部に配設されその開度を拡張してブレーキを解除させる
カムと、このカムと両レバー間にそれぞれ介在し摩擦材
の摩耗によるレバーの変位量を補正して、カムの回動に
よる一定のレバー拡張を補償する一対の調整機構とから
成るネガティブ型ディスクブレーキ装置において、 前記調整機構は、ロータ軸方向と面方向の略中間角度に
傾斜させたボルト頭部の外周に調整歯を有する調整ボル
トを前記レバーの他端部にそれぞれ螺着し、一端が前記
調整ボルトの先端と当接し、他端が前記カムの作用面と
対向するプッシュロッドを、前記レバーの他端部にロー
タ軸方向へ移動可能に嵌挿し、前記調整ボルトの調整歯
と略直角に係合する一対の調整爪を有する板状の調整レ
バーを前記カムと一体に固着したことを特徴とするネガ
ティブ型ディスクブレーキ装置。
1. A pair of levers disposed on both sides of a rotor and having friction members fixed thereto, a pivot shaft to which one end portions of the both levers are rotatably coupled, and the opening degree of the both levers being reduced to sandwich the rotor. An operating spring that acts to press, a cam that is arranged at the other end of both levers and that releases the brake by expanding its opening, and a lever that is interposed between this cam and both levers and that wears the friction material. In a negative type disc brake device comprising a pair of adjusting mechanisms for compensating the constant lever expansion due to the rotation of the cam, the adjusting mechanism has a substantially intermediate angle between the rotor axial direction and the surface direction. Adjustment bolts having adjustment teeth on the outer circumference of the tilted bolt head are respectively screwed to the other ends of the levers, one end abuts the tip of the adjustment bolt, and the other end faces the working surface of the cam. Push lock Is fitted to the other end of the lever so as to be movable in the axial direction of the rotor, and a plate-shaped adjusting lever having a pair of adjusting claws that engage with the adjusting teeth of the adjusting bolt at a substantially right angle is integrally fixed to the cam. A negative type disc brake device characterized by the above.
