Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride sheet superior in wear resistance by a method wherein the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet body subjected to printing of specific ink with a specific ink thickness is embossed so that the ink can be embedded in the sheet body and have irregularities on the surface thereof, and the ink surface forms a printing surface along the irregularities on the surface. CONSTITUTION:On a surface 1a of a vinyl chloride sheet body 1 of a predetermined thickness, ink 2 compounded with a required amount of a vinyl chloride paste resin as a base is printed in a predetermined pattern by rotary screen printing. The printed surface is embossed. In this manner, the surface 1a is shaped into a recessed and projected form, and a printing surface 3 having irregularities and a natural feel is formed. The ink 2 in use is compounded with 40-55 pts.wt. plasticizer per 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride paste resin having a polymerization degree of 1000-1450. The coating weight of the ink is determined so that the ink in a dry state has a thickness of 0.01-0.10mm, whereby a printing pattern at the time of embossing can be kept, and design properties can be obtained.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride sheet, more specifically, an office or household chair having a print on its surface, or a surface sheet such as a seat (saddle for two-wheeled vehicles, seat for four-wheeled vehicles). Concerning the constituent vinyl chloride sheet. In addition, in the present specification, the sheet may be in a single-layer form or a multi-layer form, and is a concept including leather and the like.

2. Description of the Related Art A vinyl chloride sheet (leather) which has been conventionally used, for example, as a chair for offices and households, and as a saddle for motorcycles and bicycles has an ink thickness of about 0.0015 mm by gravure printing ( Solid paint conversion.
It was known that it was printed on the surface of the seat body (when dry).

However, as described above, the vinyl chloride sheet used for chairs, saddles, etc. is subject to severe friction due to the frequent contact (front, rear, left and right) of the user's buttocks, and in the prior art described above, the There is a high possibility that the print will be easily lost in a short period of time due to abrasion, or that the user's clothes or the like will be stained due to discoloration. In order to deal with this, printing with an excessive basis weight (for example, rotary screen printing) may be performed, and when printing by rotary screen printing, abrasion resistance is better than in gravure printing, but it is suitable for existing rotary screen printing. Was not obtained.

The drawing shows a vinyl chloride sheet A for a saddle, and the surface 1a of a vinyl chloride sheet body 1 formed to a desired thickness such as a vinyl chloride sheet alone or various types of conventionally known vinyl chloride leather. Ink 2, which is based on a vinyl chloride paste resin with a desired composition, is printed by rotary screen printing in a predetermined pattern (uneven pattern), and the surface is squeezed.
The surface 1a is formed in a concavo-convex shape to form a concavo-convex printed surface 3 having a three-dimensional effect.

Ink 2 is based on a vinyl chloride paste resin and is mixed with a plasticizer, a stabilizer and the like, and the amount of the plasticizer is 40 to 55 per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride paste resin.
Parts by weight, and most preferably 45 to 50 parts by weight. When it is less than 40, cold resistance and printability are deteriorated, and when it is more than 55, pattern blurring occurs during printing or pressing.

On the surface 1a of the above, a screen was printed by rotary screen printing with an ink thickness of 0.03 mm (equivalent to 40 g / m 2 basis weight conversion), gelled, and then the surface 1a was squeezed into an irregular shape of a desired shape by a desired squeezing roll or the like.
