Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an easily folding type hanging scaffold for assembling and disassembling, by arranging scaffold boards between erected frames in which a plurality of standards are rotatably connected and putlogs are laid between respectively facing standards and arranging bracings so as to avoid crossing joints of the erected frames. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of standards 21, 21 are rotatably connected and putlogs 22 are laid between the oppositely facing standards to constitute erected frames 20, 20. Scaffold boards 40, 40 are arranged between the putlogs 22 of the oppositely facing frames and bracings 30 are arranged at the positions avoiding the connected parts of the oppositely facing frames. The uppermost frame 20 is rotatably connected to a frame base 50. It is preferable that the frame 20 is pivotted so as to be able to fold to a specified direction of the scaffold board 40. A hanging scaffold constituted to be folded in such a way is transferred to the site in the folded state. The frame base is lifted by a crane or the like. The frames 20 and the scaffold boards 40 connected to the frame base 50 are lifted in turn from the upper members to the lower members. The scaffold is formed by positioning vertically and horizontally due to its own weight.

2. Description of the Related Art A temporary scaffolding device constructed by assembling steel units is dangerous in assembling work at a high place, and the longitudinal frame members are apt to buckle in proportion to the stacking height. It is unsuitable as a high-rise work scaffold for high-rise buildings and towers because it requires a lot of time and labor for assembling and disassembling. At present, as a work platform for aerial work, a gondola method or a hanging scaffold method in which a gondola or a steel scaffolding device is suspended in a building so that it can be lifted and lowered is proposed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The scaffolding device of the above-mentioned system has the following problems. <B> With the gondola method, the work area from a single gondola is narrow, so it is not necessary to perform frequent lifting operations as the work area progresses, but it is also possible to operate multiple floors of a building simultaneously. There is a difficulty that you cannot work. In addition, the drooping device for the gondola is also large-scale, and the mobility to other side surfaces of the building is poor, and when constructing multiple side surfaces of the building, it is necessary to install the gondola on a side-by-side basis. <B> In the case of the suspended scaffolding method, the work range is widened due to the height over multiple floors, but each component of the scaffolding device needs to be attached and detached individually, so many scaffolding devices are still assembled and disassembled. It takes time and effort. <C> The gondola method and hanging scaffolding method for scaffolding outside the building are devices in which a hanging position is provided at the top of the building, and the hanging position cannot be moved upward. When the building to be drooped is completed, as in the case of repairing the outer wall of an existing structure, there is no need to move the drooping position, so there is no particular problem, but for example, the scaffolding position in parallel with the building height of the structure under construction. When raising, the drooping position must also be raised, and it is difficult to deal with it by the conventional method. <D> In addition, a foldable scaffolding device that can fold the frame in consideration of transportability and storage space has been proposed, but there is still room for improvement because components other than the frame still require attachment / detachment. There is.

Next, a method of using the suspension scaffolding device will be described. <A> Assembly of scaffolding The suspended scaffolding device in a folded state as shown in FIG. 3 is transported to the site, and the gantry 50 is lifted by a lifting device such as a crane or a hoist (not shown). The building frame 20 and the scaffolding board 40 connected to the gantry 50 are pulled up in order from the top. Each building frame 20 is bent by pulling up and turns in the vertical direction by its own weight, and each braces 30, 30 installed between the building frames 20, 20 also stand up following the building frame 20. The scaffolding plate 40 installed between the horizontal members 22 of the building frame 20 facing each other is pulled upward while maintaining the horizontal state. When the suspension scaffolding device is extended in the vertical direction, it is only necessary to separately connect the suspended scaffolding device below the suspended suspension scaffolding device on the ground side. When the suspension scaffolding device is lifted to a predetermined height, the suspension scale 11 is pushed out from the middle floor of the building 10 until it abuts the lower surface of the pedestal 50 as shown in FIG. . The hanging scaffolding device is subjected to a predetermined work by restraining the tilting and lateral movement of the hanging balance 11 by detachably fixing the hanging balance 11 to the building 10 with bolts or arranging a retaining wire.

Embodiment 2 FIGS. 8 to 10 show another embodiment in which the folding direction of the building frame 20 is restricted to a specific direction. In the description of this embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. FIG. 8 shows the vertical members 21 and 21 that constitute the building frame 20.
1 is a perspective view of the connecting portion 1 of FIG. 1, and the connecting portion of the vertical members 21 and 21 is required to allow rotation within a range of 90 degrees between the horizontal position and the vertical position. Therefore, the protrusions 21b and 23b are respectively formed on a part of the periphery of the hole 21a formed at the end of each vertical member 21 and a part of the periphery of the hole 23a formed at the end of each side plate 23.
The side plates 23 are formed on both sides of the vertical members 21 and 21, and the connecting pins 24 are inserted and connected. These protrusions 21b and 23b are respectively formed at positions where they do not collide with each other. For example, the protrusion 23 on the side plate 23 side is formed.
b has a shape in which the tubular body is divided into two along the longitudinal direction of the side plate 23, and stopper surfaces 23c and 23d are formed at the upper and lower ends thereof, and the projection 21b on the vertical member 21 side has a fan-shaped cross section. Stopper surfaces 21c and 21d are formed at both ends. With this configuration, the vertical member 21 positioned in the vertical direction allows only the rotation of the side plate 23 within the range in which the stopper surfaces 21c and 21d come into contact with the stopper surfaces 23c and 23d, and the rotation is outside this range. You can restrain the movement.

Third Embodiment FIGS. 11 and 12 show another embodiment in which the folding direction of the building frame 20 is restricted to a specific direction. In this embodiment, one side of the facing end face of each vertical member 21, 21 is formed as an arc surface 25, and a rectangular plate 26 is positioned between the side plates 23, 23, and each vertical member 21, 21 is positioned with respect to the side plates 23, 23. The structure allows the rotation in the direction in which the arc surface 25 is formed, and prevents the rotation in the direction in which the arc surface 25 is not formed. The present embodiment has an advantage that the processing is simple as compared with the second embodiment. Incidentally, reference numeral 27 is a penetrating pin for preventing the fall of the rectangular plate 26.

Since the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained. <a> The conventional temporary scaffolding and suspension scaffolding device require a lot of time and labor for assembling and disassembling because it is necessary to attach and detach the scaffolding board and the braces every time assembling and disassembling. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the scaffolding plate and the braces are assembled so as not to interfere with folding, the attaching / detaching operation as in the conventional case is unnecessary, and the assembling work and the disassembling work of the hanging form device can be easily performed. <B> The folding scaffolding devices that have been proposed so far have the structure that the braces are attached or detached each time they are folded, or the braces are omitted from the beginning, as a countermeasure against this because the presence of the braces inhibits the folding. However, there has been a problem in that the number of man-hours required for the attachment / detachment operation and the reduction in strength are reduced. According to the present invention, since the braces are arranged at positions avoiding the connecting portions of the vertical members constituting the building frame, it is possible to fold the suspension scaffolding device while avoiding a decrease in its strength.
