2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, construction, furniture, daily necessities having wood texture by mixing wood powder into a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene by taking advantage of the fact that it is free from corrosion and is lightweight instead of natural wood. Various attempts have been made to obtain a resin molding material for applications. For example, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-204050, a thermosetting resin material is added to wood powder particles, followed by thermocompression hardening, cutting and crushing, and mixing with a thermoplastic resin such as styrene resin or vinyl chloride resin for extrusion molding. A method of doing so is disclosed. However, when wood flour treated and cured with a thermosetting resin is used, the original soft wood texture can no longer be expressed. JP-A-60-188445 and JP-A-60-19
2746 is a vinyl chloride resin having a small linear expansion coefficient and excellent impact resistance, which is obtained by blending vinyl chloride resin with wood powder, glass fiber or an inorganic filler, and a modifier such as ABS resin. System resin moldings have been proposed. However,
This vinyl chloride resin molded body stores heat during molding and generates hydrochloric acid gas due to thermal decomposition to generate bubbles.
It is difficult to mold a thick product of 1 cm or more. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-107314 discloses a method in which chips of a composite of a thermoplastic resin and a paper material are added to a polyolefin resin to form pellets, and the pellets are extruded together with the polyolefin resin to obtain a sheet. . According to this method, in the case of manufacturing a thick product having a wooden texture, at the melting temperature of polyolefin, wood powder is decomposed by internal heat storage, and therefore a thick building product cannot be obtained.

The present inventors have prepared a thermoplastic resin composition which has already been blended with wood powder to increase the mechanical strength and can give a molded product having a thick wood-like texture. Parts, 20 to 200 parts by weight of wood powder having an average particle size of 1 to 500 μm (based on 100 parts by weight of polyolefin resin), and a lubricant 2 having a melting point of 200 ° C. or higher.
To 20 parts by weight (based on 100 parts by weight of polyolefin resin) and a method for producing a polyolefin resin molded product having a wood grain pattern by melt extrusion molding the composition. (Patent application flat 6
No. 259163; hereinafter also referred to as the former method), and the above composition is extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine in which a heating section and a cooling section are alternately arranged in the vertical direction of the extruding die and the grain is extruded. Although a method for producing a patterned polyolefin resin molded product has been proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-
No. 259164; hereinafter also referred to as the latter method), the present inventors have 100 parts by weight of polyolefin resin and size 1
By polishing the surface layer of a polyolefin-based resin plate containing a wood fiber substance of ˜500 μm with a certain range of roughness in a certain direction, the wood textures such as the grain pattern and the grain before polishing remarkably differ, Moreover, they have found that a beautiful wood texture that cannot be predicted from the above-mentioned wood texture before scraping, for example, a wood texture similar to a magnolia tree and a wood texture similar to the skin texture can be revealed, and reached the present invention. The above-mentioned wood texture has the above-mentioned polyolefin resin and a size of 1 to 500.
When a polyolefin resin plate having a μm wood fiber substance is extrusion-molded by an extruder to produce a polyolefin resin plate, the polyolefin resin plate is formed in contact with a mold. Many of the wood fiber material represented by the present is embedded in the polyolefin resin layer, the surface layer is smoothed, as described above, the surface layer of the polyolefin resin plate, in any given direction. Since the surface of the polyolefin-based resin plate has a rough surface structure having a surface roughness within a certain range by polishing so as to have a surface roughness within a certain range, the wood fiber material is exposed in the surface layer by the cutting. It is presumed that it is formed by

The thickness and directionality of the above-mentioned polyolefin resin molded product will be concretely described below. Thickness of scraping The thickness of the surface layer of the polyolefin resin plate scraped off in a certain direction by a polishing means is 10 to 1000 μm, preferably 10 to 100 μm. When the thickness to be shaved is smaller than 10 μm, the wood fiber material necessary for revealing the target pattern of the present invention cannot be fully exposed from the polyolefin resin layer, and the thickness to be shaved is larger than 1000 μm. Is to scrape off the thickness necessary to reveal the pattern of the present invention, use unnecessary energy for scraping, or reduce the thickness of the resulting polyolefin-based resin plate more than necessary. And eventually waste of the constituent materials of the polyolefin resin plate. Scraping direction Regardless of the extruding direction, it is necessary to carry out the scraping in a fixed direction such as a vertical, horizontal or diagonal direction. Here, the fixed direction includes a range in which a swing width of ± 30 ° is allowed. Since the scraped surface has a grain-like shape by carrying out scraping in a certain direction, the wood-based polyolefin-based polyolefin system of the present invention, which is combined with the fact that the wood fiber material appears on the surface in a pattern as described above. A resin plate is obtained. As a method of shaving the polyolefin resin plate in a certain direction, there are methods of using grinder (tooth wheel) grinding, belt grinding, lapping grinding, ultrasonic grinding, electric discharge grinding, etc., but especially grinder (tooth wheel)
Mechanical grinding such as grinding, belt grinding, lapping grinding,
It is preferable for pattern appearance. Further, the grain size of the abrasive grains and the wrap material constituting the grinding tool is 30 to 300, preferably 30.
No. 100. If the number exceeds 300, the eyes will be too fine and it will be difficult to feel the grain. The abrasive grains and the wrap material are preferably made of a material such as emery cloth.

The polyolefin resin used in the present invention includes high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, polyisoprene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer. Coalescence, ethylene-
Propylene-diene terpolymers, or a mixture of at least two or more of these resins may be mentioned. Wood fiber material used in the composition of the present invention, wood flour, pulp,
It is a wood or vegetable fiber inducer such as paper, cotton, rayon, and suf. The size of wood fiber material refers to the average maximum length. That is, a spherical or granular substance means an average particle diameter, a rectangular parallelepiped or an ellipsoid means an average long side or an average long diameter, and a columnar shape means an average length. The size of the wood fiber material used in the present invention is 1 μm to 500 μm, preferably 1 μm to 300.
μm, and more preferably 1 μm to 200 μm. When the size of the wood fiber material is less than 1 μm,
10 to 1000 in a certain direction on the surface of the plate of the obtained molded product
Since it is smooth even if it is cut with a thickness of μm, it is difficult to give the feeling of a natural wood board and it is difficult to handle. On the other hand, if the size of the wood fiber material is larger than 500 μm, the obtained molded product lacks homogeneity and the mechanical strength decreases. When the addition amount of the wood fiber material is 20 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin-based resin composition, the linear expansion coefficient of the molded product is reduced without deteriorating the moldability and impact resistance, Thermal deformation is less likely to occur due to temperature changes, and a woody appearance can be imparted. No wood fiber substance is added or the amount of addition is polyolefin resin 1
If it is added in a small amount of less than 20 parts by weight with respect to 00 parts by weight, no sufficient effect can be expected, and if added in a large amount of more than 200 parts by weight, moldability becomes poor and molding The appearance of the product will not be smooth and the impact resistance will be poor. The dry state of the wood fiber material has a water content of 0.8% by weight or less, preferably 0.5% by weight or less. If the water content exceeds 0.8% by weight, foaming occurs during molding. That is, when the wood fiber material whose moisture content is suppressed to 0.8% by weight or less is mixed and dispersed in the resin, the generation of gas is suppressed to a very small level, and voids that are likely to occur around the wood fiber material are prevented. The adhesiveness between the wood fiber material and the resin is good. Further, this composition has extremely good moldability, and the obtained molded product has a small linear expansion coefficient and is unlikely to undergo thermal deformation due to temperature change, and further has a high tensile strength,
Excellent impact resistance and physical properties. In addition, since the surface condition of the molded product is smooth and uniform, and there is no large void inside, the woody appearance can be exhibited.

In the present invention, a lubricant is preferably added in addition to the polyolefin resin and the wood fiber material. In that case, it is preferable to use a lubricant having a melting point of 200 ° C. or higher as the substance having a specific lubricating effect in the present invention. When the melting point is less than 200 ° C, it may be difficult to function as a lubricant by being absorbed by the wood fiber material during kneading. Examples of such lubricants include barium stearate (melting point 220 ° C.), lithium stearate (melting point 22.
0 ° C.), dibasic lead stearate (melting point 280 ° C.), barium laurate (melting point 240 ° C.), and the like, with barium stearate being preferred. By adding a lubricant having a melting point of 200 ° C. or higher, heat storage due to frictional heat during kneading is prevented, decomposition of the wood fiber material does not occur, and a thick molded product can be easily manufactured. The amount of the lubricant is 2 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 5 to 10 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin. If the amount is less than 2 parts by weight, heat will be accumulated by frictional heat during kneading and decomposition of the wood fiber material is likely to occur. If the amount is more than 20 parts by weight, slippage will occur and homogenization will be difficult. The polyolefin resin composition for extrusion molding of the present invention includes, in addition to the above-mentioned polyolefin resin, wood fiber substance and lubricant, a filler such as calcium carbonate, a pigment, a colorant, an antistatic agent, an ultraviolet absorber, if necessary. You may add additives, such as.

It is preferable that the above-mentioned components be melt-mixed in advance with a mixer, preferably a high-speed mixer or the like, before being extrusion-molded to be sufficiently homogenized. Melting temperature is 180-200
C is preferred. The polyolefin resin composition obtained as described above is molded into a molded product by extrusion molding. As the extrusion molding machine, a commonly used extruder such as a uniaxial or biaxial extruder is used. However, it is preferable to use an extruder which is not equipped with a breaker plate which is usually provided at the end of the material melt-kneading zone. When an extruder equipped with a breaker plate is used, a pressure is generated between the tip of the screw and the cylinder, causing a local temperature rise, and burning is likely to occur as in the prior art.

Example 1 Wood powder pulverized with a turbo mill and having an average particle size of 100 μm was dried with a tray hot air dryer to a water content of 0.5% by weight. 100 parts by weight of this wood flour, 30 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene [SS-6008FD from Showa Denko KK], 70 parts by weight of polypropylene [SK-711 from Showa Denko KK] and 20 parts by weight of calcium carbonate are used in Henschel. After mixing with a mixer, the temperature was raised to 180 ° C., and after cooling, 6 parts by weight of barium stearate was added and further mixed to obtain a granular compound. Granule compound was charged into a single-screw extruder without the breaker plate at the tip of the kneading section, and the barrel temperature was set to 1
Extrusion was performed at 80 ° C and a die temperature of 185 ° C. The temperature of the melt at the tip was 195 ° C. Extrusion molding is performed by attaching a mold to the tip, and 500 mm x 20 mm x 1500 m
A square bar of m was obtained. With a smooth surface, no thermal discoloration,
Moreover, a polyolefin resin plate having no pattern was obtained. The top surface and the ground surface of the obtained polyolefin-based resin plate are laid along the extrusion direction with a No. AA50 cloth file [manufactured by Koyo Co., Ltd.,
The surface layer of the polyolefin resin plate was scraped off with an emery cloth] to a thickness of 500 μm. Both sides of the top and bottom were grain-like and remarkably similar to the natural board, especially the board texture similar to the wood texture of the magnolia tree was obtained. Surface roughness meter SE-3 for moving the needle to find the difference in height between the convex and concave portions of the surface
The roughness was 10 to 35 μm as measured by C (manufactured by Kosaka Laboratory Ltd.).
