9が設けられている。前記金属膜6は、遮光性という面
からl000Å程度、前記金属膜5、7は、無光沢性という
面から500Å程度の厚さに形成する。これら3層金属膜
5、6、7の形成は、蒸着あるいはスパツタ方法などに
より形成し、図2に示すように有効表示部10a、シンボ
ルパターン10bなどを有する金属膜パターン10に形成す
