Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a battery pack which is space-saving, inexpensive, and free of backlash in a group of batteries. CONSTITUTION:A group of batteries 1 consisting of a plurality of batteries, a flexible printed board 3, and a both-sided tape 4 are accommodated in cases 5 and 6. A group f batteries 1 and the case are fixed with each other by the both-sided tape 4 through an opening 7 or a cut 9 made in the flexible printed board. As a result, the fixation can be made with one sheet of both-sized tape by stabilizing a group of batteries and the case. It becomes possible to increase the fall strength by removing the backlash, and the quality can be improved. Furthermore, this enables the constitution of the space-saving, high-productivity, and inexpensive battery pack.

上から上ケース5を下ケース6に嵌着させると、上ケー
ス5に両面テープ4のフレキ基板3に貼着している面の
裏面が貼着する。次いで上ケース5と下ケース6を超音
波溶着すれば、結果として当該電池パックの全ての構成
要素が1枚の両面テープにより簡便に固定できる。図2
の場合は、電池群として、角型の電池群8を用いたこと
を除いて、図1の場合と同様に電池パックが構成され、
同様の効果が得られる。
