きるハンドルを備えた器具をはめ、ハンドルを握りなが

明はこれ等の欠点をなくすため、階段の手摺にハンドル
の付いた器具を嵌めそのハンドルにつかまりながら昇降
する事により、手を離すことなく安全な姿勢で昇降でき
て、万一足を踏外したときにはハンドルにつかまって体
を支える事ができる、階段昇降時の保安器具であること

【実施例】本発明の実施例について説明する。この器具
は階段からの転落防止と昇降補助を目的とした保安器具
の為、ハンドルも移動体も丈夫な金属製が好ましい。略
C字形をした移動体の上面中央部にハンドルを取付ける
ための、ハンドル取り付け座を2片、平行に溶着し、そ
の後部にストッパー穴を開ける。移動体上面の端に、逆
転防止爪のあるゴムローラーを、前方向にだけ回転する
よう取付ける。ハンドルには握り部の付いた短い棒状の
ハンドルか、T字形をして上が輪状のハンドルを使用す
る。ハンドルの下部に、先端にゴムの付いた逆L字形の
ストッパーを、固着し、反対側のハンドルの下方にスプ
リング押えを取付け、ハンドルをハンドル取付け座に入
れ、スプリング押えと移動体の間に圧縮スプリングを入
れて、ボルトで止める。この時ハンドルは前後自由に可
動する。側面開口部の上部の内側に、移動体の長さの薄
いストッパーゴムを貼りつける。又、手摺の形状は図
3、4のように移動体の開口部の形状とほぼ同じにし、
差込んだ時上下の隙間は2〜3ミリでローラーと接触
し、横の隙間は大きくする。こうする事により、ハンド
ルを上方へ押し上げた時、移動体に梃の力が発生せずス
ムースに滑動し、ハンドルを横に倒すと、移動体が傾き
梃の力が働く。階段の手摺設置場所により、右側に手摺
があるときは図3の様に移動体の側面開口部が右側に、
左の手摺の時は左側に、又手摺が階段に設置されていて
手摺の固定体が下にある場合には図4の様に、側面開口
部を下側にする。本発明は上記のような構成になってい
るため、ハンドルから手を離すと図2のようにバネの力
でハンドルが押され、ストッパーが手摺を押付ける。こ
れにより傾斜した手摺の上部から滑落する事はない。
又、円柱の手摺に円形の移動体の場合にも、滑落と横に
倒れるのを防ぐことができる。図2のように、ハンドル
を握り階段の上方のB方向に押しあげると、バネが圧縮
されストッパーが上がり、逆転防止爪付きローラーが回
転して器具は軽く移動する。ハンドルをA方向に引くと
ストッパーがかかる。梃の力で、引く力が増す程ストッ
パーは強くかかる。階段を降りる時には、図2のように
棒ハンドルを、B方向に倒しながら下方に押し下げ、図
5の様な輪状のハンドルはBの方向へ押付けながら下方
へ押し下げることにより、ゴムローラーは逆転防止爪の
ため回転せず、ブレーキの役目をする。踏み板より足を
踏み外した場合、ハンドルを前に倒せばストッパーがか
かり、横に倒せば、側面ストッパーゴム(8)が手摺に

がきいて安全に降りることができる。又、階段は昇れば
必ず降りるので、昇りと降りるの両方に使用出来る。万
一、頭から転落したときにはハンドルのストッパーがか
かり、足から転落した場合には、移動体側面のストッパ
