より送風される冷却風を機内に導入案内するファンガイ
ドを複数個に分割して、前記ファンの外周を覆うように
固定子枠にそれぞれボルトにて取付け組み立てるファン
ガイド組立用治具において、複数個に分割されたファン
ガイドの外周面に設けられた固定子枠取付けボルト孔を
用いてボルトにより取付けられる前記ファンガイドを支
持する支え板と、この支え板に取付けられる吊り金具
と、回転子軸の周方向に摺動可能に配されて、前記支え
板と吊り金具とを支持する固定金具とを備え、前記ファ
ンガイドを支持する支え板を、前記吊り金具を吊り上げ
て前記固定金具に取付け、この固定金具を前記回転子軸
の周方向に移動して固定子枠の所定の位置に分割された
ファンガイドをボルトにてそれぞれ組立て可能としたこ
とを特徴とする回転電機のファンガイド組立用治具。
