杆の移送を所定位置にて停止した後、前記水平移動装置
を駆動して前記分箸を8の字状の素麺の下又は上の空間
部に挿入して停止した後、前記垂直移動装置を駆動して
前記分箸を上方或いは下方に移動しながら箸分けし、該
箸分け完了時の所定位置にて停止して、更に前記水平移
動装置を駆動開始して前記分箸を引抜き移動させ、この
引抜き移動完了時に前記引伸し移送装置を駆動する制御
装置を設けてなることを特徴とする素麺引伸し箸分け装
置。
