2. Description of the Related Art When a PC (precast concrete) staircase is manufactured in a PC (precast concrete) factory, a steel form 1 is used as shown in FIGS. This steel formwork 1 has a box shape, but its bottom plate portion is for raising to form integrally the riser 3 and the tread 4 at each step of the PC (precast concrete) stairs 2 to be produced. A number of combinations of the vertical plate 5 and the tread horizontal plate 6 are formed.

In such a conventional mold, the size of the PC staircase 2 which can be manufactured by one mold is fixed. On the other hand, when the buildings themselves are different, the floor heights are different even when the installation floors and places are different even in the same building, and the PC stairs 2 to be installed often have various sizes. In order to deal with various types of PC stairs 2 having different sizes, conventionally, it was necessary to prepare the steel formwork 1 according to the number, which was very costly and troublesome.

On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-26102, there are many forms for P and C concrete stairs in which the inclination, the width, the width of the landing, the height of the rise and the like can be arbitrarily changed. In FIG. 3, a bent frame having a substantially L-shaped cross section is formed through a long hole formed corresponding to each other by bolts and nuts and fastened to form an inner frame having a substantially sawtooth cross section.

However, in the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-26102, a bending frame having a substantially L-shaped cross section is combined to form a sawtooth-shaped middle frame. Since the joint ends of the bending frames are located, the molded concrete stairs will create steps of the thickness of the bending frame during stepping and kicking up, and the finishing process such as repair to hide this will be done manually. It must be made.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a vertical riser plate for integrally forming a riser and a tread in each step of a PC (precast concrete) stair to be produced. In a formwork device for a PC staircase in which a large number of combinations with tread horizontal plates are provided, the vertical riser plate is vertically divided into a combination of an upper divided body and a lower divided body, and an upper divided body and a lower divided body. The divided body is slidably overlapped with each other so that the upper divided body overlaps the outer side of the lower divided body, and the upper divided body is integrally provided as a front end extended portion of the tread horizontal plate. In addition, the inside is made hollow so as to have a thickness, and the front side thereof rises in a taper shape from the lower end of the joint with respect to the lower divided body whose front surface is a vertical surface, and above that becomes a substantially vertical surface, and Coat with the tread horizontal plate which is the upper end Over portion is for the subject matter that was formed to be round shape corners.

1. A PC staircase provided with a large number of combinations of vertical risers and horizontal treads to integrally form the riser and the tread at each step of a PC (precast concrete) stair to be produced. In the formwork device, the vertical kicking plate is vertically divided into a combination of an upper divided body and a lower divided body, and the upper divided body and the lower divided body are arranged such that the upper divided body is outside the lower divided body. The ends are slidably overlapped so that they overlap with each other, and the upper divided body is integrally provided as a front end extension of the tread horizontal plate, and the inside is made hollow to have a thickness. , The front side rises in a taper shape from the joining lower end to the lower divided body whose front surface is a vertical surface, and the upper part becomes a substantially vertical surface, and the corner part with the tread horizontal plate which is the upper end is rounded The feature is that it becomes a corner Formwork device for PC stairs.
