Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a releasable resin composition against polluting materials capable of being easily peeled off together with the polluting materials by washing by dissolving a specific resin in an aliphatic lower alcohol, sealing an oxidizing bleaching agent in polluted parts, improving washing effects and preventing volatilization of the bleaching agent into air. CONSTITUTION: This releasable resin composition against polluting materials is prepared by dissolving preferably 3-10 pts.wt. of (A) a resin having peelable film forming ability (e.g.; PVA, modified polyurethane, etc.) in 100 pts.wt. of (B) an aliphatic lower alcohol (preferably an alcohol safety to human bodies such as ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc.) or a mixture solvent of the alcohol with water. It is preferable to add a chlorine-based or an oxygen-based oxidizing bleaching agent to the objective composition. As the chlorine-based bleaching agent, e.g. sodium hypochlorite can be cited. As the oxygen-based one, e.g. sodium percarbonate can be cited.

Description of the Related Art Bathroom walls, ceilings, joints, etc., walls of living spaces with poor air permeability, ceilings or walls that have been covered with bookcases, indoor greenhouses, etc. for a long period of time are dusty or damp. Molds and bacteria propagate using filth as a nutrient and leave colored stains due to metabolites, which can be controlled hygienically and aesthetically.

When pollutants cannot be removed by the above method, water is applied to the contaminated portion, for example, a joint portion such as a bathroom wall, and a cleanser containing a bleaching agent such as sodium hypochlorite is sprinkled. A rough method of scrubbing with a sponge brush and washing with water was adopted.

The resin composition for removing contaminants and the fungicide of the present invention include a chlorine-based or oxygen-based oxidative bleaching agent as an aliphatic lower alcohol or an aliphatic lower alcohol of a resin having a peelable film-forming ability. Since it is contained in a water solution, the chlorine-based or oxygen-based oxidative bleach used is sealed in the contaminated part to enhance the cleaning effect and prevent it from evaporating into the air nearby. It is comfortable to use and can be easily removed from the contaminated area with contaminants after cleaning.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the resin composition for removing contaminants and the fungicide of the present invention are constructed as described above, the coating film can be formed even on joints and other uneven surfaces of bathrooms that are difficult to clean. A coating film can be formed on these contaminated surfaces without dripping and with good workability, and is firmly adhered to the coated surface without peeling or rising during use. Since the chlorine-based or oxygen-based oxidative bleaching agent is sealed in the coating film formed on the contaminated surface, the unpleasant odor of the chlorine-based or oxygen-based oxidative bleaching agent fills the surrounding area after application. Without doing, and
Can be bleached and cleaned effectively. It can be easily peeled off from the coated surface after use and does not damage the coated surface such as the bathroom wall.
