Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a binding belt, and more particularly, the joint state of the hip joint and lumbar vertebra supporting a human pelvis is always kept normal, and the posture is corrected and low back pain, neuralgia caused by abnormalities in those parts, Not only removes various diseases that interfere with daily life, such as visceral disorders, but also exhibits a profound effect on prevention and is an elastic binding strap that is easy to put on and take off. It is related to a tying belt that does not cause a stiff discomfort.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when you have back pain or visceral disorder, as a folk remedy, you can wrap the hip joint under the pelvis with a rubber tube such as a bicycle and exercise the flexion and stretching exercises to ease the pain. Has been done. However, it is inconvenient to walk with the rubber tube wrapped around the waist and hip joints, and very inconvenient for daily life. In addition, the position of the rubber tube is unstable, and if it walks or bends and stretches, the position immediately shifts or falls apart, making it difficult to use it continuously on a daily basis. Moreover, since it presses locally on a filament with a rubber tube, body shapes, such as a collar part, collapse | crumbled and it was not able to go out.
[0003]
In recent years, a girdle or other underwear with a belt attached has been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 63-14832, 61-26510, 1-157719, 2-33018, (Kaihei 2-88619), however, women have no history of wearing girdle anyway, and it is not very common, and both men and women have different sizes of thighs, so various sizes are available. There is a need to. In addition, men's crotch is difficult to fit in the girdle, and even if you do not feel when you are standing and acting, the crotch and struggling difficulties when sitting for a long time are linked with the tightness of the belt tightening Doubled and long time use is very difficult.
[0004]
Next, a number of corsets and belts were made for bending and distortion of the lumbar portion on the pelvis, and soft or hard materials were proposed, and some were wide and some were Have been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-78943, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-15317, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-157720, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-167221). However, each of these various corsets and belts has their merits and demerits, and wide belts are focused on fixing the lumbar spine, but they are hard to move and cramped, while narrow belts have the disadvantage of being unstable up and down. is there.
[0005]
In any of the conventional methods described above, the hip joint portion and the lumbar vertebra portion can not be stably and stably bound at the same time, rather than being basically separated from the structure of the human body and being treated. Of course, it is more desirable to carry out the processes simultaneously and continuously. Therefore, the present inventor has devised a belt that can stably and simultaneously bind the hip joint portion and the lumbar vertebra portion, wears the prototype itself, and makes a plurality of subjects wear it to confirm the effect.
[0006]
That is,FIG.as well asFIG.As shown in FIG. 1, the binding belt 1 has a hip joint binding belt 2 having elasticity for binding around the hip portion of the hip joint portion corresponding to the lower pelvic part of the person and an elasticity for binding around the waist corresponding to the upper pelvis and the lumbar portion. The lumbar portion binding belt 3 is integrated by stitching both ends of each belt 2, 3, and engaging tools 4, 5 are provided at the both ends to engage with each other. The present inventor and a plurality of subjects wore this binding belt 1 to confirm the therapeutic effect on low back pain and the like, and examined discomfort associated with the wearing. As a result, it was confirmed that all the points except one point had a very excellent effect. Here, the inconvenience found is that when the user walks for a long time while wearing such a binding belt 1 or exercises flexion and stretching of the waist, the hip joint binding belt 2 gradually shifts and the lumbar portion binding belt 3 Go up
It was to come.
[0007]
In order to solve this drawback, the present inventor has conducted extensive research,FIG.As shown in Fig. 1, the idea is to arrange a resinous plate-like bone 6 that bridges the hip joint strap 2 and the lumbar strap belt 3, and a utility model dated February 16, 1995. A registration application was filed (No. 7-1817).
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The binding belt 7 provided with the bone 6 has achieved the intended purpose, but if it is worn for a long time in daily life, there is nothing between the hip joint binding belt 2 and the lumbar portion binding belt 3. As shown by the two-dot chain line, the unsupported bone 6 bends as if buckled, and the hip joint binding belt 2 gradually rises upward. For this reason, when the cross-sectional shape of the bone 6 is increased, the bone 6 does not bend as if the bone 6 is buckled. However, the hip joint binding belt 2 and the lumbar part binding belt 3 are lifted at both ends of the bone 6, and the discomfort is felt. In addition, when sitting on a chair or the like, there is a problem that the tip of the bone 6 located on the hip joint binding belt 2 side interferes.
[0009]
Therefore, the present inventor has solved the above-described problem, stably performing the binding of the hip joint portion under the pelvis, and stably performing the binding of the lumbar portion of the pelvis at the same time. A completely new bond that can solve long-term treatments for various diseases such as low back pain, neuralgia, visceral disorders, and is also effective in prevention and easy to wear at all times without a sense of incongruity. As a result of further intensive studies and studies aimed at providing a belt, the tie-down belt according to the present invention has been obtained.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the binding belt according to the present invention is that a hip joint binding belt having elasticity that binds around the hip part of the hip joint portion corresponding to a human pelvis lower part, and elasticity that binds around the waist corresponding to the upper pelvis and the lumbar portion. A lumbar portion tie-down belt, an engagement device for engaging both ends of each other, and a bridge formed so as to straddle both belts in a space formed at a substantially central portion or the vicinity thereof. A binding belt including one or a plurality of bridging members that regulate the distance between the belts, wherein the bridging member is located at least in a space straddling both belts and is rigid against compressive force. The other part is formed with flexibility.
[0011]
In addition, another aspect of the binding belt according to the present invention includes a hip joint binding belt having elasticity for binding around the hip portion of the hip joint portion corresponding to the human pelvis lower portion, and a waist portion corresponding to the upper pelvis and the lumbar portion. A lumbar portion binding belt having elasticity for binding, an engagement device for engaging both ends of each other, and a space formed in a substantially central portion or the vicinity of both belts straddling both belts. A binding belt comprising one or a plurality of bridging members that regulate the distance between the two belts by bridging in such a manner that the bridging members are disposed at least in the space formed in the belts. And being rigid to the compressive force at the location.
[0012]
In such a binding belt, both ends of the hip joint binding belt and the lumbar portion binding belt are overlapped and integrated three-dimensionally, and the both ends are engaged with each other at the integrated ends. There is a kimono.
[0013]
Next, in the binding belt, the bridging member is formed of one or more materials.
[0014]
In the binding belt, the bridging member can appropriately adjust the length of the space formed between the belts.
[0015]
Further, in such a binding belt, the hip joint binding belt and / or the lumbar portion binding belt can expand and contract in the length direction but cannot substantially expand and contract in the width direction.
[0016]
[Action]
The binding belt in the present invention is provided with a hip joint binding belt and a lumbar part binding belt, and the hip joint binding belt binds an outer peripheral portion extending from the lower back of the human pelvis to the front abdomen obliquely through the hip part of the hip joint. The other lumbar part binding belt binds the front abdomen from the upper part of the posterior pelvis through the waist at the position of the lumbar part. It is possible to tie these hip joint straps and lumbar strap belts individually with anchors at the front abdomen, but the hip joint straps and lumbar strap belts are integrated into one piece. It is also possible to provide an engaging tool at both ends, and to attach both belts simultaneously at the front abdomen by the engaging tool. The hip joint strap and lumbar strap belt are separated at least at the place except the front abdomen. The distance between the belts is regulated to be constant by one or more bridging members arranged so as to straddle the belt, and a person wearing such a binding belt can perform any movement including bending and stretching of the waist. Even so, the positional relationship between the two belts does not change.
[0017]
The bridging member may be disposed only at a location of a space extending over at least both belts, but may be disposed such that both end portions of the location intersect one belt. The part of the bridging member straddling both belts is not supported by the space, that is, the belt, etc., but it is rigidly formed against the compressive force, so it will not buckle, while it will not be bent Since it is deformed, it does not give a feeling of oppression or a sense of incongruity. In addition, when the bridging member has one end or both ends that extend from the position straddling both belts, the one end and both ends are formed with flexibility, so attach a binding belt. One end portion and both end portions of the bridging member are deformed according to the shape of the belt deformed along the body shape of the person who is doing. Therefore, even if the person wearing the tying belt is seated on a chair or the like, it does not give a feeling of pressure or discomfort, and the projecting portion does not come out due to the bridging member.
[0018]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of a binding belt according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0019]
First, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the binding belt 10 includes a hip joint binding belt 14 having elasticity for binding around the hip 13 of the hip joint corresponding to the lower pelvis of the person 12, and a waist corresponding to the upper pelvis and the lumbar spine. The elastic lumbar part binding belt 16 that binds around 15 and the both ends of the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 are overlapped and integrated, and provided at the integrated both ends. The both ends of the belts 14 and 16 are straddled across the engagement members 18 and 20 that engage the both ends of the belts 14 and 16 and the space 22 formed at the substantially central portion of the belts 14 and 16 or in the vicinity thereof. One bridging member 24 that regulates the distance between the belts 14 and 16 by bridging is provided.
[0020]
Here, each of the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 includes a large number of elastic elastic yarns such as rubber yarns arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic yarns are knitted in the width direction by non-elastic yarns. It is preferable to use a belt that can be stretched in the longitudinal direction but hardly stretched in the width direction. The lengths of the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 are set to be short so that sufficient binding can be obtained on the basis of a standard body shape, and the binding amounts of the belts 14 and 16 are substantially the same. For example, it may be set so that tight binding of the hip joint portion is particularly strong, and is not particularly limited. Further, the widths of the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 may be the same, but are different, such as making the width of the lumbar part binding belt 16 wider than the width of the hip joint binding belt 14. In addition, for example, the width of the portion covering the heel portion 13 in the hip joint portion binding belt 14 may be formed wider than the width of other portions, and the like is not particularly limited. The width of both belts is preferably about 8 cm or more when a standard adult is a subject, and on average, about 12 cm to 15 cm is more preferable.
[0021]
The hip joint portion binding belt 14 and the lumbar portion binding belt 16 are overlapped at both ends and integrated by stitching or the like, so that the positional relationship between the hip joint portion binding belt 14 and the lumbar portion binding belt 16 becomes three-dimensional. It is preferable that they are integrated at a predetermined angle. The predetermined angle is preferably in the range of 25 ° to 50 °, more preferably about 35 °. Further, when the both ends of the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 are overlapped and integrated, the width of the hip joint binding belt 14 obliquely upward and in contact with the upper side of the lumbar part binding belt 16, and It is preferable that both belts 14 and 16 are sewn in a range from the lower side portion of the hip joint portion binding belt 14 which is in contact with the upper width from the lower side portion of the lumbar portion binding belt 16 to the place where the fasteners 18 and 20 are attached.
[0022]
Engaging tools 18 and 20 are provided at both ends where the hip joint strap 14 and the lumbar strap 16 are integrated. The anchoring devices 18 and 20 are preferably attached to a portion where the extension force of the lumbar part binding belt 16 and the extension force of the hip joint part binding belt 14 are substantially equalized. The anchoring tools 18 and 20 are composed of a hook-shaped hook (20) shown in the figure and a linear member (18) with which the hook (20) is engaged. Of these, the linear member (18) is formed. It is preferable to dispose a plurality of rows so that the engagement positions can be changed as appropriate so that the engagement positions of the integrated end portions can be adjusted as appropriate. With this configuration, the binding strength of the hip joint strap 14 and the lumbar strap strap 16 can be changed simultaneously. Here, the fasteners 18 and 20 may be hook-and-loop fasteners composed of a loop-shaped member and a locking member, or may be one that uses a buckle or is tied with a string. Good, not particularly limited.
[0023]
While both ends of the hip joint strap 14 and the lumbar strap belt 16 are integrated, the other portions are configured separately, and are formed on the belts 14 and 16 that are separated. A bridging member 24 is disposed so as to straddle the belts 14 and 16 at a substantially central portion of the space 22. The distance between the belts 14 and 16 in the space 22 is set in a range of about 2 cm to 15 cm, and this distance is appropriately set according to the body size. And the space | interval of this space 22 is fixed by the bridge | crosslinking member 24, and a motion is controlled.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, the bridging member 24 has an elastic member 28 attached to the central portion of a long and thin plate-like flexible member 26, and further, as shown in FIG. It is configured to cover. Therefore, the bridging member 24 can be elastically deformed with respect to the bending load or the like at the portion where the flexible member 26 and the elastic member 28 are adhered, but the bridge member 24 is greatly deformed such as buckling with respect to the axial compressive load. It is configured to be rigid enough not to occur. On the other hand, both end portions of the flexible member 26 to which the elastic member 28 is not attached can be flexibly deformed with respect to a bending load or the like.
[0025]
Both ends of the bridging member 24 having such a configuration are sewn to the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar portion binding belt 16 via the cover 30, respectively, and the distance between the separated belts 14 and 16 is regulated to be constant. For this reason, both ends of the bridging member 24 are fixed to the belts 14 and 16, respectively, and their movement is restricted by the belts 14 and 16, while the central part of the bridging member 24 is fixed to the belts 14 and 16. However, it is rigid with respect to the compressive load and cannot be easily deformed.
[0026]
The tying belt 10 according to the above configuration has the hooks 18 and 20 at both ends with which the subject is integrated, and the hip part tying belt 14 is disposed on the heel part 13 so as to wrap around the hip joint. The lumbar tie strap 16 is placed around the lumbar portion 15 around the waist 15 and pulled so as to obtain sufficient binding, and the tying tools 18 and 20 are fastened at appropriate positions. It is installed by. Thereafter, when the position of the binding belt 10 is shifted, for example, the position of the bridging member 24 is corrected so as to pass through the central portion of the heel part 13 from the back muscle, or the hip joint part tying belt 14 is disposed so as to wrap the heel part 13. Alternatively, the lumbar portion binding belt 16 is arranged so as to embrace the pelvic upper portion and the lumbar portion, or modified so that both belts 14 and 16 are in close contact with the skin without a sense of incongruity. And it confirms that both belts 14 and 16 are bound with moderate intensity | strength, and when intensity | strength is not appropriate, the engagement position of the engagement tools 18 and 20 is changed again. By such an operation, simply attaching the binding belt 10 is completed.
[0027]
The binding belt 10 may be worn directly on the skin or on the underwear, and in any case, the same effect can be obtained. 16 can be used to bind different locations simultaneously. That is, the lumbar part tie-down belt 16 covers from the back of the body to the pelvis, the upper sacroiliac joint and the fifth part of the lumbar vertebrae, and further to the fourth and third parts when the belt 16 is wide, and the front abdomen as a lumbar abdominal band The waist circumference can be bound to the side. On the other hand, the hip joint binding belt 14 can be bound from the lower part of the hip 13 toward the front abdomen obliquely upward so as to wrap around the pelvis, the lower part, and the hip joint. By this tight binding, it is possible to prevent and correct back pain, neuralgia, visceral disorders, gastric drooping, visual loss, etc., and also correct posture.
[0028]
Further, since the wide belt is brought into close contact with the body, the body strap is not destroyed, and the body shape can be adjusted on the contrary, so it is possible to go out while wearing the body strap belt 10 as well as work. Can also exercise. The hip joint tying belt 14 and the lumbar part tying belt 16 are separated by any action except for the integrated end portions and the place where the bridging member 24 is disposed. There is almost no restraint, and the positional relationship between the hip joint binding belt 14 and the lumbar part binding belt 16 is not shifted by the bridging member 24, and the binding can be performed stably.
[0029]
As mentioned above, although the Example of the binding belt concerning this invention was described, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned Example.
[0030]
For example, a resin such as polyethylene resin or a metal such as a metal leaf spring can be used as the flexible member 26 in the cross-linking member 24, and a resin such as an acrylic resin can be used as the elastic member 28. Similar metals can be used. In this way, the bridging member is not only configured by sticking the same or different materials, but as shown in FIG. 5, for example, the bridging member 32 used for the binding belt uses a synthetic resin such as a high-density polyethylene resin. Thus, the same effect as that of the above-described bridging member 24 may be obtained by integrally forming the both end portions 33 with a small thickness and a thick central portion 34.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), a fin 37 is provided in the central portion of the bridging member 36, or FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the central portion of the bridging member 38 can be formed in a drum shape, or the width of the central portion of the bridging member 40 can be increased as shown in FIG. As a result, the central portion of the bridging members 36, 38, and 40 is set to a strength that allows elastic deformation with respect to a bending load but does not buckle against a compressive load. Along with the belt and lumbar part binding belt, it can be flexibly deformed along the body shape.
[0032]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the bridging member 42 is composed of, for example, two symmetric connecting members 43, and a protrusion 44 formed on one connecting member 43 is out of a plurality of holes 45 formed on the other connecting member 43. It is also possible to configure to fit in any one of the holes 45. With this configuration, the length of the bridging member 42 can be appropriately changed and adjusted according to the body size. In the present embodiment, the central portion of the bridging member 42 is configured to be rigid and both ends are configured to be flexible.
[0033]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the bridging member 46 is configured by two members 47, and one end of one member 47 is fitted into a recessed portion 48 formed in the axial direction at one end of the other member 47 and is slid. It is also possible to configure as described above. With such a configuration, even if the person wearing the lashing belt frequently exercises flexing and stretching the waist, and the skin surface is greatly stretched from the upper back to the buttocks, the length of the bridging member 46 stretches and shrinks. Therefore, the movement is not hindered, and the positional relationship between the hip joint strap and the lumbar strap strap does not shift.
[0034]
As described above, various embodiments of the bridging members used in the binding belt according to the present invention have been described. These bridging members are provided with a belt at a predetermined interval on the coccyx portion of the hip joint binding belt and the lumbar portion binding belt. It is sufficient if it is cross-linked and fixed so that it sometimes does not shift up and down, and it cannot be buckled by a compressive load at the center. Further, both ends of the bridging member may be configured to have flexibility, but it is sufficient that at least the end side of the bridging member that is bent from the heel portion to the crotch portion is configured to have flexibility. . Therefore, the bridging member is not necessarily formed symmetrically. These bridging members can be enclosed in a cover made of a cylindrical tape or the like and fixed by sewing. However, the bridging member may be directly or indirectly bonded and fixed with an adhesive, or may be fixed by welding.
[0035]
Also,FIG.2, the binding belt 52 may be provided with two bridging members 24 near the center of the hip joint strap 14 and the lumbar strap strap 16, orFIG.As shown in FIG. 4, the binding belt 54 may be provided with the bridging member 24 at three locations, the central portion of the belts 14 and 16, and the vicinity thereof, and the number of bridging members to be arranged is not particularly limited. When a plurality of cross-linking members are provided, the size and the like of the cross-linking member can be appropriately changed.
[0036]
Furthermore,FIG.As shown in FIG. 5, the hip joint tying belt 58 and the lumbar part tying belt 60 constituting the tying belt 56 are not sewn together and fixed, and the hip part tying belt 58 is fixed by the movable member 62. An arbitrary angle with respect to 60 may be formed.
[0037]
Also,FIG.As shown in FIG. 4, the hip joint tying belt 66 and the lumbar part tying belt 68 constituting the tying belt 64 do not need to be integrated in advance at both ends, and are attached to both ends of the belts 66 and 68, respectively. It is also possible to use a fastener such as the provided hook and loop fastener 70 so that both ends of the lumbar portion binding belt 68 and the hip joint binding belt 66 are alternately engaged at a person's front abdomen.
[0038]
In any of these configurations, the positional relationship between the hip joint straps 58 and 66 and the lumbar strap straps 60 and 68 is not shifted by the bridging member 24. Further, by separating both ends of the hip joint portion binding belt 66 and the lumbar portion binding belt 68, the binding strengths of the hip joint portion and the lumbar portion can be appropriately set.
[0039]
As mentioned above, although the tie-down belt based on this invention was illustrated variously using drawing, it cannot be overemphasized that the tie-down belt of this invention is not limited to these illustrated things.
[0040]
For example, the stretch strength of the hip joint strap and the lumbar strap strap needs to be suitable for binding of the human body, and it is preferable that the stretch amount is large to some extent. In addition, the hip joint strap and / or the lumbar spine strap can be formed of a stretchable plate such as a rubber plate, and the like can be stretched in only one direction on the surface of the isotropic stretch plate. You may stick and use. Furthermore, these belts do not need to be entirely formed of a stretchable material. For example, it is preferable to use a stretchable material and a non-stretchable material alternately so that they are properly used.
[0041]
In addition, it is possible to adjust the length of the hip joint strap and / or the lumbar spine strap, and the engagement tool may not be able to adjust the engagement position. . Furthermore, magnets and acupressure members, etc. are arranged at appropriate locations on the hip joint strap and / or lumbar strap belt, and pockets are arranged so that a magnetic force and acupressure effect can be used together or a heat generating squirrel can be stored. The present invention can be carried out in a mode in which various improvements, modifications and variations are added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
When the tying belt according to the present invention is worn on the body, the lumbar part tying belt and the hip joint tying belt are integrated, and the lumbar part and the hip joint part are tightly and tightly adhered at the same time, so that it does not suffer from the front lower abdomen. The lumbar spine on the pelvis is straight, the posture that supports the condition is naturally correct, and is prophylactic against various diseases. Play a role. In addition, diseases such as low back pain, neuralgia, and visceral disorders that occur due to an abnormal state have a significant therapeutic effect due to these corrections.
[0043]
Moreover, the binding belt according to the present invention is naturally different in shape unevenness in the portion corresponding to the human hip joint and the portion corresponding to the lumbar vertebrae, but can be bound simultaneously, even if intense exercise etc., The belt that is bound by the bridging member does not deviate from a predetermined position.
[0044]
Moreover, since the tight binding belt according to the present invention is closely attached to the buttocks, the waist, and the abdomen, there is no sense of incongruity when worn and the body shape does not collapse. In addition, when standing, even when sitting, the belt does not bite into the lower abdomen and thighs, and anyone can use it easily at the lower abdomen. can do.
[0045]
Furthermore, since the central part of the bridging member is formed to be rigid with respect to compression, even if the hip joint strap and the lumbar strap belt approach each other as the waist flexes and stretches, the position may not shift. Absent. In addition, since both ends of the bridging member are formed flexibly, the bridging member is flexibly deformed according to the shapes of the hip joint strap and the lumbar strap strap, so that no uncomfortable feeling is given.
