2. Description of the Related Art When punching a plurality of products from a large-sized plate material with a punch press machine or the like, the outer shape of the product is punched out by leaving a micro joint in order to improve the processing efficiency. , Separate the micro joint later. This detaching work is usually performed manually after the plate material is discharged out of the machine. However, since this work is hard work, automation is desired. Some examples have been proposed in which the disconnection work is automated, but the one in which the micro joints are sequentially cut one by one takes a long time for total cutting. Further, a method has been proposed in which plate members are repeatedly stressed to separate each part at the same time, but reliable separation is difficult and a defective separation part may occur.

The plate material having the micro joints is gripped at both sides by the grippers, and these grippers at both sides are repeatedly moved up and down by the gripper vibrating device. As a result, the microjoints of the plate material are repeatedly stressed to cause metal fatigue and are cut. Since the grippers on both sides are rotated up and down, the amount of deformation that occurs in the plate material is large compared to the case where only one gripper is operated, and reliable separation can be performed.
When the fixed gripper group and the movable gripper group are provided, the micro joint can be detached even for plate materials of various width dimensions by advancing and retracting the movable gripper group according to the width dimension of the plate material. . Since one of the gripper groups is fixed in position, positioning is easy, and only one gripper advancing / retracting device is required. Since a plurality of grippers are arranged in each gripper group, more reliable separation can be performed. When a plate material striking device is provided, it is possible to perform reliable separation by striking the plate material before and after the vertical movement of the gripper for a plate material such as a thick plate material where it is difficult to separate the micro joint. it can.

F) The plate W is vibrated by the vertical movement of the gripper 15 to drop the product Wa into the product box 13 (FIGS. 17D and 17E). The vertical movement of the gripper 15 is performed by rotating the eccentric cam 33 and vertically rotating it around the support shaft 30 together with the swinging member 28. The eccentric cam 33 is continuously rotated for several rotations, and the gripper 15 is repeatedly rotated up and down.
The fixed gripper 15 and the movable gripper 15 that face each other
It is preferable to rotate up and down so as to face upside down as shown in FIGS. 17D and 17E. By vibrating the plate material W by the vertical movement of the gripper 15 in this way, a bending load and a tensile load are repeatedly applied to the micro joint J of the plate material W, the micro joint J is broken due to metal fatigue, and the product Wa remains in the surrounding area. Material skeleton S
And separated. Since the grippers 15 move up and down on both sides of the plate material W, effective separation can be performed as compared with driving on only one side. Further, since only the vertical movement is applied to the plate material W, the separated portion of the micro joint J becomes clean. g) When the plate material W is thick, for example, 1.7 to
In the case of a 3.2 mm thick iron plate or the like, as shown in FIGS. 17 (F) and 17 (G), both ends of the plate material W in the width direction are sequentially hit by the plate material hitting device 17. The both ends are struck because the vibration of the plate material W is large at the center in the width direction and is small at both ends, so that it is difficult to cut the micro joints J at both ends. By striking in this way, even in the case of a thick plate material W, the entire micro joint J can be reliably separated. When the plate material W is thin, the striking process is omitted. Whether or not to strike is selected by an operator's instruction or a machining program instruction.

The striking operation is performed as shown in FIG. The striking shaft 72 is normally urged by the spring member 72 to stop the stopper 72.
c is at the lower end that engages with the elevating guide 71. When the impact is started, the lifting frame 74 is lifted by the lifting device 78 shown in FIG. Thereby, the elastic engaging member 76 provided on the shaft penetrating member 75 of the lifting frame 74 engages with the engaging recess 72b to lift the striking shaft 72 against the biasing force of the spring member 73. The upper end of the lifting shaft 72 is the contact member 77.
When it hits the lower surface of, the elastic engaging member 76 is disengaged from the engaging recess 72b because it cannot rise any further. Therefore, only the lifting frame 74 rises, and the striking shaft 72 moves to the spring member 73.
It rapidly descends due to its restoring force and its own weight, and strikes the plate material W. In addition, the elevating frame 70 is arranged so that the striking shaft 72 reaches the plate material W.
Before or during the striking operation, it is lowered by the elevating frame 69 (FIG. 12).

H) After the above-mentioned vibration of the gripper 15 and the impact as necessary, the disc brake 80 (FIG. 4) of the gripper advancing / retreating base 26 of the moving-side gripper 15 and the electromagnetic brake are released to make the advancing / retracting state. . As a result, when the skeleton S of the plate material W gripped by the grippers 15 on both sides is in a bent state, the skeleton S extends straight by its own elastic restoring force, and erroneous detection by the full load detection device 81 (FIG. 11) is prevented. It i) The product truck 11 in the product separating device 1 is replaced with the residual material truck 1
Replace with 2 (FIG. 17 (H)). j) After the fixed gripper 15 is opened, the movable gripper 15 is slightly retracted (solid line position) for a predetermined time (for example, 2).
After the elapse of the timer time of (sec), the gripper 15 on the moving side is opened and moved to the backward end. As a result, the skeleton S is dropped and loaded on the residual material truck 12. In this way, the product separation work is completed.

18 (A) to 18 (C) show examples of control of the positional relationship between the grippers 15 when the grippers 15 are separated by vibration. In the figure, the downward gripper 15 is shown by diagonal lines, and the upward gripper 15 is shown by white outline. The example of (A) is an example in which the rotational phase of the gripper 15 is the same for each of the fixed-side and movable-side gripper groups G1 and G2. The example of (B) is an example in which the grippers 15 in the gripper groups G1 and G2 are rotated so that they are alternately turned upside down. When alternately moved up and down in this way, each part of the plate material W is curved as shown in FIG. The example in FIG. 18C is an example in which the adjacent grippers 15 in the gripper groups G1 and G2 are driven at the same angle and the grippers 15 facing each other and the adjacent grippers 15 are driven upside down. . Such various operations can be selected by individually adjusting the mounting angle of the eccentric cam 33 with respect to the cam rotation shaft 32.

In this way, by driving the grippers 15 facing each other on both sides of the plate material W upside down, the plate material W does not come off from the gripper 15 and the plate material W can be made to exert a tensile force. Effective vibration can be given and separation is ensured. In addition to this, each motor 3
Even if the vibration cycle of the gripper 15 is made different between the fixed side and the moving side by setting the rotation speeds of 4, 34, effective separation can be performed. The fixed-side and movable-side grippers 15 may be vibrated vertically in the same direction.
