Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a knitting device for warp knit fabric for a carpet knitted as one unit with a packing substrate by knitting the base substrate of nonwoven fabric reinforced by stitch yarns and weft yarns as a secondary packing material with piles becoming a using surface together as one unit. CONSTITUTION: This warp knit fabric for a carpet comprises forming a base substrate formed by nonwoven fabric 7 reinforced by a chain stitch by chain stitch yarns 8 and weft yarns 10 supplied by a weft yarn inserting device, and also forming inserting piles 9 by laying piling yarn 5 over a inserting pile yarn laying member. This knitting device has the inserting pile yarn laying member capable of knitting the base substrate containing the nonwoven fabric 7 and the inserting piles 9 as one unit and with which the nonwoven fabric is supplied and the weft yarn is inserted.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been urethane foams, which have been used for a long time, and woven fabrics such as hemp and polypropylene, which are the mainstream, as secondary backing materials for carpets such as tufts, fabrics and knits. In a Raschel warp knitting machine with a weft insertion device, a non-woven fabric reinforced with stitch yarns and weft yarns is introduced. In the case of using urethane foam, if you continue to use it, a gas with a bad odor will be generated from the compressed foam, and when you incinerate it will leave a residue that can not be incinerated, so you have to separate the materials used. I won't. Further, when a woven fabric is used, there is a problem that the tear strength of the product is low due to the structure in which the productivity does not increase and the wefts are undulated up and down, but this is reinforced by chain stitches and wefts. The non-woven fabric was the solution.

A tricot machine with a pole sinker is available as a means for producing a pile warp knitted fabric on the side where the carpet is used. As is well known, by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the pole sinker needle, the pole sinker needle is provided. The length of the pile piled over was changed to obtain a long pile warp knitted fabric or a short pile warp knitted fabric.

However, even in the case of a non-woven fabric reinforced with knitting yarns and wefts, it is still necessary to bond the pile warp knitted fabric and the resin as in the case of the urethane foam and the woven fabric. The problem of the generation of mites due to its poor property still remains, and as a matter of course, the generation of some residue or gas was unavoidable during incineration.

On the other hand, when knitting a pile warp knitted fabric with a tricot machine with a pole sinker, it is necessary to replace all the pole sinker units over the entire knitting width according to the desired pile length. In order to knit the pile with the reed located at the position, the pile yarn also needs to form a needle loop and be incorporated into the warp knitted fabric, so that the pile yarn swells to the back of the warp knitted fabric and the secondary backing material is formed. However, there is a problem in that it is inconvenient also when the resin is bonded to the resin, the weight is heavy and the cost is high, and the pile yarn enters the hook of the needle at the time of overlapping, so that the yarn of thick count cannot be used.

In the warp knitting machine, the insert pile yarn reed arranged behind the chain knitting yarn reed is hung over the insert pile yarn passing member when the inserted pile yarn is underlapped over two needles. This makes it possible to form an insertion pile in which both ends are locked by chain stitch sinker loops.

In FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, 1 is a trick plate as a warp knitted fabric supporting member, 2 is a fleece needle, 3 is a tong, and 4 is a middle inserter, which perform known knitting movements. L1 is a chain knitting yarn ground reed, and the chain knitting yarn 8 is a chain knitting 11 made by the ground reed L1 that has been threaded in full packing.
2, and is connected in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. 2 by the weft thread 10 placed in front of the fleece needle 2 by the movement of the middle inserter 4 in the direction of the arrow. At the same time, the nonwoven fabric 7 supplied from the back of the warp knitting machine is pierced by the fleece needle 2 and stitch-bonded with the chain knitting yarn 8 to form a base fabric made of the nonwoven fabric 7 reinforced by the chain knitting 11 and the weft yarn 10. It is formed.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the warp knitted fabric for carpet and the knitting device for integrally knitting the backing fabric of the present invention, it is not necessary to bond the secondary backing material and the pile warp knitted fabric with resin,
As a result, a carpet material with excellent breathability is obtained, no residue or gas is generated even when incinerated, there is no need to replace the conventional pole sinker unit, and pile formation is also performed with the insert pile yarn reed. Therefore, since the insertion pile does not have a needle loop, it does not swell to the back and back of the warp knitted fabric, the weight is light and the cost is low, and it does not enter the needle hook because it is knitted with the insertion knitting structure. Therefore, it is possible to form a pile with a yarn of thick count and to give a decorative property by patterning with a jacquard, so that the application can be expanded to an interior carpet.
