Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out stevedore and transportation by a forklift truck safely and quickly by providing a load cell type weight detection device and a comparison circuit capable of making judgment of right and left weight balance by operating the weight difference on the basis of the respective detection signals which are inputted through the weight detection device. CONSTITUTION:A load cell type weight detection device 1 is mounted individually between the right and left forks 2 and a finger bar 3 on the lower part of a backrest. Information obtained by the load cell type weight detection device 1 is transmitted to a control unit 4, which is mounted in a position easily visible from the operator's seat and on which the weight on the right and left forks, respectively, or the sum of the weight on the right and left forks, or the difference thereof are indicated. The difference of weight between the right and left forks can be set beforehand and, when it exceeds the set value, the fork with lighter weight can be indicated on the control unit 4 with an arrow or a buzzer can be sound to call the operator's attention.

2. Description of the Related Art When carrying a load whose center of gravity is unknown by a forklift, first, the load is scooped with the fork and the fork is lifted slightly. In this state, after confirming the inclination of the load, the above work is repeated until the load is not inclined. For this reason, the cargo handling work took a long time.

In the case of a displacement of the center of gravity where the inclination of the load cannot be confirmed, there is no method of knowing the displacement of the center of gravity and the vehicle travels as it is. Therefore, there is a risk that the load may drop due to slight vibration during traveling.

Since the parts such as the silicon array which are unfavorable to the outside air are enclosed in a long case which is hermetically sealed,
With the conventional technology, it was impossible to visually know where the center of gravity was located without knowing where the case was located in the case when the array was small. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems relating to cargo handling work of a forklift truck and to carry out cargo handling and transport work of the forklift truck safely and promptly.

According to the present invention, a load cell type weight detecting device individually arranged between the left and right forks and a backrest lower finger bar, and a detection signal of each load cell type weight detecting device are provided. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a comparison circuit that can calculate the weight difference based on the respective detection signals that are input and can determine the left-right weight balance.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, the load cell type weight detecting device which has been conventionally used is individually mounted between the left and right forks 2 and the backrest lower finger bar 3 and is obtained by this load cell type weight detecting device. Information is sent to the control unit 4 mounted at a position easier to see than the driver's seat of the forklift (for example, the lower surface of the head guard in front of the driver's seat), and the weight or the sum of the left and right weights applied to each of the left and right forks is attached to the control unit 4. , Display the difference. If the difference between the left and right is set in advance, and if the difference is exceeded, the fork with the lighter weight is indicated by an arrow or the buzzer is sounded to call the driver's attention. In addition to this, if the running circuit is locked, it will not be possible to run while the weight balance on the left and right forks is lost.

In the circuit of the embodiment of the present invention, the output from the load cell type weight detecting device 4 attached to each fork as shown in FIG. 3 is amplified by the amplifier 5, and the weight of each fork is displayed on the display 6. Further, the output from the amplifier 5 is calculated by the comparison circuit 7 to calculate the weight difference of each fork and displayed on the display 8. In addition to this, a comparison circuit 10 that compares the value of the set circuit 5 that sets the limit of the weight difference of each fork with the value of the comparison circuit 7 is used to sound the buzzer 11 as necessary, or to light each fork. It is also possible to display an arrow 12 indicating the direction.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the deviation of the center of gravity of a load can be judged by anyone by placing a load whose center of gravity is unknown on the fork and slightly raising the fork, it is possible to prevent a fall accident of the load in advance. Further, if it is set in advance so that the sum of the weights of the respective forks can be calculated, it can be used as a weighing scale for the load.
