Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure a footstep device that makes a footboard, a frame or the like require no secondary treatment for positioning, and is ease of their location and excellent in assembling properties, aside from being hard to be deformed even if an impact is added. CONSTITUTION: Each of projecting parts 21t and 22t is formed in respective contact surfaces of two frames 21 and 22, while two recessing parts 11 and 12, where these frames 21 and 22 are shiftable in the cross direction, is retractably formed in these projecting parts 21t and 22t. In time of assembly, the frames 21 and 22 are screwed to the recessing parts 11 and 12 after positioning these recessing parts, piercing through one part of the frames 21 and 22 of both front and rear supports 31 and 32, whereby two projecting parts 31t and 32t are formed on each contact surface of the frame 11 and 12 at both front and rear wheel sides. In addition, the projecting part 31t and 32t being retractable to or from these 31t, 32t existing at the rear-wheel side are set to be two recessing parts 11w and 12w shiftable in the traveling direction on the contact surfaces with these front-rear wheel supports 31 and 32 of the recessing parts 11 and 12, and also the projecting part or recessing part existing at the front wheel side are set to be two recessing parts 11x and 12x being unmovable in either direction, and at the time of assembly, both recessing and projecting parts at the rear-wheel side of the supports 31, 31 and the recessing parts 11, 12 are inserted with each other, and next both recessing and projecting parts at the front wheel side of these 31, 32, 11 and 12 are inserted with each other, then these front-rear wheel supports 31 and 32 are clamped tight by screws 11a, 11b and 12a, 12b.

According to the invention corresponding to claim 3, one of the convex portion and the concave portion is formed on the contact surface of each frame with the tread plate, and the convex portion of the frame on the contact surface of the tread plate with the frame. Alternatively, one of a concave portion and a convex portion that can be inserted into the concave portion and that can move within a predetermined range only in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction is formed, and the frame is orthogonal to the traveling direction of the tread during assembly. After positioning at a predetermined position in the direction in which the front wheel is fastened, the frame is fastened to the tread by a fastening member, and one of the convex portion and the concave portion penetrates a part of the frame of each front and rear wheel support and contacts the tread plate. Side and rear wheel sides, respectively, which can be inserted into the convex portions or concave portions of the front and rear wheel supports on the contact surfaces of the tread plate with the front and rear wheel supports, and the convex portions or concave portions of the rear wheel side can be used to advance the Move in a certain direction Functioning concave portion or convex portion, and the convex portion or concave portion on the front wheel side is a concave portion or convex portion immovable in neither the traveling direction nor the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction. After inserting the uneven parts on the rear wheel side of the tread plate into each other, and then inserting the uneven parts on the front wheel side and the front wheel side of the tread plate into each other, the front and rear wheel supports are fastened to the tread plate with fastening members. The treads are parallel and the traveling direction and the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction are easily assembled at the correct positions for both the treads and the front and rear wheel supports, and are less likely to be deformed by the impact force after assembly.

According to the embodiment configured as described above, the projections 21 formed on the frames 21 and 22 respectively.
The t and 22t and the recesses 11u and 12u formed in the treads 11 and 12, respectively, are configured to be movable in the width direction by a predetermined range. The reason for this is to prevent the following.

That is, since the entire width of the steps is strictly controlled, the treads 11 and 12 are joined to the joints of the left and right treads 11 and 12.
Since a slight gap is formed in order to absorb the dimensional tolerance of the convex portions 21 of the frames 21 and 22.
This is because when t and 22t and the recesses 11u and 12u of the treads 11 and 12 are rotatable, they are easily deformed by an impact as shown in FIG.

From the above, the convex portion 2 is used in this embodiment.
1t, 22t and recesses 11u, 12u of treads 11, 12
Have no gaps in the traveling direction and are movable in the width direction (direction orthogonal to the traveling direction).
Since the steps 1 and 12 do not rotate, the steps are not deformed as shown in FIG. 6 due to the impact force, which is a problem in the conventional technology, and the dimensional tolerance in the width direction is absorbed, No secondary machining by machining is required for positioning.

Further, the convex portions 31 of the front and rear wheel supports 31, 32 are
t, 32t, the recesses 11w, 11x of the tread 11 and the tread 12
Of the recesses 12w, 12x of the front wheel, the side where the front wheel is mounted is fitted with no gap, and the treads 11, 12 are positioned in the traveling direction and in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction. Since there is no gap in the width direction and there is a gap in the traveling direction, the treads 11, 12 and the front and rear wheel supports 31, 32 are arranged.
Are kept parallel, the front and rear wheel supports 31, 32 are the left and right treads 1
1, 12 and the front and rear wheel supports 31, 32 are at the same position. In addition, the concave portions 11w and 12w and the convex portions 32t and 32 having a gap are provided.
At t, the dimensional error between the treads 11 and 12 and the front and rear wheel supports 31 and 32 is absorbed, and at the time of assembly, the recesses 11w and 1 with a gap are formed.
By assembling 2w and the convex portions 32t, 32t later, the assembly becomes easy.

With the configuration of 2, since the treads 11 and 12 are kept in parallel and in a straight line on the left and right, the treads 11 and 12 and the front and rear wheel supports 31 and 32 are assembled.

Further, since the shaft of the front wheel penetrates through the front wheel support portions 31c and 32c of the front and rear wheel supports 31 and 32, the depressions and projections on the front wheel support side are formed as depressions and projections with no gaps.
