Abstract

PURPOSE: To make improvements on its taking time for excavation work or this junction structure lowering strength by enabling a wedge to be made small to tighten a junction metal subject and a lateral frame member by driving a wedge in between them, and also by making the driving-in space provided at a lateral frame member small thereby avoiding a notched part becoming large. CONSTITUTION: A pair of guide pieces 55 and 56 fairly lower than (for example, about one seventh as high as) a core plate 53 are provided on both sides of the core plate 53 of a junction metal subject 51. Furthermore, on the top of the core plate 53 is a wedge receiving groove 60 made through in the thickness direction of the core plate 53. The end face 76 in longitudinal direction of the abutment 67 is pressure contacted to the side face of a pillar 61 by driving a wedge member 77 into the width part 72 at the required position of the vertical slit 70 of the abutment 67 of a lateral frame member such as a beam 62 or the like engaged with the junction metal fitting proper 51 and the wedge receiving groove 60.

It will be briefly described below with reference to FIGS. A main metal fitting 25 having wedge guide pieces 21 to 24 at the same height as the core plate 20 is formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the core plate 20 established in the bottom plate 19 and at symmetrical positions on both sides thereof. The beams 26 and 27 are fitted and mounted on the fitting spaces 28 and 29 of the respective joint ends, and at least the driving wedges 30 to 33 having the same length as that of the wedge guide pieces are mounted.
The wedge guide pieces 2 are placed in the marginal spaces 34'-37 'of the widened vertical grooves 34-37 which receive the wedge guide pieces of the fitting spaces 28, 29.
1 to 24 are densely inserted and inserted, and the longitudinal end faces 26 'and 27' of the beams 26 and 27 are pressed against each other.
A cover plate 38 is mounted on the upper surfaces of the beams 26 and 27. The cover plate 38 is a plurality of bolts screwed through a plurality of screw holes 20 'in the upper end surface of the core plate 20 of the joining metal fitting main body 25 through through holes 39. It is tightly fixed by 40.

The above-mentioned known two-joint structure is sufficient by inserting the driving wedges 12, 13 or 30 to 33 along the wedge guide pieces 3, 4 or 21 to 24. Easy to obtain tightening or joining strength,
The joint strength is improved by the cover plates 16 and 38.

However, the wedge guide pieces 3, 4 or 21 to 24 and the driving wedges 12, 13 or 30 to 3 are used.
Since 3 has the same height (or length) as the core plate 2 or 20, the fitting spaces 14, 28, which are provided in the horizontal member such as a beam,
As a matter of course, 29 is a large space necessary for receiving these wedge guide pieces and the driving wedges, which is troublesome for excavation work, and also has a disadvantage of enlarging a defective portion of the cross member to reduce strength. There is.

Further, in order to fix the cover plates 16 and 38 to the upper surfaces of the core plates 2 and 20, screw holes 2'and 20 'are previously formed in the upper surfaces thereof.
Must be provided. However, in consideration of the diameter of the bolt required in this type of joint structure, the diameter of the screw hole must be at least about 12 mm, and for that purpose, a core plate with a wall thickness of about 20 mm must be used. Moreover, the core plate is usually made of iron due to its nature. Therefore, the weight of the core plate itself and the entire main body of the metal fitting are increased, which is not good as the joint structure of the wooden building.

According to the present invention, a pair of guide pieces having a height considerably lower than the height of the core plate (for example, about one-seventh height) provided on the upper surface of the bottom plate mainly made of the joining metal fitting are provided. Since the auxiliary groove of the cross member such as a beam is fitted to this, naturally, the height of the auxiliary groove is also low and a small volume is sufficient. Further, as compared with the case where the guide piece having the same height as that of the conventional core plate is provided, the excavation labor can be reduced, and the fitting work is also easy.

The wedge engagement groove into which the wedge member is driven is a relatively shallow groove provided on the upper end of the core plate mainly made of the joining metal fitting.
Therefore, the wide portion of the vertical groove of the horizontal member corresponding to this is shallow and sufficient, and the cutting process thereof can be easily performed, and the driving amount of the wedge member can be smaller than that in the conventional case.

In the present invention, as described above, the engaging grooves 58 and 59 are provided in the upper end portion of the core plate 53 so as to penetrate therethrough in the thickness direction thereof, so that screw holes for bolts are formed on the core plate 53. Eliminates the need to drill on the end face. This is because if a screw hole for such a bolt is to be drilled, the screw hole needs to have a diameter of at least 12 mm because of the relationship with the diameter of the bolt that is normally required due to the nature of this type of joint structure. Core plate 5
The thickness of 3 must be about 20 mm, and the core plate 53, and hence the main metal fitting 51, becomes a heavy object, which is not preferable as a joint structure, but the present invention avoids this. Is what you are doing.

According to the present invention, a pair of guide pieces having a height considerably lower than the height of the core plate (for example, about 1/7 of the height) established on the upper surface of the bottom plate mainly composed of the joining metal fitting is provided. Since the auxiliary groove of the horizontal member such as a beam is fitted to this, the height of the auxiliary groove is naturally low and a small volume is sufficient. It can be maintained, and the excavation work can be reduced as compared with the case where the guide piece having the same height as that of the conventional core plate is provided, and the fitting work is easy.

The wedge engaging groove into which the wedge member is driven is a relatively shallow groove provided on the upper end portion of the core plate mainly made of the joining metal fitting.
Therefore, the wide portion of the vertical groove of the horizontal member corresponding to this is shallow and sufficient, and the cutting process thereof can be easily performed, and the driving amount of the wedge member can be smaller than that in the conventional case.

2. The main body of the joining metal fitting establishes a core plate on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and both ends of the bottom plate and the core plate in the longitudinal direction are considerably lower than the height of the core plate. A pair of guide pieces (for example, about one-seventh height) are provided, and further, wedge engaging grooves are formed in the upper end portions of the core plate on both ends in the longitudinal direction so as to penetrate in the thickness direction of the core plate. Provided that a horizontal member such as a beam to be joined to each other is provided at each joining end portion in a fitting space having substantially the same shape as the outer shape of the joining metal fitting, that is, on the bottom surface of the joining end portion. A flat recess having a size and shape required to receive each half of the bottom plate in the longitudinal direction, and a size required to receive each half of the core plate in the longitudinal direction provided along the center line of the joint end. A vertical groove having a shape, and provided at a position corresponding to the wedge engaging groove at the upper end opening portion of the vertical groove. A fitting space is formed by connecting a widening portion of a required size and shape with a beam, and a sub-groove provided at a position corresponding to the guide piece between the flat concave portion and the vertical groove. In the state where these fitting spaces are fitted to the joining metal fitting main body, the horizontal members such as beams to be joined to each other are mounted on the bottom plate mainly of the joining metal fitting. That is, by driving a wedge member into the wedge engagement groove and the widened portion thereof, the longitudinal end faces of the respective joint ends of the horizontal members to be joined to each other are pressed against each other.
