2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a person has a lower back pain or an internal organ disorder, as a folk remedy, the hip joint under the pelvis is tightly wrapped with a rubber tube such as a bicycle, and the pain is caused by bending and stretching exercises. Treatments such as soothing are being performed. However, if the rubber tube is wrapped around the waist or hip joint, it is difficult to walk and it is very inconvenient for daily life. In addition, the position of the rubber tube is unstable, and when walking or flexing / extending, the position of the rubber tube is immediately displaced or dislocated, and it is difficult to continuously use the tube on a daily basis. Further, since the rubber tube locally presses against the filament, the body shape of the buttocks and the like collapses and it is impossible to go out.

In the above-mentioned conventional methods, any of them cannot stably and tightly bind the hip joint and the lumbar vertebrae at the same time, and the treatment is basically separated from the structure of the human body. Obviously, it is more desirable to perform them simultaneously and continuously than to perform them simultaneously. Therefore, the present inventor devised a belt capable of stably and tightly binding the hip joint portion and the lumbar spine portion at the same time, and wearing the trial product by himself and further wearing it on a plurality of subjects to confirm the effect.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the binding belt 1 is a hip joint binding belt 2 having elasticity for binding around the buttocks of the hip joint, which is the lower pelvis of a person, and the pelvis upper portion and the lumbar spine portion. A lumbar vertebrae binding belt 3 having elasticity for tightly binding the waist area, which is the waist, is sewn together at both ends of the belts 2 and 3, and the both ends are fastened to each other by a fastening tool 4. 5 is provided. The present inventor and a plurality of subjects wore this binding belt 1 to confirm the therapeutic effect on low back pain and the like, and also to investigate the discomfort caused by wearing. As a result, it was confirmed that it had a very excellent effect in all points except one point. Here, the inconvenience found is that when the user walks for a long time while wearing the binding belt 1 or performs flexion / extension of the waist, the hip joint binding belt 2 gradually shifts and the lumbar spine binding belt 3 moves. It was to come up.

The binding belt 7 provided with the bones 6 has achieved the intended purpose for the time being, but if the person wears them for a long period of daily life, the binding belt 2 for the hip joint 2
The bone 6 at an unsupported portion between the lumbar spine binding belt 3 and the lumbar spine binding belt 3 may bend like a buckling, as shown by the chain double-dashed line, and the hip joint binding belt 2 may gradually rise upward. Do you get it. Therefore, if the cross-sectional shape of the bone 6 is increased, the bone 6 will not bend as if it was buckled, but the hip joint binding belt 2 and the lumbar spine binding belt 3 float up on both end sides of the bone 6,
There is a problem that the tip of the bone 6 located on the hip joint binding belt 2 side interferes with the user when sitting on a chair or the like.

The binding belt in the present invention comprises a hip joint binding belt and a lumbar spine binding belt, of which the hip joint binding belt extends diagonally from the rear lower pelvic portion of the human body through the buttocks of the hip joint portion to the front abdomen. The other lumbar region binding belt is used to bind the anterior abdomen from the upper part of the posterior pelvis through the waist around the lumbar region. It is possible to tie these hip joint bandage belts and lumbar spine bandage belts individually on the anterior abdomen with a fastener, but the hip joint bandage belts and the lumbar spine bandage belts are integrated together to form an integral body. It is also possible to provide a fastening tool at both ends of the belt, and to fasten both belts at the front abdomen simultaneously by the fastening tool. The hip joint binding belt and the lumbar spine binding belt are separated at least at the location excluding the anterior abdomen, and both belts are placed at or near the central portion of the belt, that is, at the location where the lumbar portion on the back side is applied to the buttocks or its vicinity. The distance between the two belts is regulated by one or a plurality of bridging members arranged so as to straddle the belt, and a person wearing such a binding belt can perform all movements including flexion and extension of the waist. However, the positional relationship between the two belts does not change.

The bridging member may be provided only at least in a space extending over both belts, or may be arranged so that both ends of the crossing intersect with one belt. The portion of the bridging member that straddles both belts is not supported by the space, that is, the belt or the like, but since it is rigidly formed against the compressive force, it does not buckle,
On the other hand, since it is deformed with respect to bending load and the like, it does not give a feeling of oppression or a feeling of strangeness. Also, when the bridging member has one end or both ends extending from the portion straddling both belts, the one end and both ends are formed with flexibility, so that the binding belt is attached. One end and both ends of the bridging member are deformed according to the shape of the belt deformed along the body shape of the person doing the bridging. Therefore, even if you are sitting on a chair etc., you will not feel pressure or discomfort even if you are wearing a bondage belt,
Further, the protruding portion does not come out due to the bridging member.

Here, both the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar spine binding belt 16 have a large number of elastic elastic threads such as rubber threads arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic threads are non-elastic in the width direction. It is preferable to use a belt formed by knitting with a thread and capable of expanding and contracting in the longitudinal direction but hardly expanding and contracting in the width direction. The lengths of the hip joint tight binding belt 14 and the lumbar spine tight binding belt 16 are set to be short so that sufficient tight binding can be obtained based on the standard body shape, and the tight binding amounts of the belts 14 and 16 are almost the same. There is no particular limitation, and the degree may be set to a certain degree, or the binding of the hip joint may be set to be particularly strong. The hip joint bandage belt 14 and the lumbar region bandage belt 16 may have the same width, but the widths of the lumbar region bandage belt 16 are made wider than the width of the hip joint bandage belt 14, respectively. There is no particular limitation, for example, the width of the hip joint binding belt 14 that covers the buttocks 13 may be wider than the width of other portions. The width of these two belts is preferably about 8 cm or more, and more preferably about 12 cm to 15 cm on average, for a standard adult.

For example, a resin such as polyethylene resin or a metal such as a metal leaf spring can be used as the flexible member 26 in the bridging member 24 described above, and an acrylic resin or the like can be used as the elastic member 28. Resins and similar metals can be used. As described above, the cross-linking member is formed not only by adhering the same or different materials, but, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the cross-linking member 32 used in the binding belt is made of synthetic resin such as high-density polyethylene resin. Then, both end portions 33 may be thinly formed and the central portion 34 may be thickened to be integrally formed so as to obtain the same effect as that of the bridging member 24 described above.

Various examples of the bridging member used in the binding belt according to the present invention have been described above. For these bridging members, the hip joint binding belt and the lumbar spine binding belt are respectively spaced on the coccyx portion, The belt is fixed by cross-linking it so that it does not shift up and down when the belt is attached, and it is sufficient if it cannot buckle under the compressive load at the center. Further, both ends of the bridging member may be configured to have flexibility, but it is sufficient if at least the end portion side of the bridging member that is curved from the buttocks to the crotch portion side is configured to have flexibility. . Therefore, the bridging members do not necessarily have to be formed symmetrically. These bridging members can be enclosed and sewn and fixed in a cover made of a tubular tape or the like, but the bridging members may be directly or indirectly adhered and fixed with an adhesive, or may be fixed by welding.
