Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out work under a high pressure such as caisson work safely by providing a mixed gas breathing device with plural branched mixed gas feeding hoses having flexibility and mixed gas feeding line connected to a respirator at the tip. CONSTITUTION: Although a man shaft 6 is opened to the atmosphere until a worker descends to a man lock 5 by an elevator 7, the man shaft 6 is cut off from the atmosphere when the worker enters the man lock 5, and an air pressure is increased by means of compressed air fed from a compression air feeding pipe 10, and then, the worker puts on a respirator 1. The worker breathes mixed gas fed through a mixed gas feeding pipe 4 from the outside via a mixed gas feeding hose 2. A compressed air feeding pipe 10 is also installed in a working chamber 13 under a floor slab 12 in a caisson 11 so as to increase an air pressure, and when the worker descends to the working chamber 13, the mixed gas feeding hose 2 is automatically extended from a hose reel 3, and the worker can freely work while wearing the respirator 1.

[Industrial field of use] When working in a tunnel in civil engineering, construction work, or other work in high pressure, if the pressure exceeds a certain limit, there is a health problem in the breathing state of high pressure air. Instead of breathing high-pressure air, breathing a mixed gas is performed. It relates to the breathing apparatus in this case.

FIG. 1 shows a respirator according to the present invention in which a man lock 5 is installed near a floor slab 12 of a box 11, and an elevator 7 moves up and down inside a man shaft 6 connected to the man lock 5. It is a figure which shows the Example of. Until the worker gets down to the man lock 5 at the elevator 7, the man shaft 6
Is open to the atmosphere, but when the worker enters the manlock 5, the manlock 5 is shut off from the atmosphere, and the compressed air supply pipe 1
Compressed air sent from 0, the air pressure is about 3kg / c
After raising the pressure to m 2 G, the worker wears the respiratory mask 1. A mixed gas gas supply pipe 4 is provided in the man-lock 5, and a plurality of mixed gas supply hoses 2 made of a flexible material is branched at the tip of the mixed gas gas supply pipe 4.
A plurality of hose reels 3 around which the mixed gas supply hose 2 is wound are provided, and the respiratory mask 1 is attached to the tip of the mixed gas supply hose 2. Therefore, the worker wearing the respiratory mask 1 breathes the mixed gas supplied from the outside via the mixed gas supply pipe 4 through the mixed gas supply hose 2 wound on the hose reel 3. . The compressed air supply pipe 10 is also provided in the working chamber 13 below the floor slab 12 of the box 11 to raise the atmospheric pressure.
When working in the work chamber 13, when the worker descends into the work chamber 13, the hose reel 3 is automatically moved according to the movement of the worker.
The mixed gas supply hose 2 is unraveled and extends, and the work can be freely performed in the working chamber 13 while the respiratory mask 1 is attached. or,
If you give a slight pulling shock to the mixed gas supply hose 2,
The hose reel 3 has a structure capable of automatically winding the mixed gas supply hose 2. When the work is completed, the worker is allowed to use the mixed gas supply hose 2 connected to the breathing mask 1.
Ascending to the man lock 5 while winding the mandrel 5 around the hose reel 3, the man lock 5 and the working chamber 13 are cut off, the inside of the man lock 5 is depressurized to about 3 kg / cm 2 G, and then the worker wears the respirator And breathe air until manlock 5 is opened to atmospheric pressure.

FIG. 2 shows the lower trunk 1 under the manlock 5.
8 is a view showing an example in which the hose reel 3 is provided in the lower trunk 18 and the hose reel 3 is provided. Since the manlock 5 is narrow, the lower trunk 1 is placed under the manlock 5 to improve work efficiency.
8 is provided, and the hose reel 3 is installed on the lower trunk 18. The operator connects the intake pipe 14 of about 5 m provided in the respiratory mask 1 to the plug of the mixed gas sampling plug 15 of the manlock 5 until the air pressure of the manlock 5 reaches a predetermined pressure from about 3 kg / cm 2 G. Breath mixed gas. After that, the operator descends to the lower trunk 18, connects the intake pipe 14 to the plug of the mixed gas supply hose 2 extending from the hose reel 3 installed in the lower trunk 18, and descends to the working chamber 13.
