Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a multipurpose movable floor pool by standing a tabular movable floor having a plurality of air tanks on an underside and having a fluid path with a valve between upper and lower sections in the pool in a freely vertically inclinable adjustable manner. CONSTITUTION: A tabular movable floor 5 is stood in water and a large number of downward opening type air tanks 13 are installed to the lower section of the movable floor 5, projecting sections 13A are projected from the lower end sections of partition walls and the discontinuous escape of air is prevented while flowing water. When the movable floor 5 is lifted, each air tank 13 is supplied selectively with high-pressure air, and the air is elevated while changing the angles of inclination. When the movable floor 5 is lowered, on the other hand, each branch valve is controlled electrically and opened, and air is vented. The angle of inclination of the movable floor 5 is set within the range of ±30 deg., and a plurality of auxiliary engaging mechanisms are mounted among a pool wall and both end sections or the peripheral section of the movable floor 5 in both end sections or the peripheral section of the movable floor 5. The movable floor 5 is fixed lightly onto the pool wall, thus preventing the tilting and vertical movement of the movable floor 5 due to the change of load, the movement of the center of gravity, etc.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, movable floor pools have been constructed by enclosing air in a hollow top deck material so that the underwater weight is zero, and then fixing the movable floor to a chain inside the pool side wall, and driving the chain with an electric motor. Up and down, and in large pools also use telescopic struts. Without using buoyancy (without providing an air chamber), the chain in the side wall of the pool can be driven forward and backward by a motor to move the suspended movable floor up or down or push the parallel link provided under the movable floor with a hydraulic cylinder. What to pull. A hydraulic cylinder is embedded in the bottom of the pool to move water in and out through a water distribution pipe to raise and lower the movable floor. This method has a large support capacity of the movable floor. There is a method in which a small electric motor is used to drive the chain as described above via a commercially available chain block using a worm gear or the like having a large reduction ratio.

In FIG. 1, a plate-like movable floor 5 is left standing in the water of a concrete pool 1. The plate-like movable floor 5 is provided with a large number of downward open type air tanks 13, 13 ... At its lower part. An overhanging portion 13A overhangs the lower end of each air tank partition wall to prevent water from discontinuously escaping while allowing water to pass therethrough. That is, the lower surface opening 1 for each air tank
3B is provided in the central portion as a rectangular shape that is long along the direction perpendicular to the tilt direction. Therefore, when both the X and Y directions are inclined, the opening 13B is provided at the center of the lower surface of each air tank.

Further, for each of the air tanks 13, 13, ..., A high pressure air source 6 is provided with a main air valve 8 which is a three-way valve, and a high pressure air pipe 7 and a high pressure air hose 11 are wound in a coil shape. Even if the size is large, it follows the movement stroke of the plate-like movable floor. The high-pressure air is supplied to each air tank from a high-pressure air hose 11 through a high-pressure air manifold 12 that crawls in the plate-shaped movable floor 5 and through a branch valve 9 which is an electromagnetic three-way valve of a branch pipe connected to each air tank. Has become. Since the branch valve 9 is also a proportional valve (or may be an ON-OFF type), it can be remotely operated (proportional control) by a switch (not shown) provided in a poolside control chamber.

Normally, if the high-pressure air is uniformly supplied to all the air tanks, the plate-like movable floor 5 can be raised horizontally or while keeping the inclination angle unchanged. However, if the high-pressure air is selectively supplied to each air tank, the inclination angle can be changed. The plate-shaped movable floor 5 can be raised.

On the other hand, when lowering the plate-like movable floor, each branch valve is electrically controlled to open to bleed air.
At this time, if selective air bleeding is performed for each air tank, it is possible to lower the plate-shaped movable floor 5 while changing the inclination of the air bleeding.

As described above, the driver performs these operations while watching the movement of the movable floor 5 in the poolside control room. In this case, it is possible to control one branch valve 9 of each air tank, but since it is complicated, it is easy to program the relationship between the water surface level in each air tank 13 and the tilt angle and level of the movable floor 5 in a simple manner. It is possible to simultaneously control the raising, lowering, and tilting of a plurality of movable floors 5, 5 ... When bleeding air of 3 ..., the exhaust air is exhausted to the upper surface of the movable floor, but since bubbles are generated, if this is disliked, this is also the main air valve 8 which is also a three-way (electromagnetic) valve. You can bleed the whole air in the air by putting the exhaust port into the air.

The tilt angle θ (angle formed by the horizontal) of the tiltable movable floor is within a range of ± 30 °. This is because if the angle exceeds the upper and lower limit angles, there is a risk that air will escape from the air tank, and excessive stress may be applied to one of the auxiliary support mechanisms. When the inclination angle is ± (10 ° to 30 °), the moving side locking rack can be used as a drive pinion to assist the inclination.

This is because if the movable floor 5 is supported only by buoyancy, the movable floor 5 may slightly tilt or move up and down due to changes in the load capacity and movement of the center of gravity. This is because this can be easily prevented.

However, since the main support of the whole is until now achieved by the buoyancy of a plurality of air tanks, these auxiliary locking mechanisms are strong enough not to drop even if the water below is drained if there is no load. .

In the auxiliary locking mechanism of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the rack 36 fixed substantially vertically to the pool wall and the hydraulic cylinder 39 (pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder A push rod 38 slidably attached to the movable floor 5 by a sliding bearing 40 that pushes and pulls an electric direct-acting screw and a clutch), and a locking rack 3 fixed to the tip of the push rod.

A rubber skirt-shaped seal 18 is stretched around the movable floor peripheral portion (see FIG. 7). The tip of the skirt-shaped seal 18 contacts the wall surface of the pool, and as the pressure increases just as with the oil seal, the surface pressure on the wall of the tip edge increases to prevent water (fluid) from overflowing from below to above. Therefore, the skirt-like seal functions in the direction of floating the movable floor together with the buoyancy of the air tank, and thus plays a role of working on the safety side.

In the vicinity of the auxiliary locking mechanism 35, it is necessary to devise a skirt-shaped seal. These expansions and contractions are the same as those of the fixed air tank, but the expansion and contraction air tanks do not cause air in the air tanks to escape as bubbles, and when the movable floor 5 lands on the pool bottom, it is buffered. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a stadium or a small theater in which a movable floor 5 vertically moving in a small pool in the center is surrounded by movable floors 5 with inclined seats on both sides. In the application example of FIG. 6, the auxiliary locking mechanisms on both sides of the central movable plate 5 are not shown. These can be used in, for example, tennis, basketball, ping-pong, wrestling, sumo, fashion show, Noh, Kyogen, etc. In addition, a plurality of shallow pools can be used, and one pool can be used as an adult pool, a child pool, a swimming pool, or a diving pool. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 19, the tiltable movable floor with seats can be of a type that surrounds the horizontal movable floor (stage) in the central part from all sides. Although it becomes more complicated, it is also possible to make a polygonal or amphitheater. In these cases, it is desirable for safety that the joint between the tilting movable floors with seats is a flexible joint made of rubber.
