Abstract

PURPOSE: To lighten the transplantation works to a large extent, when seedlings grown in aggregate pots are transplanted to the field paddies. CONSTITUTION: A transplanting panel 1 made of polystyrene foam has a plurality of holes 6 for seedlings which are each arranged in both length and width and bored so as to form a little tapered conical inner surface and further has conical water-draining holes 5 in places, each of which has an extremely narrow hole 9 compared with the bottom opening of the hole 6 on the draining bottom and expands its diameter upward to form a conical inner surface. Seedlings 2 having their roots each surrounded with conically formed soil are planted to holes 6 each and the panels are placed on the ridge 3 preliminarily prepared in the field paddies for growing. Water and liquid fertilizer are given mainly through the draining holes 5. When the seedlings are grown up, they are cut at their stems near above the each hole 6 and shipped. The transplanting panels are recovered and recycled.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, using a hard vinyl seedling made of hard vinyl or styrofoam, which is divided vertically and horizontally to form a pot portion, soil is put in the pot portion, and seeds of vegetables are sown in it. It is widely practiced to plant seedlings of cut flowers, grow them in a greenhouse or the like, and then transplant them into fields before they are transplanted to the field. When transplanting to this field, as shown in FIG. 2, the ridges 3 are provided between the ridges 4 having an appropriate width in the field.
It is often practiced to make a ridge, cover the ridge 3 with poly-mulch, make a hole in it, and plant it by hand.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Since it is done directly in the field, it was difficult to work when it was hot or cold. Also, when planting, the worker bends down and works for a long time, which is a heavy labor. The present invention seeks to significantly reduce these tight tasks.

First, the structure of the transplantation panel 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5. There is a hole 6 made of styrofoam and having a large number of longitudinally and laterally arranged inner surfaces that are slightly conical, and the inner circumference of the conical shape has a small hole 9 that is extremely smaller than the diameter of the lower open end of the hole 6 as the lower end. The transplantation panel 1 is characterized in that an appropriate number of water drainage holes 5 having a surface and opening upward are provided in places where the holes 6 are arranged.

As can be seen in FIG. 3 showing the cross-sectional state, the inner periphery of the hole 6 is slightly conical, so that the shape of the root pot of the molded seedling 2 to be planted is generally downward. Is smaller and the upper part is larger, the implanting panel 1 naturally treats the larger opening as the upper part.

Next, a seedling raising method using this transplantation panel 1 will be described. The seedlings 2 for transplantation are planted in each hole 6 of the transplantation panel 1 in a place with a good working environment, and the seedlings 2 are lined up on the ridges 3 prepared in advance in the field to grow the seedlings 2. Occasionally, irrigation or fertilizer is mainly given through the drainage holes 5, and when grown, the stems of the growing seedlings 2 are cut in the vicinity of the upper openings of the holes 6 of the transplanting panel 1, and the transplanting panel 1 is collected and re-used. This is a seedling raising method characterized by using it.

[Function] Prepared seedlings 2 for transplantation, and plant them in each hole 6 of the transplantation panel 1 in a cool place in the shade when it is hot and in a warm place in the sun when it is cold, and then carry these to the field, Place it side by side on the pre-made ridge 3. At the time of this transportation, since the inner periphery of the hole 6 is slightly conical, the molded seedling 2 does not penetrate through the hole 6 and fall. After that, if water and fertilizer are used in the same manner as in normal seedling raising, the roots continue to grow from the bottom of each hole 6 into the ridge 3. The drainage hole 5 is a passage for water during irrigation, but since the small hole 9 is small, weeds do not grow from here. In addition, the period of the above seedling raising,
The transplantation panel 1 has a heat insulating function like polymulch.
After the molded seedlings 2 have grown, they are cut at the stems extending from above the holes 6 and shipped. Since the transplantation panel 1 without the molded seedling 2 can be easily removed, it is reused after being collected and disinfected.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The transplant panel 1 has holes 6 arranged vertically and horizontally.
Although it is made of styrofoam with water drainage holes 5 arranged at appropriate positions, the arrangement condition may be determined depending on the type of the molded seedling 2 to be raised. For example, for the lisianthus, the thickness of the transplantation panel 1 is 32 mm, the diameter of the upper opening of the hole 6 and the drainage hole 5 is 21 mm, and the diameter of the lower opening of the hole 6 is 19 mm.
mm, the small hole 9 of the drainage hole 5 was 5 mm, and the distance between the center lines of the holes 6 and between the holes 6 and the drainage hole 5 was 75 mm.

As an example of the arrangement of the drain holes 5, FIG. 4 shows the holes 6 and the holes 6 alternately arranged. FIG. 5 shows an alternate arrangement in which every other row is removed and the drainage holes 5 are omitted. In all cases, unlike the one for eustoma, narrow holes between the respective holes 6 or between the center lines of the holes 6 and the drain holes 5 are exemplified. Further, if an appropriate number of grooves 8 for watering tubes as shown in FIG. 1 are provided on the upper surface of the transplantation panel 1, it will be convenient during watering.

Next, a seedling raising method will be described as a method of using the transplantation panel 1. First, the molded seedling 2 to be raised is prepared. The shape of the root pot 7 of this molded seedling 2 is substantially similar to the hole 6, so that when the molded seedling 2 is planted in the hole 6, it does not fall from the hole 6 and the bottom of the root pot 7 has a hole. The size should be slightly smaller than the lower part of 6.

The above-mentioned molded seedlings 2 are planted in each hole 6 one by one in a place where the working environment is neither hot nor cold, and in a comfortable posture such as sitting on a chair, and then these transplanting panels 1 are planted. Are lined up on the ridges 3 in the field or the greenhouse.

[0012] After that, as in the normal seedling raising method,
Grow seedlings by regularly irrigating or applying liquid fertilizer.
At the time of this growing, irrigation and fertilizer are mainly applied through the drain holes 5. The root of the molded seedling 2 extends from below the hole 6 and grows into the soil of the ridge 3.

[Effects of the Invention] The planting of the molded seedling 2 can be performed by sitting on a chair,
You can do it in a comfortable position with your hips extended, and you can work in an appropriate temperature, improving the working environment. It is not necessary to use poly-mulch, it can be used instead of poly-mulch, and labor can be saved because the transplantation panels 1 are simply arranged.
Since the transplantation panel 1 can be collected, resource saving can be realized. Further, since the transplantation panel 1 has the water drainage holes 5, it is easy to obtain a watering effect, and since the small holes 9 of the water drainage holes 5 are small, there is no concern that weeds will grow from here. Further, since the transplantation panel 1 is made of styrofoam, it has a high heat insulating property, so that the ridges 3 can be kept warm and various effects are produced.
