られると共に、該ヒータの互いに所定間隔をおいて対向
する両端部が外釜を貫通して電源に接続されており、前
記ヒータに通電して放熱させると共に、内釜の底部に設
けた混練翼を回転させることにより、内釜に投入したパ
ン材料を予熱、攪拌、混練、発酵及び焼成してパンを製
造する製パン装置において、前記ヒータ本体の中央部に
ヒータの放熱を抑制する所定幅の中央部放熱抑制板が外
嵌されていることを特徴とする製パン装置。
