Abstract

PURPOSE: To trap cockroaches into a dust bag and to find a contact lens or the like efficiently by arranging a nozzle for an electric vacuum cleaner having a filter mounted at the tip part of a suction hose to enable the sucking and holding of solid matters to be sucked. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 5 for an electric vacuum cleaner is constituted of a cylinder member 6 made of a transparent material as formed being tapered to allow fitting thereof into the tip part of a suction hose 4, a filter 7 which is formed in a mesh to cover an opening part of the cylinder member 6 and a fitting cylinder 8 made of a transparent material which is fitted into the tip part of the cylinder member 6 to mount the filter 7. A contact lens 9 is sucked up by the nozzle 5 for the electric vacuum cleaner and adsorbed by the filter 7. Here, since the cylinder member 6 and the fitting cylinder 8 are made of transparent materials, the contact lens 9 can be pick up easily from the nozzle 5 for the electric vacuum cleaner. On the other hand, when cockroaches are sucked up and caught, the nozzle 5 for the electric vacuum cleaner is covered with a dust bag 10, thereby cockroaches can be trapped into the dust bag 10.
