2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various containers such as paper containers and resin containers have been proposed as containers for prepared foods and natto. For example, as a paper product, a cup base paper is laminated with a resin film such as polyethylene on one or both sides of a cup base paper for the purpose of imparting heat sealability or waterproofing, and then a blank plate for a cup or a bottom plate. There has been proposed a paper cup or the like in which a blank plate for forming a cup is manufactured by punching the blanks and the like, and then using these to make a box. As the resin-made material, a foam cup formed by foam-molding a polystyrene resin or the like, or a resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene, which is vacuum- or pressure-molded Produced cups and the like have been proposed.

However, in the above paper cup, a resin film is laminated on the base paper for imparting heat-sealing property or waterproofing. In addition, since the liquid etc. leaks from the cut end surface of the blank plate, it is necessary to perform water resistant processing, and therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing process is complicated and complicated. Further, in the above resin cup, there is a problem in disposal after use as a container, and these containers after use are currently collected and reused, or burned, or as they are. Although it has been disposed of, etc., it is not in a satisfactory state in any case, and its disposal is
It is said to be the cause of environmental destruction. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the cost,
Another object is to provide a container that does not cause environmental damage when it is disposed of after use.

As a result of earnest research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has made a paper product having a bottom part, a side wall part and a flange part integrally formed from a base paper such as a cup base paper. A blank plate is manufactured, and it is placed in a mold for vacuum or pressure forming to manufacture a semi-finished product of a paper container, and an internal protective film made of a thermoplastic resin in a heated state is further provided inside the blank plate. When the film is vacuum or pressure-formed and the film is closely adhered to the entire inner surface, the step of laminating the resin film can be omitted, and the container can be manufactured by an extremely simple step, and The manufactured container is a paper container mainly made of paper, and the present invention has been completed by finding a paper container that can be discarded as combustion waste after use.

At the corners forming the flange portion of the container, the end portion 31 of the one flange portion 3 and the end portion 31 of the other flange portion 3 are adjacent in a superposed state. In the above, the flange portions 3 are adjacent to each other in a superposed state.
This is because in the blank plate X illustrated above, the end portion 31 of the flange portion 3 also protrudes from the side wall portion 2 in the lateral width. Thus, although not shown in the present invention, when forming the flange portion, in the pair of opposed side wall portions, the flange portion is extended with the same width as the side wall portion, and the other opposed side wall portion is formed. In, in the case where the flange portion is provided so as to protrude from the side wall portion in the lateral width, in this case, each flange portion is provided at the corner portion forming the flange portion of the container with the end portion of one flange portion and the other end portion. The flange portion and the end portion of the flange portion are in contact with each other and are adjacent to each other.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. Example 1. Using a paperboard with a basis weight of 270 g / m 2 ,
The paper blank plate shown in FIG. This was put in a forming die of a vacuum forming machine as shown in FIG. 2, and the blank plate was box-formed in the die to obtain a semi-finished product constituting a paper container. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a clamp of a vacuum forming machine was clipped with a low-density polyethylene having a thickness of 60 μm and heated to 90 to 100 ° C. Then, the clamp that clips the polyethylene film is brought close to the mold of the vacuum forming machine and brought into contact with the upper part of the semi-finished product,
A polyethylene film in a heated state was put into the inside of the semi-finished product while sucking through a vacuum hole in the molding die, and the film was closely adhered to the entire inner surface thereof. After the film was tightly adhered, the suction was released, and the film was further cut to obtain the paper container of the present invention. The paper container obtained above was filled with natto and the lid was sealed to produce a package. This one was no better than the conventional one. Also,
After use, it could be disposed of as combustion waste.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a blank plate for manufacturing a container is manufactured which has a bottom portion, a side wall portion and a flange portion constituting the container, which are integrated with each other. A semi-finished product that forms a paper container is manufactured by placing it in a molding die for molding, and a bottom surface portion, a side wall portion, and a flange portion that constitute the semi-finished product are in a heated thermoplastic resin. A paper container is manufactured by tightly adhering films made of the above and fixing them. Therefore, the present invention, when producing a cup made of paper as in the conventional case, is laminated with a resin film on the cup base paper, or water-resistant processing is performed because liquid or the like leaks from the cut end face of the blank plate. The problem that it has to be applied is improved, and the manufacturing process is remarkably simplified.
That is, a blank plate is produced as it is from a cup base paper, and this is box-molded in a mold for vacuum or pressure-molding the film, and then vacuum or pressure suction is applied to the entire inner surface to closely bond the resin film. Therefore, the film laminating process, the blank plate end face treatment, etc. are not necessary at all. Further, since the paper container of the present invention is a container mainly made of paper, it can be discarded as combustion dust as it is after being used as a container, which does not cause environmental damage. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The paper container according to the present invention is extremely useful as a container for packaging prepared foods or natto.
