に一対の弾性部材を介在させてなり、 前記加圧調整部材は、前記一対の弾性部材を伸縮可能と
する状態で加圧調整部材軸に回動自在に取り付けられ、
かつ前記加圧調整部材軸は、前記加圧調整部材の両端が
前記一対の弾性部材を加圧状態とする位置に配設されて
