magnetic body 48 is energized, and the acupressure rod 6 to which the permanent magnet 12 is attached protrudes to the outside of the acupressure device 1 by the repulsive force with the electromagnet 15. Further, the acupressure rod 6 to which the magnetic body 48 is attached is the electromagnet 1
The links 9 connecting the acupressure rods 6 to each other are pulled into the acupressure device 1 by the attraction force with the acupressure device 5 and try to incline in the same direction.
Not only the repulsion between 2 and the electromagnet 15 but also the suction force of the other acupressure rod 6 is added, and the rush output is about twice as large. Since each of the pair of acupressure rods 6 is connected to the link 9 in a loosely attached state, the acupressure rod 6 can perform linear movement without any obstacle to the link for rotational movement. On the contrary, the acupressure rod 6 with the magnetic body 48 attached
In order to project the magnetic field, the electromagnet 15 on the magnetic body 48 side is not energized to be in a cutoff state, so that the magnetism of the electromagnet 15 on the permanent magnet 12 side is different from that of the permanent magnet 12 only by the attractive force with the permanent magnet 12. The magnet 12 is attracted and the magnetic body 48
The acupressure rod 6 attached with is projected.

In the acupressure device of the present invention, the polarity of the electromagnet is made to be the same as the polarity of the permanent magnet attached to the lower surface of the acupressure rod, so that the acupressure rod is repelled by the electromagnet and the permanent magnet. Since it is a simple structure that pushes out a person by acupressure, there is no drive part such as a motor or a complicated drive mechanism inside the acupressure device, nor a transmission mechanism for transmitting the drive force of the drive part to the drive mechanism. The number of parts can be greatly reduced, and a large size can be achieved. Also, since there is no drive unit, complicated drive mechanism, and transmission mechanism, the parts that cause failures are greatly reduced, maintenance is unnecessary, and durability is also improved. It is easy to energize only a specified electromagnet to partially project the shiatsu rod to perform partial shiatsu on the body, or to energize all electromagnets to perform shiatsu on a large area easily. Shiatsu work can be performed without any pressure, and the acupressure efficiency is improved. If the energization of the electromagnet is interrupted intermittently at a predetermined interval, the acupressure rod can be moved back and forth repeatedly to improve the acupressure effect. or,
If this acupressure device is installed on the bed surface of a bed and a bedridden elderly person, a sick person, an injured person, etc. is laid down directly on the shiatsu device or through a sheet or a duvet, the lying person can be made to protrude. It is possible to easily change the supporting part of a recumbent person by retreating the acupressure rod that is supported by a prescribed acupressure rod, and periodically or as needed, and retreating the acupressure rod instead of protruding. It is possible to prevent floor displacement.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the pair of acupressure rods are connected to each other through the link pivotally attached at the center, the acupressure rods move in opposite directions, and the acupressure rod of the pair of acupressure rods is moved. When a permanent magnet is attached only to the lower surface of one of the acupressure rods, a pair of acupressure rods can be moved forward and backward with only one electromagnet that repels and attracts this one permanent magnet.
The number of parts of the electromagnet is reduced, and the manufacturing becomes inexpensive.

When a permanent magnet is attached to the lower surface of each of the pair of acupressure rods, an electromagnet is required for each of the pair of permanent magnets, but when one of the acupressure rods is projected by the repulsive force of the electromagnet. When the other finger-pressure rod is retracted by the attraction force of the electromagnet, the protruding force of the protruding finger-pressure rod is about doubled, and the finger pressure on the body can be improved.

According to the third aspect of the invention, a pair of acupressure rods having permanent magnets with different polarities on their respective lower surfaces can be moved forward and backward with one electromagnet, so that the polarity of the electromagnet can be changed and the same as the above. The protrusion force of the acupressure rod protruding to about 2 times is approximately doubled, the acupressure effect is improved, and the number of parts of the electromagnet is reduced.

According to the present invention, the acupressure block is attached to the base, and the acupressure area where the acupressure rod projects is set by a very simple attaching work in which the contact terminal of the acupressure rod and the contacted terminal of the base are brought into contact with each other. The acupressure device can be set freely, and the acupressure work can be performed without wasting the acupressure surface only at the position where it comes into contact with humans, and the acupressure efficiency is improved.
In addition, since the acupressure block and the base are separate members, they can be mass-produced by separate manufacturing. Also, by attaching the acupressure block, it is difficult to use a wide variety of acupressure devices with different outer peripheral shapes and acupressure areas. Since it can be easily formed, a wide variety of acupressure devices can be manufactured at low cost.
