Recently, in order to improve the production efficiency of the grass run 13, there is a tendency to increase the molding speed in the manufacturing process of the grass run 13. However, the product manufactured at such a high molding speed has a distortion due to long-term use. Since it easily occurs, the positional deviation of the glass run 13 as described above becomes significant.

On the other hand, the embossed portion 24 formed on the bottom surface 23a of the channel member 23 at a position near the upper portion of the corner portion 21 has upper and lower side surfaces 24a,
24b has a slope shape, and has a trapezoidal shape as a whole along the longitudinal direction. And
The embossed portion 2 is provided on the lower adjacent portion of the embossed portion 24.
4, an opening 31 having a width narrower than that of the embossed portion 24 is formed, and a cut-and-raised portion as a “projection” is cut and raised in the channel member 23 at an angle corresponding to the lower side surface 24b of the embossed portion 24. The piece 25 is formed. The width of the cut-and-raised piece 25 is smaller than that of the opening 31, and the degree of protrusion of the cut-and-raised piece 25 into the channel member 23 is the same as that of the gap S. Also,
The cut-and-raised piece 25 is offset from the door glass 6 in the vehicle width direction by X (see FIG. 3). The cut-and-raised pieces 25 are not in strong contact with any part of the corner portion 21 attached to the regular position, and the cut-and-raised pieces 25 do not damage the grass run 20. Further, the lower end 25a of the cut and raised piece 25 has a side surface 22a on the upper side of the protrusion 22.
It is approached in a state close enough to.

According to this embodiment, as described above, the lower end 25a of the cut-and-raised piece 25 formed on the channel member 23 is sufficiently close to the upper side surface 22a of the protruding portion 22 formed on the corner portion 21. Because it is made to face
Even if an upward force is applied to the glass run 20 in the channel member 23 by elevating the door glass 6, the projection 22 is surely engaged with the cut-and-raised piece 25. The displacement in the direction (A direction in FIG. 1) is prevented. Therefore, the normal holding state of the door glass 6 by the glass run 20 is not affected, or a part of the glass run 20 is deformed and the appearance is not deteriorated. Moreover, since the cut-and-raised pieces 25 are offset from the door glass 6 by X in the vehicle width direction, the top dead center position does not change when the door glass 6 is lifted to the maximum.

As described above, the protrusion 22 formed integrally with the corner portion 21 and the cut-and-raised piece 25 formed integrally with the channel member 23 can prevent the glass run 20 from being displaced, so that no clip or adhesive is required. It is possible to reduce the number of parts and the number of work steps. In addition, since the protrusion 22 and the cut-and-raised piece 25 can forcibly prevent the glass run 20 from being displaced upward, the tolerance of the molding strain of the glass run 20 is expanded. Therefore, the grass run 20 produced by increasing the molding speed is said to have a relatively large molding strain.
But you can use it with confidence.

Particularly, in this embodiment, the cut-and-raised pieces 25 are formed on the bottom surface 23a of the channel member 23, and the projections 22 are formed.
Is the upper surface 21a of the corner portion 21 corresponding to the bottom surface 23a.
Therefore, part of the upward force applied to the glass run 20 when the door glass 6 is raised must act in a direction that ensures more secure engagement between the protrusion 22 and the cut and raised piece 25. become. That is, when the door glass 6, which requires the most performance for preventing the position shift of the glass run 20, is raised, the engaging force between the protrusion 22 and the cut and raised piece 25 is increased.

In the unlikely event that the projection 22 and the cut and raised piece 25 are formed.
It is also advantageous when the protrusion 22 gets under the cut-and-raised piece 25 due to the disengagement with. That is, even if the protrusion 22 enters under the cut-and-raised piece 25, only the position of the corner portion 21 is lowered, and the width D (see FIG. 3) of the portion of the glass run 20 that receives the door glass 6 does not change. Glass 6
It does not significantly affect the lifting performance of the. On the contrary,
If the cut-and-raised piece 25 is used as the flange 11a of the channel member 23,
And the protrusion 22 is formed on the side surface of the glass run 20 corresponding to the flange 11a,
When the protrusion 22 enters the inside of the cut-and-raised piece 25, the width D may be narrowed, and the door glass 6 may not be smoothly moved up and down. In order to prevent such a situation, in this embodiment, the protrusion 22 and the cut-and-raised piece 25 are formed at the positions as described above.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In the channel member 32 of this embodiment, the cut and raised piece 33 is used.
The opening 34 formed inside is formed continuously at the front end of the embossed portion 24 without a gap. The angle of the cut-and-raised piece 33 corresponds to the lower side surface 24b of the embossed portion 24, and the cut-and-raised piece 33 is in a state where the lower side surface 24b of the embossed portion 24 and the cut-and-raised piece 33 are straight and continuous. Even when a directional force along the cut-and-raised piece 33 is applied to the lower end 33a of the cut-and-raised piece 33, the cut-and-raised piece 33 is less likely to bend, and the cut-and-raised piece 3
It is also advantageous in terms of strength of 3 itself.

Also in the case of this embodiment, even if the upward force is applied to the glass run 30 in the channel member 28 by raising the door glass, the side surface 27a of the protrusion 27 is above the embossed portion 29. Since the glass run 30 is engaged with the side surface 29a, the positional deviation of the grass run 30 upward (direction A in FIG. 6) is reliably prevented. As described above, in this embodiment, in order to prevent the displacement of the glass run 30, it is not necessary to specially form the “projection” as in the previous embodiment, and the embossed portion for welding to the door sash 4 is not required. Since it also serves as 29, the manufacturing of the channel member 28 is easy.
