The building of the dry construction method that uses walls, floors, roofs, etc., to form panels is often used. In such a dry construction building, as shown in FIG. 24, in addition to the panel joining method of sequentially assembling the panels using the connecting fittings, the frame structure formed by the pillars A, the beams B, etc. The so-called ramen construction method, which attaches the panel Pa, is used.

However, in such a conventional ramen construction method, as shown in FIG. 25, the lower end of the panel Pa is attached to the base metal fitting E erected on the foundation by fitting the groove portion of the lower end of the panel Pa. . The upper end of the panel Pa is supported by sandwiching the hanging piece of the beam B by using a fixing bracket D having a lever piece D1 that can be tilted up or down, or as shown in FIG. It is supported by being inserted into the section.

As described above, since the lower end of the panel Pa is simply fitted to the base metal fitting E, the mounting strength is poor, and the panel metal Pa may be changed due to variations in the height, groove depth, etc. of the base metal fitting E.
There was a drawback in that the adjustment was impossible even when the height between the lower surface of the base and the top of the foundation changed.

Thus, the outer wall panel P has the beam mounting bracket 11 at the upper end and the base mounting bracket 12 at the lower end through the base mounting bracket 12.
Since the beam 13 is attached, the beam 4 can be easily fixed in advance, the construction efficiency can be improved by being able to assemble the beam-attached wall panel PA, and the outer wall panel P is substantially the same as the intermediate distance L. An outer wall, an opening, etc. can be formed between the pillars by one outer wall panel P, so that construction efficiency can be improved and a strong house can be provided. Also, the lower end mounting position can be adjusted by the long hole 47 and the slot 53, which enables smooth mounting, improves workability, and is fixed by using a bolt,
Allows for firm mounting.

As described above, in the mounting structure for the outer wall panel of the present invention, the base mounting bracket having the hanging piece having the through hole is mounted on the lower surface of the outer wall panel, and is provided on the rising piece of the base bracket which can be bolted to the foundation. Since the base metal fitting is fixed in advance to the base mounting metal fitting by a bolt passing through the slot and the through hole,
Pre-fix the beam on the upper surface of the outer wall panel via the beam mounting bracket,
Combined with the fact that it is possible to hang an outer wall panel between pillars by hanging it with a crane, etc., the position adjustment of the base metal fittings can be made significantly easier compared to what is done in the suspended state, and construction work is possible. It is possible to improve the construction quality and the construction efficiency while reducing the time and labor required for the work. Further, the beam attachment metal fitting is inserted in a different position from the lower piece fixed to the frame material made of wood forming the upper surface of the outer wall panel with two bolts and the two bolts fixing the lower piece. The upper piece fixed to the lower surface of the beam using bolts, and a pair of stays that vertically connect the lower piece and both side edges of the upper piece, and the upper piece is narrower than the lower piece. The above two bolts,
Since it can be mounted at a position separated from the bolt that fixes the upper piece via the stay, it is possible to prevent the head of each bolt for fixing the lower piece and the upper piece or the nut screwed to the bolt from facing each other in the vertical direction. It is possible to efficiently perform the screwing work of the bolts in a wide space, the outer wall panel and the beam can be easily fixed, and the relatively long two bolts that pass through the frame material made of wood can be used. Since the upper portion is an open portion where the upper piece does not exist, these two bolts can be arranged without any influence without being affected by other members. As the bolt for fixing the upper piece to the beam, a short one can be used because the beam is made of steel, and the bolt can be attached without being obstructed by the lower piece or the like.

1. An upper surface of an outer wall panel having substantially the same width as the distance between the pillars is preliminarily attached to the lower surface of the steel beam bridged between the pillars by using a beam fitting and is provided on the lower surface of the outer wall panel. A mounting structure for an outer wall panel, in which a base mounting bracket is mounted on a foundation using the mounting bracket, wherein the beam mounting bracket is a top member of the outer wall panel and is separated from the frame member using wood in the width direction. A horizontal lower piece fixed by using two bolts, a vertical standing piece rising from the outer edge of the lower piece, and an inward extending from the upper edge of the standing piece to the lower surface of the beam. The lower piece and both side edges in the width direction of the upper piece are vertically joined to a U-shaped base body composed of a fixing bolt and a horizontal upper piece fixed by using a bolt inserted at a different position. By providing a pair of stays and making the upper piece narrower than the length of the lower piece in the width direction, The two bolts can be attached at a position separated from the bolt for fixing the upper piece via the stay, and the base attachment fitting is attached to the lower surface of the outer wall panel and has a downward penetrating direction. The base metal fitting has a rising piece in which a slot that can be aligned with the through hole is formed in the hanging piece of the base mounting metal fitting, and the rising piece includes the through hole. A mounting structure for an outer wall panel, characterized in that while being fixed by a bolt passing through a slot and fixed in advance to the base mounting bracket, the base mounting is bolted to an anchor bolt provided on a base.
