Background
The hand-held dust collector is a household cleaning product between a common household dust collector and a portable dust collector, has small size and convenient carrying and use, and is relatively suitable for cleaning smaller spaces such as carpets, vehicles, electric appliances, home furnishings and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention is detachably arranged between the filter and the shell, and the filter is provided with the second clamping structure which is matched with the clamping part of each suction nozzle fitting. Therefore, the clamping part of any suction nozzle fitting can be clamped with the second clamping structure of the filter, so that the filter is detached from the shell by the suction nozzle fitting through rotation or other modes for cleaning. Therefore, the filter is not polluted because the hand is not in direct contact with the filter during disassembly, and the filter is easier to clean after disassembly.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that in various embodiments of the present invention, numerous technical details have been set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the technical solutions claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a hand-held cleaner, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: a housing 1, a housing cover 2, a main suction opening 3 provided on the housing 1 for the intake of air, a filter 4 provided in the housing 1 for filtering dust, at least one suction nozzle fitting. The main suction port 3 is provided with a first clamping structure, and each suction nozzle accessory is provided with a clamping part matched with the first clamping structure. The housing 1 may be made up of a plurality of housing parts, with part of the housing parts being arranged in a detachable configuration. The housing cover 2 is used to cover the filter 4 on the housing 1. The filter 4 and the shell 1 are detachably arranged, and a second clamping structure matched with the clamping part of each suction nozzle fitting is arranged on the filter 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a suction nozzle fitting of a hand-held cleaner, the clamping portion specifically includes: the clamping body 5, the first bulge 6, the second bulge 7 and the elastic buckle 8. Wherein, the first protrusion 6, the second protrusion 7 and the elastic buckle 8 are all disposed on the clamping body 5. The structure of the clamping part, the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure of the suction nozzle accessory is relatively simple, and the clamping effect is good.
In this embodiment, the clamping body 5 is cylindrical, the first protrusion 6 and the second protrusion 7 are located on two opposite sides of the cylindrical surface of the clamping body 5, and the shape and structure of the first protrusion 6 and the second protrusion 7 are identical, so that the clamping portion looks very beautiful, and the clamping effect can be ensured. After the clamping part of the suction nozzle fitting is clamped with the first clamping structure or the second clamping structure, the suction nozzle fitting cannot rotate, and the clamping effect is guaranteed. In addition, a button 9 for controlling the elastic buckle 8 of the clamping part is arranged on the suction nozzle accessory, and the suction nozzle accessory can be conveniently removed from the main suction nozzle or the filter 4 through the button 9.
In addition, it should be noted that the filter 4 is detachably connected with the housing 1 through a clamping manner, and after the clamping portion of the suction nozzle fitting is clamped with the second clamping structure on the filter 4, the filter 4 can be taken down from the housing 1 by prying the suction nozzle fitting. The shell 1 is detachably connected with the shell cover 2 in a clamping way, and the shell cover 2 is provided with a protruding part 16 which abuts against the bottom of the filter 4, so that the shell cover 2 has a certain supporting effect on the filter 4. When the filter 4 needs to be removed from the housing 1, the housing cover 2 may be detached first, and the housing cover 2 together with the housing component may be detached, and then the second clamping structure on the filter 4 may be clamped with the clamping portion of the suction nozzle fitting, so as to pry the suction nozzle fitting to remove the filter 4 from the other housing component.
The filter 4 in the present embodiment is a multi-cone cyclone filter 4, and the filter 4 has a good filtering effect. The housing cover 2 is positioned at the bottom of the filter 4, and the dust cleaner can be cleaned only by opening the housing cover 2 if the dust is simply cleaned.
Compared with the prior art, the filter 4 and the shell 1 are detachably arranged, and the filter 4 is provided with the second clamping structure which is matched with the clamping part of each suction nozzle fitting. Thus, the engagement portion of any one of the nozzle fittings may be engaged with the second engagement structure of the filter 4, so that the filter 4 is detached from the housing 1 by the nozzle fitting by rotation or by other means, and cleaned. Therefore, the filter 4 is not polluted because hands are not in direct contact with the filter 4 during disassembly, and the filter 4 is easier to clean after disassembly.
A second embodiment of the invention relates to a hand-held vacuum cleaner. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and differs mainly in that: in the first embodiment, the filter 4 is detachably connected to the housing 1 by a snap-fit connection. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the filter is detachably connected to the housing by a screw thread, and the filter can be removed from the housing by rotating the suction nozzle fitting after the engagement portion of the suction nozzle fitting is engaged with the second engagement structure on the filter.
As in the first embodiment, the filter and the housing of the hand-held cleaner are detachably disposed, and the filter is provided with a second clamping structure adapted to the clamping portion of each nozzle fitting. Therefore, the clamping part of any suction nozzle fitting can be clamped with the second clamping structure of the filter, so that the filter is detached from the shell by the suction nozzle fitting through rotation or other modes for cleaning. Therefore, the filter is not polluted because the hand is not in direct contact with the filter during disassembly, and the filter is easier to clean after disassembly.
A third embodiment of the invention relates to a hand-held vacuum cleaner. The third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and differs mainly in that: in the first embodiment, the first engaging structure is the structure shown in fig. 3, and the second engaging structure is the structure shown in fig. 4, which are slightly different from each other. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure are the same as each other, and are both structures shown in fig. 3, so that the applicability of the clamping portion of the suction nozzle fitting to the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure can be ensured.
Similarly, as the filter and the shell are detachably arranged, the filter is provided with a second clamping structure which is matched with the clamping part of each suction nozzle fitting. Therefore, the clamping part of any suction nozzle fitting can be clamped with the second clamping structure of the filter, so that the filter is detached from the shell by the suction nozzle fitting through rotation or other modes for cleaning. Therefore, the filter is not polluted because the hand is not in direct contact with the filter during disassembly, and the filter is easier to clean after disassembly.

Claims (7)

A hand-held cleaner, comprising: the dust collector comprises a shell, a shell cover, a main suction port arranged on the shell and used for air intake, a filter arranged in the shell and used for filtering dust, and at least one suction nozzle accessory; the main suction port is provided with a first clamping structure, and each suction nozzle accessory is provided with a clamping part matched with the first clamping structure; the housing cover is used for covering the filter on the housing; the filter is characterized in that the filter and the shell are detachably arranged, and a second clamping structure matched with the clamping part of each suction nozzle fitting is arranged on the filter;
the filter is detachably connected with the shell in a clamping manner, or the filter is detachably connected with the shell in a threaded manner; the filter is removed from the housing by: the shell cover is detached, the shell cover and the shell component are detached together, the clamping part of the suction nozzle fitting is clamped with the second clamping structure of the filter, and the filter is taken off from the shell by prying or rotating the suction nozzle fitting; the filter is a multi-cone cyclone filter, and the shell cover is positioned at the bottom of the filter.
2. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 1 wherein the clip specifically comprises: the clamping body, the first bulge, the second bulge and the elastic buckle; the first bulge, the second bulge and the elastic buckle are all arranged on the clamping body;
the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure are respectively provided with two concave parts which are respectively matched with the first bulge and the second bulge, and a bayonet which is clamped with the elastic buckle.
3. The hand-held cleaner of claim 2 wherein the clamping body is cylindrical and the first projection and the second projection are located on opposite sides of the cylindrical surface of the clamping body.
4. The hand-held cleaner of claim 2 wherein the first projection and the second projection are identical in shape and configuration.
5. The hand-held cleaner of claim 2 wherein the nozzle assembly is further provided with a button for actuating the resilient catch of the catch.
6. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1 wherein the first and second clamping structures are identical.
7. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1 wherein the housing is removably connected to the housing cover by a snap fit connection, the housing cover having a projection thereon that abuts the bottom of the filter.
