ーリングダイとホルダ間に収容して挟持し、このホルダ
側からバーリングパンチを前記ボルト挿入用孔を介して
他方の締付部を押圧すると共に貫通し、バーリングダイ
に形成されたキャビティ内にワークを押し出してバーリ
ング部と共にねじ用下孔を成形する第3工程と、 この第3工程で得られたバーリング部のねじ用下孔にね
じ部を成形する第4工程とからなることを特徴とした金
属板製ヨークのねじ部成形方法。

に収容して挟持し、このホルダ側からピアスパンチを前
記ボルト挿入用孔を介してエンボス部を押圧すると共に
貫通し、エンボス部にねじ用下孔を成形する第4工程
と、 この第4工程で得られたエンボス部のねじ用下孔にねじ
部を成形する第5工程とからなることを特徴とする金属
板製ヨークのねじ部成形方法。
