【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 粘度の高い水溶性の接着剤を収容して所
定の温度にコントロールできるようにしてある加熱容器
内に、外周面の上端レベルが上記加熱容器の上方に突出
位置するように第1塗布ローラと第2塗布ローラを並べ
て同方向へ回転駆動可能に配列し、且つ上記第1塗布ロ
ーラと第2塗布ローラの上部入側位置に、第1塗布ロー
ラと第2塗布ローラの外周面に付着した接着剤の厚みを
規制するための第1規制ブレードと第2規制ブレードを
それぞれ配置し、更に、上記第1塗布ローラの上部出側
位置に、第1塗布ローラにより製本すべき紙束の背に塗
布された接着剤を紙束の背に押し込んで染み込ませるた
めの押し込み用ロッドを設置し、上記第2塗布ローラの
上部出側位置に、第2塗布ローラにより上記紙束の背に
塗布された接着剤を平坦化するための平坦化用ロッドを
設置した構成を有することを特徴とする接着剤の塗布装
置。
